This building is beautiful and we liked the interior design. Location was very convenient. Short walk from railway station and vaporetto stops. Street has lot of restaurants and little shops. We liked the cooling air condition. Breakfast was good, fresh rolls, eggs, cold cuts, cheese, juice... etc. Viola was very helpful and informative with messaging and replying quikly.

Bathroom was clean but had quite bad odour all the time maybe sewage system or something but it was fortunately outside the bedroom so not a big deal for a short stay. And water pressure was really low and shower head small.

Excellent location on the main street leading to Santa Lucia train station. 700 meters to the station, a little over a kilometer and a half to St. Mark's Square. Also close to the water bus stops. The room had authentic decor that matched the style of the building. Our room had a private bathroom, which was a big plus. Friendly staff, smooth check-in and check-out. The narrow streets of Venice were crowded, so we bought a 24-hour ticket for the water buses. We also visited the nearby island of Murano and explored its many glass shops. Incredible works of art.

Breakfast was typical Italian, a bit modest for those used to continental breakfasts.

Not a criticism, more of a suggestion the robes were one size, could have been bigger. I didn’t mind the shared bathroom, however unless we checked the door was unlocked we were unsure if it was occupied or not

Viola is wonderful! She's a very kind host and very helpful. All staff is kind and really takes care, makes sure the place is clean and that the breakfast room is well supplied. You can also feel safe in the house as well as in the neighbourhood. The location is just perfect: at a beautiful street, close to everywhere, but also just outside the busiest areas. There is a restaurant just next door as well as a wine shop with unbeatable prices for a variety of tasty local wine with "bring your own bottle". There's also a nice prosciutteria nearby and a supermarket in an old theatre just 2-minute walk away (you must visit this shop!). It's also very close to Banco San Marco with an ATM which doesn't charge fees. And it's only a few-minute walk to L'Osteria Le Guglie, which has very kind staff and amazing food in good prices. It's also easy to get to Art Dreams B&B from the airport by a 15-minute very picturesque walk from Piazzale Roma (where the bus stops) or by the water (the Guglie stop is just 3-minute walk from the B&B). My wife and I can't wait to come back. The place is really worth recommendation! A big thank you to whole staff of Art Dreams B&B for making our stay wonderful!

Nothing to complain about. Booking.com won't let our review through without typing something in "What didn't you like?" box, so just need to do the word count ;) Next time we'll try to book an en suite room, because the shared bathroom's convenience depends on who stays in the other room ;) but it's shared by only 2 rooms, so it's still very good and it's cleaned daily. If next time we won't manage to book an en suite room, we'll book the shared bathroom again and we'll be very happy!

Such a nice place, room was big and very nice decoration, clean and cosy. The location is nice and close to the central station if you are coming with train. But not far from San Marco square also 15 minutes walk. There was nice breakfast and the host Viola was so kind and gave us information about restaurants and things to do around the city. Such a kind hearted person. We were allowed to check in earlier. We are satisfied overall.

In the breakfast it would be better if they had a toaster machine so as to warm the bread.

Very good location, with view of garden at back. Room decor was antique style so that added to the experience. Host Violet was very helpful with maps and information.

Very small room - but I guess space is a luxury on such a small island. Air condition fan went on and off multiple times during the night so that woke me up.

Staff was great, every instruction given was clear and they had one of the best breakfasts we had included in our stays throughout our vacation

The only observation we had is that the kitchen is steps from the rooms so all the noise for the breakfast to be ready started really early. So if you plan to stay in a little late maybe you will have an unexpected alarm going on.

Easy to find, central street, but the room is quiet, clean, big, with a lot of light. Wonderful, helpful staff, even though they are not staying overnight. Rich, delicious breakfast. There is a teapot, a bottle of drinking water, an electric mosquito repellent. WE WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK.

There may be mosquitoes, when you open the window.

The property located in the city center and has a great Victorian atmosphere. Super friendly and fast responding staff. Breakfast was served as the compliment. Great experience for me.

Sure, it would be great to have a private bath, but frankly speaking, I haven't had a bad experience without one, so I have nothing to complain about.
