€20 charge for not washing the dishes was extreme

Our stay in Venice was truly enhanced by the wonderful place we stayed at. The location is perfect—very close to the Rialto Bridge and just a 10-minute walk to St. Mark’s Square, yet it’s quiet and peaceful. Easy to reach from the train station as well. The view of the canal from the window is absolutely charming! The apartment is spacious, clean, and very comfortable (we stayed in the two-bedroom unit, ideal for two adults and two children). A special thank you to our host Maurizio—so kind and helpful. We’d love to come back again!

The apartment is located in a quiet courtyard, just a few mins walk from the Rialto bridge. We arrived by water taxi from the airport, and were dropped at the Rialto stop just under the bridge, so was a great experience on my first trip to Venice. We walked to the apartment, and used the intercom. We were let in, and advised where to collect the keys and let ourselves in the apartment, as someone was on their way. We were on the first floor. The rooms are large, and the beds are comfortable. opening the shutters in the living area, you are right on a side cancel where the gondoliers pass by, fascinating to watch. We had a complimentary bottle of fizz, water and coffee pods. We also had the apartment serviced which was a nice surprise as we didn't expect this. We were met by Lucrezia, she was very helpful, and gave us some recommendations of restaurants, bars etc. There's even a resident cat in the courtyard...which is right up my street, so a little fuss each time we went out/in. This is a great apartment, in a great location for getting around Venice, would highly recommend.

Despite us arriving much later than we anticipated, due largely to us getting a bit lost, the host was very friendly and welcoming. We saw him every day of our stay, and he always asked if we needed new supplies or fresh bedding. The apartment was in an excellent location, very central for all the attractions, shops, and restaurants. It was clean and tidy and very spacious. Views from windows were lovely, the canal on one side and pretty courtyard on the other. The bottle of wine and water in the fridge was a lovely gesture, the wine was lovely tasting and went down well with the fresh strawberries we got from Rialto Market.

Bed in main bedroom was a little hard and seemed to slope inwards on one side. We needed the windows open at night time as it was a bit stuffy, and ended up being bitten by mosquitos. There were a lot of plates but not enough bowls for the three of us. The cups were a little stained but usable. Had a bit getting the temperature right in the apartment, either a bit chilly or too warm.

Location is excellent. Facilities good. Easy and helpful check in. Owner gave excellent accurate directions to find the location. Great restaurants ( >4.5) and cafes literally seconds walk away. Walkable to Rialto and St. Mark Square. Free bottle of champagne was a nice welcome touch.

Steep stairs to bedrooms. No lift (our fault as we didn't check). Low ceiling in bedroom - this isn't really a problem as that is the way the house is built!!

Maurico was a gentleman, he provided very clear directions to the apartment, roughly 5 minute walk from rialto Bridge, he was there to let us store our bags as we arrived very early. Answered efficiently any questions we had sent him prior to our arrival. Such a lovely friendly man. The apartment was fantastic, we were given complimentary bottles of water and wine, it was a lovely gesture. Spotlessly clean, comfortable beds, all amenities, had a safe, the views were stunning from every window, I felt like I was in a movie. Its so peaceful and quiet considering we were in the centre of Venice! I recommend anyone to stay, I will 100% be returning here. Thank you Maurico for being such a wonderful host.

Location was absolutely amazing, few minutes walk from Rialto Bridge and check in was seamless. Great staff, daily cleaning and free water, coffee and a bottle of fizz! Plenty of room for 2 people and the balcony was just the perfect addition.

It was very warm when we stayed and the apartment could get very warm during the night!

The property was spacious for 3 people. We each had our own separate bedrooms. The bathroom was modern and clean. The location was just off the main path by like 30 seconds, which was enough to not hear the extremely noisy main roads. The place was indeed charming. It had the best of everything. Full kitchen, dining table, tv with an English Channel. Staff was very friendly. An added bonus was that a cleaning crew comes in daily to make up the beds, clean washroom and take out the garbage.

Host was lovely, apartment was spacious and clean. Good location .Great for 4 people, the 5th person has to sleep on a sofa bed which is no good if they want a sleep in as the others will wake them when they get up to use kitchen facilities.

It was a nice apartment. Nothing to dislike. We were all comfortable. Just for people to be aware that the sofa bed is right near kitchen area so maybe put the person that wakes up the earliest on the sofa bed.

We loved the location and the terrace. We frequently dined at Malibran right in our quad and the staff there were the kindest people we met. They even got us a porter to help with our luggage the day we left. The condo was beautiful and clean and everyday I loved having my coffee on the terrace. They had all the supplies we would need and we felt very comfortable. We would stay here again.

The stairs hahah. The fourth floor is very high. The terrace is worth it but be ready
