The hotel is right in front of the canal, which makes you completely feel that you’re in Venice. They offer everything that you would expect from a good hotel. This staff is very friendly. They helped with all the directions and recommendations. Knowing that I have dietary preferences they also provided a special breakfast for me, which was great

I cannot say that I didn’t like it, but it took me a while to get used to. The hotel is like a big house and the hotel rooms are like rooms of the house would be located. Some of the rooms open to the breakfast lobby before example. it takes some time to get used to it, but I have no problems with it once I get used to.

We loved staying here. Everything is casual yet precisely efficient. We felt we were staying with locals who liked us. I’ve been in Venice many times, and it is difficult to be truly comfortable without paying hundreds more. This is not “luxury” level, but is a truer luxury. Breakfast was lovely. Staff were wonderful. We enjoyed having the water taxi pick us up at our breakfast table —- ah, Venice. . .

Nothing to dislike at all (well, maybe the one little brat mosquito that snuck in our room one night 😂— we should have plugged in the mosquito repeller that was provided).

This is a great place to stay in Venice if your budget is lower and you want to stay in a quiet but convenient area. It's located very close to the Fondamente Nove jetties, about 30 mins by boat from the airport. The area has an incredible church, some nice restaurants and cafes, and a small supermarket, and the main sites of Venice are not too far away. The staff are lovely and you feel very welcome and looked after - checking in and out is easy, your room is kept very clean, and the breakfast is a treat with a great setting by the canal. The only thing that was unexpected is the room opens out into the reception area but I got used to that quickly - and there are two entry doors to the room so it's usually very quiet and still feels private.

Great location! Both walkable to many spots such as Rialto Bridge and San Marco Square and also nearby to many Vaporetto and Alilaguna stops. I chose it due to its location, to see the main sights in Venice, visit Murano and have an easy time getting to the airport. Really enjoyed my few nights here, rooms are tidy and air conditioned which was a lifesaver for the summer heat. The staff are very friendly. They have a cute deck that looks into the canal where you can have breakfast or coffee break which is a unique charm.

Absolutely perfect. Aleksandra was a wonderful host in communications before our arrival, whilst we were there and in making our anniversary special for us. Room was lovely with great air con and shower and was immaculately clean. Breakfast was great with a good range of options available. Lovely little balcony to sit on, overlooking the canal, for breakfast or sipping a pre dinner drink. Location was excellent, in a quiet part of Venice but close to all the water bus stops, both to the airport and around Venice, Burano, Murano and the Lido di Venezia. A range of good restaurants and bars nearby.

Well, I enjoyed having tasty breakfast outside in late October with the view of the canal in Venice 😋😇. This establishment is outside enough from the crowd but close to vaporetto station (waterbus to airport or other parts of Venice) as close to gondola traghetto station (hop on gondola to cross the canal)and famous Ponte di Rialto is round the corner. I took a room with a canal view - nice and comfortable. It's interesting to observe gondolas passing by my window or listening to the sound of the water and blackbirds in the morning. 😇 There's a mini bar in closet with normal prices, nice bathroom, nice and clean. In dinning room there are complimentary cookies, coffee and tea. Breakfast.. well it's pleasant to enjoy in it outside, having a view on the canal. Food is tasty, pastries, cheeses, meat products, mmm tiramisu with ginger jam.. yummy 😋 and more.. Staff is really nice, helpful, spent nice moment chatting with host before leaving... So, if you're easy traveler with light luggage, you're enjoy your moments in this ancient city and rest well in Alla Vite Dorata ☺️🙏☀️

everything was excellent in the hotel. Aleksandra is very kind, helpful and cheerful. I think I've never stayed in such a clean hotel before. I feel like at home. I think our room was the most beautiful one in the hotel. I fell in love with the decoration of the hotel (chandelier in the entering, bed head, ruche on the coffe tables etc.), details are appealing to me. breakfast is really beautiful and delicious. hotel is very close to Ca'Doro vaporetto stop. it is close to rialto bridge and train station by vaporetto. We were a little late for the check in time but Aleksandra waited for us, she is really helpful.

Wonderful location close to the acropolis, shopping, restaurants. King bed plenty of room, Elevator, private entrance, quiet. Price was right. Would stay again!

Like many places in the area taxi drop off at the door is not possible. It was about 100 meter walk to the door which was a little tricky to find at first. There is no onsite staff after 4:00 so make sure your phone is working in case you need help finding your way. It really wasn't that hard to find at all but I had missed an email with entry code (my fault) and had to call, not like a fully staffed hotel.

It’s my 6 or 7th stay in Venice, I did different kind of hotel different location. Alla Vite Dorata is the perfect mix : modern confort Venetian luxury, very friendly staff and perfect location: Peaceful , quite , original Venice . And should you want to 15 min away tourist place. We stay here during summer and it felt like Venice in December ( the best time to visit usually) This place is a little gem

The staff was very accommodating and helpful while I sorted out a situation with lost luggage. The terrace overlooking the canal in the breakfast area was beautiful. The bathroom was nicely appointed. The location was in a quiet area not far from one of the main ways to get to the train station. The walk to Piazza San Marco was nice.

The room was on the small side, and the "intimate" size of the reception area, well, could feel too intimate, like staying with older relatives.
