Great location, friendly, helpful staff, very clean, wonderful view of Grand Canal from room, fabulous croissants for breakfast. Decent size room with sofa, small table/chairs & bed, closet & bathroom. Good shower.

There are 42 steps from ground up to reception and 1st floor rooms. Whew! If the 1st floor rooms are all occupied, you really can hear the next door room when anything is said.

Incredible apartment on the Grand Canal with its own dock so arriving by a private (wooden) taxi is the way to go! (the hotel will arrange that and also a private boat pickup to Murano where you can tour a factory and purchase this amazing art). This would be a wonderful honeymoon destination, but it is pricey, as it should be - there must have been 800 square feet with a high-quality dining room, bedroom, living room, and bathroom. Plenty of storage. Private entrance on its own floor that leads out a "street" a stairs to the main level where you check in and eat a lovely breakfast. Thanks for the vegan options and fruit. Shout out to Enrico for being very helpful, and also to Marco for quickly answering online questions at night. Great location not far from San Marco. There are other rooms of course.

Loved this beautiful hotel and the staff is wonderful and helpful! It is a short walk and over one bridge from where the ferry drops you but the location is great and we loved having a canal view and watching in the morning as the deliveries were being made to a boat dock outside our window. Room was modern very clean extremely comfortable and huge…there was even a 2 person dining table in it. The bathroom was also spacious and had great amenities. There were so kind and hooked us up with a taxi ride to a Murano glass factory and suggested restaurants. If we had stayed another night, because they did t have a room, they were going to refer us to one of their other properties and give us the same price we paid. Unfortunately, we couldn’t stay another night but would have loved to!

The there is no elevator but they we do kind in bringing our luggage to our room. The shower is awesome but there was a little bit of mold.

We loved everything. Staff were absolutely lovely and the hotel was beautiful. The buffet breakfast was also very nice with enough selection for adults and our 11 year old son. Location fantastic. Close enough to the main areas but away from the very busy streets. We would definitely go back.

A lot of stairs to get to the hotel. It wasn’t a problem for us but if someone has reduced mobility, it could be a bit of a challenge. Also, we couldn’t find any spare plugs in the room and had to charge our devices using the bathroom one or unplugging one of the bedside lamps. We didn’t really care but it would be great to have a spare one in the room.

The hotel is perfectly located to walk around while still being in a quite enough area to sleep well. It was very easy to arrive from the train station via the vaporetto (stop is 5 min away, and only one small bridge to cross). We particularly enjoyed the ground floor suite we had booked - seeing the gondolas right outside our windows was quite unique! Staff was also very helpful with recommendations for diner and excursions. We would definitely stay there again.

If you are not on the ground floor there are a lot of stairs to climb with suitcases. Not an issue per se, but something to be aware of.

The staff were great. The lovely man on reception was extremely helpful and kind. He went above and beyond my expectations when I had forgot to bring my charger with me I borrowed one off him for the duration of my stay. He is a credit to the hotel. The room I stayed in looked out onto the canal the beds were comfortable which is perfect after a long day in Venice. The bathroom was big Showers was great and the room was equipped with coffee making facilities and a mini bar which included snacks. Slippers towels and a hair dryer was also provided. The big bonus for me was being able to relax in the evening before bed watching Netflix. I wouldn’t definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone travelling to Venice

Everything! It was perfect! One of the nicest places we have stayed. We were over for our wedding anniversary from Scotland and on arrival had an upgrade and were amazed to discover we had a stunning canal level apartment with its own little jetty! The staff are brilliant, so friendly and accommodating, Luca greeted us ( I think that was his name, he rode a motorbike!) and was so welcoming and the gentlemen at checkout today was equally as lovely. The location is perfect, right near to the rialto bridge.

It’s fantastic! I can’t fault it

Everything. It is a lovely boutique hotel right in the thick of Venice, very few rooms and quiet. We got the suite so we could get the views of the Grand Canal and it was worth it. Oh and it has its own pier so we took a water taxi and it dropped us at the hotel. So much fun.

Nothing. Although for those looking for a 5 star experience with concierge and 24 hour service, this isn't it. There's one guy who works until 10pm then goes home. But if you want a personal touch this is it.

The hotel is beautiful and our room was on the Grand Canal with a view of the Rialto Bridge. The rooms are in the Venetian decor with lofted ceilings. Feels like stepping back in time. The bathroom is beautiful and modern. The staff are all so warm and welcoming. We particularly loved Enriquo. He was really funny. The location is so perfect. Right in between all of the sites you want to see. Loved this property!

We didn’t have a problem with the massive stairs you have to trek up to the reception but some people might have a problem. It’s a good 1-1/2 stories up and the stairs have higher than usual risers so it’s a workout.

Location is perfect ( it is at a corner. It takes a little effort to find it, sign is not very obvious). Room is nice and spacious. Room is nicely remodeled. Standard European 2 twin beds. Staff is very helpful and warm. Price is reasonable compared with surrounding hotels. Totally 6 apartments at the facility.

I really don't like the 44 stairs from ground to the room level without elevator. Front desk staff starts to work at 8:00am. When they are there, they help guests to carry the luggage up and down. We had to leave before 8 am, so we had to carry the luggage down ourselves.
