I absolutely loved this location. Just 1 canal from the main bustling shopping street (Nuovo) but quiet and peaceful. Loved being in Cannaregio, a local neighborhood but still less than 10min to Rialto bridge and 5 min to the Ferry to airport or Vaporetto ferry on the Grand Canal. The property itself is part of the hotel next door, so someone at the desk 24hrs and was always very helpful to answer questions on restaurants, ferries etc. Code locked front door so felt safe. The room was small but very clean and cozy, comfy bed, in room safe, great bathroom, water and A/C, Nespresso in the lobby and pleasant staff

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely room in Venice. The space was clean, comfortable, and had a charming window that opened up to a quiet, picturesque canal, such a perfect Venetian touch! The hotel itself is tucked away down a few narrow alleys, which made it a bit tricky to find at first, but that also added to its charm and sense of seclusion. Despite that, the location was very central, just a short walk to many of the city’s main attractions. Overall, it was a fantastic stay in a truly beautiful city. We’d definitely return

Everything was great, the room was good, everything clean, the staff was great and I loved the breakfast. Location was good as well, only fifteen minutes from the city centre but still in a residential area so it wasn't loud or anything. It was also within walking distance from both the train station and the bus drop off area when you're coming from the airport.

Pretty minor, but when you're going to the hotel you'll have to cross through a narrow, pretty empty alley. It was dark when I was coming from the airport so it felt a little uncomfortable (for reference I am a woman travelling alone) but honestly I think narrow, dark alleys are pretty inevitable when you're in Venice.

Very quite and clean room with everything you need to have a nice stay. The staff were very polite and helpful. The maintenance man was so quick and helpful to fix a slight problem with the key card. Only a short walk to the busy street and Restaurants and shops and the Vaporetto.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. It's in a quiet area but really close to a main street with lots of shops and easy walk to the main sights. Very close to Ca D'Oro ferry stop on the Grand Canal and also F.te Nove for going to Murano or Burano. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast options were a bit limited (compared to larger hotels) but sufficient for a good start to the day.

Minor thing that the international TV channels were limited (couldn't find BBC News for instance), but when you're in Venice, there's plenty to see outside the room.

It’s perfectly situated for couple reasons 1 quiet area 2 close to the water bus stop 3 surrounding restaurants cheaper than the one’s in city centre Staff very helpful- we received multiple tips about not common places that are beautiful and hard to find if you just follow tour guide.

Superb location- super quiet street but still walking distance to main sights and airport water taxi nearby. Lovely good sized accommodation with air conditioning and with afternoon tea gratis which was much appreciated. The staff were all very helpful and welcoming, and they provide a staff member to show you to your room and help with bags.

Unstable wifi in my room

The location is great, being only a 10 minute walk to the Rialto Bridge, and a few minutes walk to the Ca' Doro stop to catch the Vaporetto to get around and where my transfer boat dropped me off from the train station, and picked me up to go to the airport. The room was beautiful, breakfast was great and staff were very friendly.

Had a wonderful stay. We usually do frequent trips and to be honest, this was the best ever stay we ever had. We were really overwhelmed by the wonderful hospitality shown by the hotel staff. Everything was neat and clean, food was very good and also the location was just perfect to cover all the main attractions in Venice. Will surely recommend.

Very clean and more modern than other hotels in Venice. Staff were so helpful and knowledgeable about the area.

A slight walk to the main areas, and the alleys were very dark to walk down during the evenings, but this is obviously not a problem of the hotel just worth considering when looking at the location.
