Check-in was quick and easy. The room was modern and spotless, and the bedding was a bit thicker and very warm. The minibar was well-stocked—and free! After check-out, we were able to store our luggage in a coin locker until the evening, which was very convenient. If you stay here, definitely choose a room with a balcony! Stepping out onto the balcony and seeing the city instantly gave us that exciting feeling of truly being in Venice.

It was easy to hear the sound of doors opening and closing from the surrounding rooms.

I love location and also the room at Numa Venice Forcola! This is my second time in Venice, I absolutely love this location, away from the major populated area, has it is own peace and charm with lots of boutique restaurant and bar around. The room decor is modern and designer based! Love it; since I am a fan of designer objects. Comfortable bed, clean bathroom and friendly and helpful staffs! Will definitely come back again!

I can hear a very low vibrating sound from the AC, I know not every one will get irritated by that specific frequency, but I personally do. The stay provides ear plugs, however I don’t think it works well for me. I have a noise cancelling airpod, that s how I use to sleep throught to night. Not really a super big flaw, just a note for people who might get irritated with specific frequency. I recommend have some noise cancelling equipment ready.

1. Since it was in a great location and our room had a view, we could hear a lot of noise from tourists in the middle of the night. 2. At night, mosquitoes bothered us while we were trying to sleep. 3. There was no one at the reception to ask about breakfast, and we waited for about half an hour until someone came and gave us the address of a place to have breakfast

The location- EXCELLENT!! Digital experience prior to arrival very handy with all the necessary information one might need, but really appreciated having staff available on site for any further inquiries. Amazing to have storage lockers for luggages! The common area to have some coffee was also a great bonus to have! Room was clean and perfect size for the two of us! There was also extra boxed water for us in the fridge when we arrived and it was very much appreciated considering how hot it’s been! Wishing we had extra time spent there, but looking forward to coming to visit again.

External signage to property could be more visible, as I almost missed it considering how busy the street was.

I really liked the interior design, the peaceful atmosphere, and the fact that my balcony faced the inner courtyard, which made it very quiet. The location was also great, easily accessible from the main stations. I also appreciated the digitalization concept.

Although the hotel follows a digital concept, I still had some difficulties entering my room and was eventually given a physical key. If the person at the reception hadn’t been there at that moment, it would have been a problem. The staff isn’t always available downstairs during the mentioned hours.

• Great location in the very center, just 15 minutes from the main train station and easy to reach from the airport. • No unpleasant odors in the room. • Nice, spacious, and comfortable shower. • Breakfast area with a dining table and a coffee machine. • Windows face a quiet inner courtyard. • Grocery stores nearby. • Very helpful staff – even though the luggage lockers were full, they kindly looked after our bags. • Lovely interior and plenty of storage space in the room.

Very comfortable, modern and clean apartments with excellent wi-fi connection, common kitchen and nice lobby zone. Good location, only 15 minutes walking to Rialto Bridge, and 10 minutes walking from Santa Lucia railway station. Digital check-in without any problems and 24/7 support if you have any questions. Great thing is lockers which you can use after check out till 20.00.

It's not about the apartments but you should consider that if you have to go from the Santa Lucia railway station, there is no variant to go by taxi to the apartments, so you should go on foot. There are staircases on the way, so it's a little bit difficult with heavy suitcase.

Amazing location!! On the main street but the noise was kept out by great windows. We had probably one of the best rooms on the top floor. Brand new room. All little things provided. Common kitchen had everything. Closte with extra towels was very handy. Washer and drier were brand new.

A very small point. We had an accident and needed a first aid kit. The girl on the helpline did not know there was one in the essentials closet. We found it by mistake. It is a crucial info to know. Also please refill it because we used a lot of what was inside.

The place was clean, staff were very helpful. Train station is around an 8 minute walk. If you’re coming in by ferry from the airport, the first stop is around a 10 min walk. I liked that they had free luggage storage early morning before check in and flexible hours after check out.

At the time of my stay the elevator wasn’t working. And the room that I requested with balcony wasn’t available, I was informed of this the morning of the day of check in. We did get a discount for the last minute changes and the elevator inconvenience.

I like the design of the room. Kitchen & Locker is very convenient for us to use after check out. Plus locker is free. I love the little balcony in my room especially in the morning I can just open it and let the sunlight in.

I saw there are spider web in my room under the seat. Didn’t feel very comfortable when I saw it. And the hangers are dusty. I think at this price it should be more clean. Also the room is not very soundproof. You can hear people come back and some noise after midnight when they get back.
