The position was terrific. We could walk everywhere and easily get to either the ferry to along the Grand Canal or the ferries out to the islands and the airport. If coming from the airport or train station by vaporetta and dragging luggage, from either one there is only one bridge to take luggage up and down, which is great as not too much trouble. They came to find us in the street straightaway, without us even asking, as it can be a little confusing to find the front door. Nina was very pleasant and Igor so helpful.

Perfect location, just around the corner from the main road, so no noise at night. Nina amazing lady! She and her son so helpful and positive! Every morning she prepared breakfast and big pot of taste coffee for me. My friend had a birthday during our stay and Nina brought a bottle of wine. It was absolute unexpected but so sweet!!! All place is clean, no dump. Room is very good size. If I come back to Venice definitely stay here. Highly recommend this place! Thank you Nina and Igor for such a lovely time 😊

The location is perfect - it’s just 3 min away from the ferry terminal which can be best way to reach the place. It is also in the heart of the city center and all touristic locations. The hosts are fantastic- very helpful and it feels like home not like a hotel or a guest house. Nina and her son are carying and try their level best to assist with everything. The breakfast is included in the price and it’s very easy to discuss preferences which later could be accomodated. The owner has a lovely kitty which add coziness to the ambiance, and it totally doesn’t disturb- I loved it coming in the morning to the living room to greet me. Appreciating everything I got and experienced as extended my stay to total round week.

I absolutely loved everything and I’m considering visiting again in the future and recommend it to friends.

The location was excellent. Once you got the hang of reading the map and the road signs it was brilliant. Lots of places to eat and watch the world go by. Friendly helpful locals. Unique transport options. Excellent breakfast

No ensuite. No tea and coffee making facilities.

The stay exceeded all expectations: location, price and the atmosphere is great. Signora Nina was very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was a great addition. Strongly recommend for family visit.

We had a nice days there. The bed and pillows were really comfortable and the breakfast was good and hearty. The house is clean and well located close from city centre, but in a quiet place so it's not noisy at the sleeping time. A Restaurant and pub is less than 10 minutes by foot. Nina is really kind and friendly, I recommend to stay with her.

The location and breakfast was well worth the money. Nina is also a darling and takes great care of her guests.

The A/C was not working and so was very hot in the room and if the window was open the mosquito's came to have their buffet.

Great accommodation in the heart of Venice, calm and close to most of the places. The breakfast was good and the bed very confortable. One thing that needs to be fixed is the windows shutters but it won't be a problem for a good night sleep after a day in the alleys of Venice.

I like the hosts. They are sweet and they let me store my luggage until my train came. The breakfast and location was good. The price was affordable.
