Everything was great, the room was good, everything clean, the staff was great and I loved the breakfast. Location was good as well, only fifteen minutes from the city centre but still in a residential area so it wasn't loud or anything. It was also within walking distance from both the train station and the bus drop off area when you're coming from the airport.

Pretty minor, but when you're going to the hotel you'll have to cross through a narrow, pretty empty alley. It was dark when I was coming from the airport so it felt a little uncomfortable (for reference I am a woman travelling alone) but honestly I think narrow, dark alleys are pretty inevitable when you're in Venice.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. It's in a quiet area but really close to a main street with lots of shops and easy walk to the main sights. Very close to Ca D'Oro ferry stop on the Grand Canal and also F.te Nove for going to Murano or Burano. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast options were a bit limited (compared to larger hotels) but sufficient for a good start to the day.

Minor thing that the international TV channels were limited (couldn't find BBC News for instance), but when you're in Venice, there's plenty to see outside the room.

Superb location- super quiet street but still walking distance to main sights and airport water taxi nearby. Lovely good sized accommodation with air conditioning and with afternoon tea gratis which was much appreciated. The staff were all very helpful and welcoming, and they provide a staff member to show you to your room and help with bags.

Had a wonderful stay. We usually do frequent trips and to be honest, this was the best ever stay we ever had. We were really overwhelmed by the wonderful hospitality shown by the hotel staff. Everything was neat and clean, food was very good and also the location was just perfect to cover all the main attractions in Venice. Will surely recommend.

The location is great, being only a 10 minute walk to the Rialto Bridge, and a few minutes walk to the Ca' Doro stop to catch the Vaporetto to get around and where my transfer boat dropped me off from the train station, and picked me up to go to the airport. The room was beautiful, breakfast was great and staff were very friendly.

Very clean and more modern than other hotels in Venice. Staff were so helpful and knowledgeable about the area.

A slight walk to the main areas, and the alleys were very dark to walk down during the evenings, but this is obviously not a problem of the hotel just worth considering when looking at the location.

Staff and breakfast were 5 star room was comfortable bath plug needed attention small bathroom but adequate need more English speaking tv channels bed very comfortable and very quiet room all in all a very enjoyable stay everyone very helpful would definitely recommend thank you

Absolutely brilliant stay: very convenient location - walkable distance from all attractions, but very peaceful and quiet all around; helpful and courteous employees- smooth check in (Thank you, Simon and Katja) and check out (thanks, Neda) ; authentic cozy spotless room, comfortable bed, high quality bath amenities and fluffy bath towels!!! And now my praises to the restaurant team for fabulous breakfasts! Thank you very much for the delicious starts of the day! Very good WIFI. All in all, great value for money paid. Highly recommended!

Location is close to everything, but also away from the noisy streets. I slept very well here as it was so quiet and the room was so comfortable. The staff were all very accommodating and helpful. We had an early flight before breakfast when we left, and they offered to pack a breakfast for us that we could take to the airport. Overall I was very impressed with this hotel!!

great position in a super quiet but centrally located neighbourhood. very clean and comfortable bed, although my room was incredibly small but manageable. the bathroom was of good size.

I had some challenges with the booking and card payment but they were resolved eventually. the kindness and warm welcome from the staff, particularly from Neda, made up for the challanges at the time of reservation. overall I would use again the hotel for a business trip.
