The stay came with breakfast which is served in Venice mart (the resto in the property) and food was excellent. The staff was extremely helpful and warm. Design of the hotel is impeccable and extremely beautiful. So much attention paid to the details in the rooms, every corner of the hotel so it was utterly impressive.

The rooms were v dry and warm and we felt v parched during our winter stay. It may be something due to the temperature controlled in the rooms or the humidity settings. This can be improved on. The bed was also not so comfortable

1. Beautiful property with great care for details 2. Spectacular restaurant on the canal

1. No gym. Luxury Hotel w/o gym is like Venice without water.. 2. Overall staff very young and not senior managers overseeing operations. 3. Hotel owned by Founders of Fashion , but no experience with hospitality. You can see a lot of flaws in the operations and staff. 4. Breakfast absolutely not worthy. (65 euro per head is overpriced) 5. I suggest the owners to spend some time at bulgari hotel properties and learn from them.

The most beautiful place i've ever stayed at. It was extremely beautiful. We stayed at the grand canal room and we had the best view. The restuarant has a stunning view and the food was amazing. %100 recommending this place to anyone who wants to have an unforgetable stay at Venice. I will definitely stay here again.

I loved everything about this place.

It's a very cool hotel. 2nd stay. Lovely terrace for breakfast & garden courtyard for evening drinks filled with atmosphere. Rooms are a very good size for venice. Good location.

Small things - both times thoughts of form over function. metal frame on floor around bed is a real hazard - especially at night. last time it was me who hit toe & this time my other half - badly bruised. Not sensible to have sharp metal edges on floor & a real hazard at night. Shampoos & conditioners in metal ring pull cans - cute but really hard to open.

The hotel is beautiful, every space is well-designed and we loved the overall vibe. Everything inside and out- the architecture and interior design, service, food and drinks- was fantastic. We appreciated the room upgrade- we stayed in #55, which was very spacious and had a very pretty rooftop view. Have to mention that the bed was super comfortable and we especially loved the bed linens. Breakfast on the canal watching the boats was a really wonderful way to start each day. We enjoyed the selection of food and coffee was great. All of the staff were exceedingly friendly and welcoming. The band that played on Wednesday night was great- the place is a real scene!

The towels and bathrobes could have been softer… In our room the water closet was on the opposite side of the room from the sink basins and shower- it was a bit inconvenient to have to walk around the bed and across the room just to wash up afterwards.

Our stay at The Venice Venice was amazing - it exceeding our expectations! The modern vibe with classic Venetian style was very well executed. Breakfast was lovely and a great spot by the Canal being able to watch the world go by. We had dinner in the restaurant which was of a high standard. The bedrooms were well proportioned with good amenities. Staff were excellent and more than happy to help with any queries etc. Location was great and easy to get about. Would highly recommend.

Everything. This hotel is one of the best I've ever stayed in around the world. From the moment we walked through the door we were treated like we were the only guests. We were looked after impeccably during our 2 day stay. The staff were attentive, engaging and nothing was too much trouble. The room we stayed in was out of this world (we were given an upgrade on arrival) and every little detail had been considered. The food and bars were the star of the show with one of the best views of the grand canal and Rialto bridge in Venice...so much so we stayed in the hotel probably more than we would have otherwise. This is a wonderful place to stay and would recommend it to anyone looking for a bit of luxury in this wonderful city.

Nothing at all. Loved everything

The staff were amazing we met Claudia by accident on the water taxi. She saved us by staying with us and calling her colleague to help us walk our luggage to the hotel especially over the bridge. When we wanted a quick drink before our dinner reservation by the canal they would not let us in at 7:20pm despite us wanting just one quick drink before our dinner reservation (outside of the hotel). We were told the tables were "getting ready" for dinner although they were all cleaned and ready. Those table sat empty and they could have sat people in there for quick drinks by the water. Again, Claudia saved us and called the restaurant and got us a table close to the water. We were gone before our reservation at 8:00pm and were able to enjoy a drink by the water. Many details in the room we enjoyed like the coffee being set up for the next morning, the products, the shower, just many of the details that are often over looked.

The rooms were impecable in that they were modern and very very clean! I never feel as though hotel rooms are clean but this one was! The only issue was it would have been nice to have more space for our things...meaning there wasn't any furniture to put our makeup bags on close to the bathroom. It really would have been nice if there was a table to have coffee etc. in the room as there was a long bench but no table.

Gorgeous hotel. Perfect location. Rooms are brand new as the hotel itself is new, and the design and amenities are perfection. The beds are so comfortable, rooms are quiet, bathrooms are beautiful, modern and large (for an Italian hotel in a historical building), property is immaculately kept and the design blends traditional Venetian with chic modern (think Fortuny lamps, Venetian silks and fabrics, and travertine mixed with contemporary fixtures and modern art). The restaurant and it’s location right on the canal has the most incredible view and makes you feel like you are in a movie. Not only is the hotel the perfect blend of modern comfort and luxury meets old world Venetian charm, but the staff is the BEST. Some of the best customer service I’ve experienced at a hotel in years. Every member of staff we came into contact with was friendly, warm, helpful, and went above and beyond. Special shout out to Valentina who made sure we were always happy and any/all needs or requests we had were considered. My husband’s birthday was during our stay and the team sent us a lovely note and a birthday treat for him - so thoughtful! I highly recommend this property for anyone planning a visit to Venice. We will definitely come back!

My only constructive feedback is that the restaurant doesn’t have many plant based options besides sides or snacks available only in the daytime. However, everything else about the Venice Venice hotel far exceeded our expectations so I didn’t mind and this detail didn’t impact my overall rating of the property.
