room and bathroom are very clean and tidy, very venetian feel. It's very spacious for our family of 5. Wifi is very good. Even though there is no lift as we understand as not a very tall building, we managed to get in easily. as advised, don't bring big luggages. The neighborhood is very quiet, you van only hear the birds chirping in the morning and the bell ringing. We love the fact that our AC is working in the heat of summer. Location is very central to almost everything. its so easy to navigate from where we were. It's near coop store so it's easy to just run there for some breakfast needs. Rialto Market and Bridge is literally 5 minutes and close to restaurants. Matteo was very helpful, he started m,essaging us the day before we left and giving us all the updates and guiding us how we to getb thre from the airport, sending video of the area and to the hotel with all the instructions. The lady at the desk also kindly sent us jug of milk as we were not able to get from the store, then every morning they have been leaving a jug of milk in the fridge. also the other lady receptionist was very kind to help us print our boarding passes. Overall very happy and satisfied with our stay. If we were to come back again to Venice we would stay there again. We will recommend to friends looking for a central Venice location with good price and room amenities.

Cute, off the beaten path hotel, just off of a cute square with great gelato. Beds were comfy, staff was exceptionally nice, and AC was able to keep the room cool despite high outside temps. Overall great experience. I’d stay here again!

A little hard to find at first, but the property manager sent me directions for arrival and a video which was super helpful in navigating!

Friendly staff who helped us a lot. They reached out to us via Whatsapp before our stay and gave us loads of helpful information including how to reach the hotel. Room was larger than expected which is good and the antique building itself is beautiful. Location is great too - just a few minutes walk to the water bus stop

Could’ve given us a duvet however when we asked for one the security guy was extremely helpful and guided us to find one. They then proceeded to give us one for the next night. We understand that it is quite hot and so usually people wouldn’t need a duvet so it’s not really a downside. Thank you

Located on a quiet side street, this hotel is exactly as advertised. It is very comfortable with excellent mattresses on the beds, the air conditioning works well, they have refillable water bottles in the room that come in very handy. From our top floor room we had views looking out over the lagoon in the direction of Murano.

There are only two downsides. The first is listed in the information, there is no elevator and if your room is on the top floor like ours there are a set of stairs to reach your room that will make you think you are climbing the Himalayas. Second, from time to time the water pressure in the shower drops. I have experienced this in other places in Italy so it may not be the hotel’s fault.

Location was fantastic, really central and easy to walk to the main station, ferry terminal and majority of the sites quickly. Hotel was down a nice quiet street so was very quiet at night for sleeping. The bed was super comfy and the shower had great pressure and there was loads of warm water. The staff were very good, they had been contacting me in advance to give me directions and had organized my keys and pass in advance as I was arriving very late and even checked in with me in the morning. The room was stunning, lovely high ceilings and a nice terrace I could sit out on.

It could be noisy in the mornings with staff inside the hotel and across from my room was another hotel kitchen so it wasn’t super easy to sleep in much. But it wasn’t awful by any means.

Great location, only 20 min walking from train station. We arrived by plane and took a bus to piazzale Roma Terminal Station. We bought the tickets in the airport machine, and validated the tickets right before entering the bus. From there we decided to take the boat line 1 to Ca’doro stop which is super close to the hotel. We opt to not take the Alilaguna Boat from airport since we were advised not to. Location is great, the Hotel is outside tourist area but still close enough to everything. Rooms felt a bit outdated but they were clean, I guess it is just a Venice thing. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly.

Shower was super small/tight, if you drop the soap it is hard to pick it up but the water pressure was great.

Arlyn at the front desk was GREAT! Super kind and very helpful! Very attentive and aimed to please. When we were leaving we asked if she knew the best way to get a water taxi to the Venezia S. Lucia train station. She offered to arrange it for us, confirmed it, and even walked us to meet the taxi so we knew where to go! The taxi picked us up right outside the hotel 2 minutes walking distance. Super convenient and easy! Great location with an even better staff! They are so helpful and accommodating! It was great service and communication! Bed was comfortable, room was clean, it was great!

The room had all the necessary amenities (including a mini-fridge) and was quite comfortable and quiet. The staff was incredibly attentive, giving a lot of details to make sure we didn't get lost and knew all the hotel had to offer. It's quite close to Rialto and it's easy to get there from the train station.

The building and room have a bit of a classic/dated look and build, which may not please everyone. The bathroom was outside the room and we had to cross the breakfast room to get there - although to be fair we were warned about it and were completely expecting it.

Perfect stay in the unique, stylish, historical building. The room and the bathroom very clean, warm and beds really comfortable. Equipped with everything what you may need. The staff were very kind and helpful. Before checking in we also received the detailed information how to get to the hotel (the route and short video with the street view), which we liked a lot. The location is perfect, you are close to every landmarks in Venice, shops, restaurants, coffee-bars are around the corner, vaporetto stations as well. What’s more, you can observe the real life of Venetians in this beautiful neighbourhood. I would recommend this place to anyone who likes to immerse themselves in the unique atmosphere.

The location is great, 10 min from Rialto Bridge. Also the bed was very comfortable. The staff is very kind and communicative, always ready to help.

Our room was in the third floor and to go there the stairs are very steep and you have to be very careful when going up & down. The staff told us much prior that there is no elevator but nonetheless for people of age I would highly recommend to ask prior and get a room in the first or second floor. Also, our room had an attic kind of build so the ceiling was very low and you had to watch your head most of the time. Nonetheless the room was clean and good value for the money!
