Loved the view from our room, seeing the gondolas pass by each morning and evening. It was also quiet when we closed the windows which was ideal for sleep. I did not take long to walk from the bus terminal and it was easy to get to get around the city as we were on the main street essentially. Always had hot water for the shower. The staff were very nice and helpful on arrival

Quite a few mosquitoes came in the room, but can't be helped much as we are beside water. The rooms can get quite hot with the windows closed to stop the noise coming through.

great value for a large room with two twin beds, a queen bed and two separate sleeping areas, and a large private terrace right on the canal

somewhat difficult to communicate with front desk without walking downstairs and around the corner, tried to message front desk for a wine bottle opener using their WhatsApp as instructed in the room and was told the number on the sheet provided was not on WhatsApp.

Great location out of the big crowds but still close to places you want to go, and in a very picturesque corner of a neighborhood. Beautful small canal view out of our terrace!

It's a little weird when you're checking in that you need to go to a different hotel, and this could be explained better. When you arrive at the door, there's no lobby or staff and you can't get in. You actually need to check in at Hotel Tintoretto around on the other side of the building (or you can walk through the restaurant, Osteria Santa Fosca, which is what some other friendly guests directed us to do).

I think it’s average hotel comparable to other hotels in Venice. It’s in older building and of course it’s not American type of hotels The room was clean, newly renovated The location is not bad, 20 mins from popular areas so you have some sanity for yourself

It’s accessibility nightmare, there is no elevator so you have to take your luggage via staircase A/C is controlled centrally so you need to ask admins to change the temp Room is facing another building so there is no nice view

a beautiful b&b in a great location with canal views. the hotel staff were exceptional.

unfortunately the noise from the osteria downstairs (our room was right above) was pretty relentless throughout the day so it wasn’t exactly peaceful. also the noise from the room above and the lounge next door. Also we found the osteria staff (one in particular) to be not very friendly.

Lovely big size room with channel view. One single bed and one large double bed are very comfortable. The bathroom is also a very good size with view as well. The price is very competitive. Highly recommended.

nothing to complain! Ideas: explain first time visitors about the side entrance and where the main entrance actually is. also maybe put some pictures on the walls...

The properties at the great location. Gabriella gave us a fantastic room facing the canal. The cute cozy little restaurant attached to the property also had an amazing food and ambiance. In the morning of our departure day, they already had called the taxi for us so when we are ready to go the taxi was already waiting for us. overall we had a great experience for staying at the property. Highly recommend.

It was a really pleasant stay. The room is small, but clean and and cozy with all the necessary things for bathroom and tea/coffee. There was no fridge, but it wasn't a problem. Nearby there is a supermarket and a lot of nice cafes for breakfast or snack.

Location was great. Near alot of things. Having the osteria below was great to get that morning coffee and quick bite to eat. Venice is beautiful.

no elevator and carrying the suitcase up the stairs was a little hard. Wish that was disclosed in the description of the hotel.
