This hotel was really nice. It is located in an alley just beside the main road. Very near to the water bus station. The receptionists were very nice and they greet their guests whenever they meet. We loved this gesture. They even warned us about the pickpocket issue in Venice. This shows that they care about their guests. The rooms are expensive than usual but had all the required facilities. The Air condition was in working condition. I did not see any elevator in the property.

The alley that leads to the hotel has some bad smell due to some late night drunkards peeing on the road. But that is a problem all around Venice. The hotel itself is very nice.

We really enjoyed our stay! The hotel room was spotless and the staff was lovely, especially Andre who was very friendly and very friendly. The hotel location was also great. We would definitely stay here again.

There were not many amenities, such as body wash. However there were sachets of shampoo. But this wasn’t really an issue as it was close to shops from which this could be purchased. The walls were quite thin.

We loved the staff. Always so gracious and helpful. The location was perfect very close to the main street but still a pretty quiet location. The room was very clean and the bathroom look like it had been upgraded.

The room was incredibly small with really no place to open a couple of small suitcase. We ended up opening them on the bed taking what we needed then closing them back up and standing them up. I suppose it's the nature of these heritage buildings.

Very convenient location - a short walk from the Vaporetto stop, with no bridges to cross so it was easy for us with suitcases. Easy access to St. Mark's Square, Rialto Bridge, and the Vaporetto to Murano. Shops and restaurants are just a minute away. The room had everything we needed and was quiet. Given the generally high prices for accommodations in Venice proper this was great value for money.

the location of this hotel is perfect, in a quiet alley but a 2 minute walk to an area surrounded by trattorias, cafes, bars shops. The lady on the desk when we arrived was exceptionally helpful -we'd planned to leave our bags early as they'd offered, but in fact our room was ready too! Everything was comfortable and clean with plenty of hot water in the shower, space to hang clothes and traditional decor.

The staff were lovely and welcoming, the location was very central, just off the main walking street and grand canal with a convenient water taxi stop nearby. Restaurants right outside the door and a shopping piazza at the end of the alley way. There was no elevator and our room was on the 2nd floor but staff offered to help with our suitcases. We had a fabulous stay!

Very nice hotel and nice customer service. The room is clean..and comfortable.. The location is good to visit the whole city...very close to everything...a lot of restaurants..and historic sites. 1.5km (20 mn walk) from the Venezia St Lucia Train Station. This is a location to keep for a trip to Venice.

The separate bathroom...like going out of your room everytime you need to use the bathroom..and open & close it with a key!! Otherwise everything seems good there. ( I guess it's just for this particular room!).

The staff were friendly, helpful, and professional upon arrival all the way until checkout. As well as allowing us to keep our luggage in the hotel and charge our phones. Loved the location, rooms were comfortable and safe, everything we needed was in the room.

Remote for air conditioning was not in the room. Had to request it from the front desk staff. Otherwise loved everything.

Close to everything, but in a quiet street, so no loud crowds Room was rightly furnished and equipped (including kettle to make tea). Comfortable bed OK - it is not really "special" - but a very comfortable place to stay in Cannaregio, which as soos you veer off Strada Nova has lot of nice restaurants. And Blusbar at the corner of Campo SS Apostoli is good for breakfast, Coop nearby etc

Nothing- what one can expect more?

My friends and I loved our stay! The room was comfortable, accommodating, and served as a great home base. This location is undeniably the best! Close to so many restaurants and cafes, felt very walkable, and made us feel safe. I would 100% stay here again!
