Amazing location!! On the main street but the noise was kept out by great windows. We had probably one of the best rooms on the top floor. Brand new room. All little things provided. Common kitchen had everything. Closte with extra towels was very handy. Washer and drier were brand new.

A very small point. We had an accident and needed a first aid kit. The girl on the helpline did not know there was one in the essentials closet. We found it by mistake. It is a crucial info to know. Also please refill it because we used a lot of what was inside.

Very comfortable, modern and clean apartments with excellent wi-fi connection, common kitchen and nice lobby zone. Good location, only 15 minutes walking to Rialto Bridge, and 10 minutes walking from Santa Lucia railway station. Digital check-in without any problems and 24/7 support if you have any questions. Great thing is lockers which you can use after check out till 20.00.

It's not about the apartments but you should consider that if you have to go from the Santa Lucia railway station, there is no variant to go by taxi to the apartments, so you should go on foot. There are staircases on the way, so it's a little bit difficult with heavy suitcase.

The location is fantastic, making it easy to explore the main attractions. The bed was very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay, adding to the positive experience. The shared facilities were well-maintained and convenient, and the storage space availability after check-out was a thoughtful touch that made our departure much smoother. Overall, it was a great stay, and I would choose to stay here again!

The room was very well designed and it was spacious and neat, unlike most properties in Venice. It felt clean and new, despite it being within an old building. I loved the amenities in the bathroom and also the shared amenities like the co-working space, the shared kitchen, and the laundry room.

The staffless reception and the constant need to text a 'bot' before being able to speak to a real person was frustrating, especially when we lost some belongings and needed help to find them.

The room had a very nice view. Downstairs there are roomy luggage lockers, big enough for large suitcases. The bathroom was well lit and spacious

The digital code at the main entrance - in several situations (e.g. dead phone, no wifi) it may be inconvenient. The lack of a small shelf near the sink where the toothbrushes could be placed without the risk of the liquid soap dripping on them. No sockets near the bed.

The room was very comfortable and clean. the location was excellent.

we would have liked the room to be cleaned during the stay while we were out. it's very handy having the essentials available for us to help ourselves for things like coffee and toilet paper. but we would have appreciated clean cups and plates as we were using these each day and it didn't feel very hygienic to be cleaning these ourselves in the room.

Excellent Location not far from train station. Centrally located near Grand Canal and all the attractions of Venice. Clean, nice, coffee in the room, laundry too! Staff very helpful!

Little difficult checking in because we didn't preregister on line. May have been our fault for not fully reading emails sent prior but it was an online system we had never dealt with before.

Great location. Amazing view to the canal. Spotlessly clean, stylish interior, very comfortable beds. Digital registration smoothly. The possibility to store luggage before check in and after check out was great too. And the availability of an elevator is also a real advantage.

Great location, 15-20 minutes walking to main spots in Venice, but distant from the noisy area. Could sleep well, good grocery shops 3 minutes from the hotel, so you can buy some food for your breakfast or aperetivo ;) many restaurants, coffee shops, wine bars etc. Not mentioned digital experience, love it!!
