We had a wonderful holiday at this hotel. It's a 5-minute walk from the Piazza Roma (Venice central bus station), and even closer to the train station. The Vaporetto stops are also just a 2-minute walk away. The street is always lively, and there's a market on the same street. You can reach St. Mark’s Square in about 30 minutes either on foot or by Vaporetto. The hotel rooms have been renovated; they were very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was quite good — there was yogurt, fruit, and everything you might need. The only downside was the lack of a minibar. It wasn’t an issue in April, but it might be in the summer. There’s no hairdryer in the rooms, but they provide one immediately upon request.

Staff were all really friendly, welcoming and helpful, especially for letting me know what to do incase we were late to check-in. The location is perfect, close to the train station at vaparetto stops at Ferrovia. As it is up a little side street it is nice and quiet. Our room was nice and clean and even had a balcony that we didn't expect. The plug-in mosquito repellent was a welcome touch, as during our previous stay elsewhere in Venice we ended up covered in bites. No such problem this time. Breakfast was really nice, good value for money and plenty of options for everyone

Friendly, helpful Staff. Very close to Santa Lucia Railway Station, and a number of options for water taxi's. Many great eating choices nearby. We only had Breakfast on one morning of our 4-night stay - and were impressed with what was available. The online pics were accurate. We had booked a Double Room, which was not near or above Reception, but instead, in the building opposite. Stairs were difficult to navigate with luggage and especially with a dodgy knee. Room was smaller than anticipated (it didn't appear in the online pics). However, it was clean and neat. Very welcomed bottle of wine greeted us.

Mozzies in our room - not a fan as they LOVE ME! The Zapper provided didn't quite work - especially as I was bitten in the shower/bathroom most times! Flyscreens on windows would solve the problem. Unfortunately, I found they don't seem to be used much in Italy/Europe!

Perfect location near train station, full of shops and restaurants. In an alley off the main street so it's quiet. Staff are very friendly, I enjoy chatting with them. The room is very spacious and the mattress is very comfortable. I'll stay there again when I'll go to Venezia!

The door slams hard and makes a noise. It takes a while for hot water to come out -wasting water There is no glass door at the shower but a curtain so the water comes a bit out next to the toilet.

Super nice and helpful staff. Fully functional AC and strong as hell. Both me and my girlfriend was shivering of cold when we let it run for the entire night. Super nice location. Walking distance to guglie (boat buss Station) and to piezziale roma (Central Station of Venice)

The breakfast wasn't very impressive. Would have liked a little more variety. But it was easy to find nice breakfast elsewhere so not much of a issue really.

The hotel I usually book for stays in Venice was already fully booked, so I opted for Hotel Guerrini, which is practically right next to it. The staff were super friendly. I speak Italian, but I overheard them converse with ease in English with other guests. The rooms were not too big, but that is to be expected in Venice, especially for a two-star hotel. My main criterium is always cleanliness, and in this regard I have no complaints whatsoever. A free bottle of Prosecco and some lovely Italian biscuits on the bed were a nice bonus.

The location is amazing, the buildings and especially the alleyway they are housed in are quite aesthetic, and the staff was so friendly! When I left my hat behind, I called and they secured it immediately, and kindly presented it when I returned. Great staff, great location, great aesthetics, great value.

Being Venice, and being October, the humidity was a killer. The first night I had a few articles of clothing get wet, I could not dry them for the life of me. No matter where I hung them, no luck. The heating isn't kicked on til Oct 9th or something like that, so if you get anything wet - at least in the room I was in - good luck! Again though, welcome to Venice in October. Bring/buy an umbrella!

Welcoming and comfortable, this family-owned hotel is located within walking distance of the railway station and Guglie waterbus stop. The main building is undergoing renovation so the room was across the courtyard in the annex. The very quiet room was spacious with a comfy bed, a small desk, and an armoir. Breakfast was basic Continental with sweet/savory selections. Staff members were very nice and helpful with any questions.

The bathroom lacked a bidet which is usually standard in Italian bathrooms.

We were a family of five adults traveling together. We had a small apartment and then one extra room. The apartment had one room with a queen bed, another room with two twin beds, and then a fold-out sofa bed in the living room. Both rooms were very clean. The air conditioning worked well. It was very helpful to have extra space so we could dry our umbrellas. Having a kitchen sink and a refrigerator also made our trip easier. The hotel is located down an alley off a very busy pedestrian street. The location is ideal. There were multiple restaurants within a two-minute walk. The front desk staff were very helpful.

We arrived by plane and then took the bus from the airport to Venice. The walk from the bus station to the hotel was ten to fifteen minutes. It seemed longer because was warm and humid. This is not a complaint, but rather an observation.

This review is for a queen bedroom. It was on the first floor of a building across the alley from the hotel office. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. We did not use the hotel breakfast. There are bakeries offering breakfast options within a two- to three-minute walk from the hotel. The train station and a vaporetto station are five-minute walk from this hotel. The bus terminal for the bus from the airport is a ten to fifteen-minute walk.
