Room has all necessary amenities like a tea set, bathroom with everything you need. Rooms are on a smaller side, but it fit us with no problem. Staff is quite friendly and accommodating to requests. Quiet location away from tourist crowds, but at the same time, within walking distance to Train station and San Marco (20 mins).

There was "moisty-fishy" smell on a narrow street toward the hotel, perhaps, since it is located close Fish-market. Smell is not overwhelming, but could be a consideration.

It was great that its location was in the city center, or rather within walking distance to everything. Being close to restaurants and cafes, as well as just about a minute away from the Guglie water bus stop, was quite attractive. Access from the airport to the hotel was also very easy. The rooms were spacious enough, and the cleaning was adequate. I was happy that we chose breakfast, as it offered a good variety. For a boutique hotel, the amenities were quite satisfactory. At the same time, a bottle of Prosecco awaits you in your room upon arrival.

The only downside is that you can hear the footsteps and voices of the people staying above you.

Short distance walk from Stazione di Venezia Santa Lucia. Hotel is very clean and nice. Staff are friendly and helpful too. Do not let down by the appearance of the entrance of the hotel that looks like a tunnel. In fact, this hotel is very unique and nice. The gate will be locked after 7pm, guests are given a code to unlock the gate if they come back to the hotel after 7pm. We had a safe and pleasant stay for 2 nights.

I had such a fantastic stay here. Prior to my stay, the staff were patient and friend so help me with any queries I had and during my stay, they were incredibly accommodating. Location is great, about 8 mins walk away from Santa Lucia station. I didn't have breakfast here but it looked good; Samantha was kind enough to offer me some cappuccino during my early check in. The room was lovely and exceeded my expectations. Clean, spacious and characterful. I especially loved that they had original features like exposed wooden beans and Venetian shutters. I would absolutely stay here again- huge thanks to all the staff!

Only a minor compliant- the room was a little cold so I wonder if the system wasn't working to its full ability?

Excellent staff. Very friendly and keen to assist. Even surprised me with a special note and bag of sweets on my birthday. We were fortunate to have the use of outdoor chairs and table in a small courtyard which felt like an extra room. Very quiet location close to rail and an easy walk to most things.

There are smaller rooms with no windows at a cheaper rate but staff were happy to upgrade us.

Location is very convenient for the train station - only one bridge to cross with wheeled bags! The entrance is somewhat underwhelming through a passage (well lit at night). Rooms are very comfortable and well equipped. Staff very helpful and welcoming

Unfortunately being Venice, accomodation doesnt feel great value for money, EUR 250 a night is a not a bargain option for an average size room. Breakfast options could be greater, more fruit options in particular would be good

The location in Cannaregio was precisely what we wanted. We were given a room upgrade and the room was absolutely terrific. The staff, including the cleaning crew, could not have been nicer.

This is a little niche, but we are Sabbath observers and the motion sensors on the lights and electronic gate were a bit of a challenge for that.

Everything was perfect. Friendly and professional staffs, high quality modern room, good breakfast, safe storage of luggages before check-in as well as after check-out, very valuable accommodation in conclusion.

The passage to the hotel is quite strange so that you feel like entering a cave. But, you will soon find the signboard of the hotel which is renovated in a modern style.

We thought that this was the perfect place to stay in Venice. You can easily catch a ferry from the airport to a canal stop almost in front of their entrance. Be aware, like all places in Venice, it can be easy to walk passed the entrance, which basically looks like a tunnel. Ca Pozzo has a welcoming courtyard where you can sit, relax and also enjoy breakfast (excellent buffet). The rooms are modern and comfortable inside. The staff are friendly and very helpful. It is close to many restaurants and shops, and points of interest are within 1/2 hour walk. we did the self guided Ghetto tour from Ca Pozzo, which was interesting, but also peaceful compared to the busy main thoroughfares. We left by train, and the station was only 15 minutes walk. Highly recommend this accommodation.

We were given a warm welcome. Our room was really nice and clean and spacious. Breakfast was very good with a vast selection of food to suit everyone. The freshly squeezed orange juice was delicious. The waitress was very helpful and was nice and friendly. Bathroom shower was very good. the bed was really comfy. it was very quiet during the night, We were very happy with our stay.

We noticed other reviews mention the smell of fish in the alleyway that leads to the hotel was not very pleasant, however this does not affect the hotel at all and as there is a daily fish market by the canal it is to be expected.
