Our stay was good. The location is great, the apartment has all you need and is clean. The shower was not directly in the room but across the stairs in the main hall right next to the apartment, but it wasn`t an issue. The host response was excellent and gave detailed instructions on everything. AC was working well. The area was very quiet in the night! I can recommend. Oh and Venice is AMAZING!!! Our neighbors above where very noise one morning which woke us up quite early. But that is not the fault of the host at all. Other than that no negatives.

Everything was perfect. Great location, pretty close to the train station, but still in a quiet place, so I managed to sleep very well. The room was very big and with the possibility to cook as well. Comfy bed too. The bathroom was very modern, clean, and pretty warm thanks to the heater. WiFi worked very well. Cleaning staff was very nice and attentive. The staff went above and beyond. My friend accidentally dropped a bracelet in the sink, and the owner not only managed to retrieve it but also sent it to us via post. Really, really appreciated.

The accommodation is very good, well located and well provided with the basics. On hot days in Venice, air conditioning is essential.

The internet in our room, Vivaldi, didn't work well, it was very slow and with a weak connection signal, I think it's a point that could be solved easily. I went to work and had difficulties because of that.

The location is very central even if is not in the main center, which is good as is not that packed and have the train and bus station next to the stay, supermarkets, restaurants... The room is comfy and spacious.

The bathroom outside, the room could be more clean because the fridge for example was a bit dirty and they need to make a room locked to leave the bags even that we could leave them behind the sofa located in the main hall without problem but is not the most convenient.

There was no wifi even the explanation of the hotel saying there was and in our room there was even no phone service which was so inconvenient.

Size of room, windows -- our room, up the flight of stairs, was airy and light. If you're looking for fresh seafood there is a beautiful seafood stall on the canal, very nearby.

If the smell of fish bothers you, beware. There is a lovely fish store down the alley that you must pass to get out to the street (canal). It's set up outside on the canal every morning. I'm not sure when they shut down but there's no evidence of the stall by afternoon. On another note, My husband is over 6' tall and elderly. The bed was very low to ground and he had a hard time getting up from it.

Small decorative issues like the cracked bathroom tile and dip in the floor which is stone so hit my foot a couple times but can’t fault the room apart from that

Great location and a very good price for Venice! It's perfect for a tourist, but also located in a quite alley. Not much of noise, no fish smell they tell about in some other reviews :) Self-check in, so you can arrive and leave at any time. Clean room and bathroom.

It's obvious that the room is not new, but it doesn't ruin your comfort.

Quiet. Good a/c. Great location. Great communication with host re access etc. Clean and has a bonus kitchen. Free wifi.

All great. Is a little hard to find at first but good instructions from host once I got internet.

It was well located in the city and it had good air conditioning. The bed was also confortable and we had a little kitchen (some ustensiles, plates, coffee machine, microwave and a little stove). Also, the host is really helpful through What’sapp.

It had no mirrors in the room. Also, the toilet in the private bathroom was difficult to flush. Some of the dishes were dirty (but that’s probably the fault of the last tenants before us).
