The room was bright and airy and the bed was very comfortable. The location was fabulous, so close to the station and walking distance to everything in Venice. They were also kind enough to upgrade me to a room with a private bathroom which was such a bonus!

The water pressure of the rain shower could've been higher (although there was a detachable shower head as well that had great water pressure). And a kettle in the room would've made it a 10/10! Also, I had to avoid opening the windows as there are lots of mosquitoes (not the hotels fault though!)

Very central location, close to the train station (no need to cross the bridge with heavy luggage). The street is full of shopping and restaurants just outside the hotel. The room has a comfortable bed and very good air conditioning (it was +35 outside). Shower was downstairs but clean and good. I asked for a quiet room and it was super quiet!

Steep stairs and no elevator. Window was closed from the outside. Shower + toilet is in the small room, not very comfortable but very clean and good condition. Also shower was not in the same floor but downstairs.

I didn't stay at Atlandide Hotel. During check-in I was re-allocated a room at Hotel Antica Casa Carettoni, which was the instructed place for check in to Atlantide Hotel. It's very well located at 5min from the railway station and I had an excellent night sleep. Staff were very friendly. I would stay there again.

They could offer a kettle and coffee and tea as breakfast is not offered. There is no lift to the upper floors. Not suitable for disable people.

I liked everything about this hotel. As a solo traveler , this hotel was well located , within the city center and definitely couldn't ask for more . I was a bit afraid that it wouldn't be that good and it was really really nice ! Will definitely Come back whenever I am in Venice

The shower pressure for hot water wasn't really working. A 7 minutes shower can easily turn into a 20 minutes one because the pressure was literally inexistant for hot water but working normally for cold one.

The hotel was quite close to train station. Check in process went smoothly. The room was clean. A bit tiny than expected but that is not an issue as it is common in Venice and we didn't mind experiencing city vibes. The staff is very friendly and they kept our luggage on check out day while we further explored the city.

It would have been nice to have some tea or coffee option in the room. There is no lift, so you have to carry luggage bags upstairs if you room is there.

For a 2 star hotel, we were very happy with our stay. Our room was small, but had everything you needed for a few nights stay. We didn't spend much time in the room during the day, so the size was not an issue for us. It was clean, with comfortable beds, a safe, a desk, wardrobe, chair and bedside tables. The air conditioning was hugely appreciated! The ensuite bathroom was very small, but had everything you needed - and the shower pressure was great, with a rainfall shower head and hand held shower head. The location was great, very close to the canal. There were plenty of restaurants nearby, as well as a small supermarket to grab things from. Staff at the reception were very friendly and helpful. They gave us advice and answered any queries we had, even helping us to book a taxi for an early morning flight.

One thing that could be helpful in future would be another mirror in the room - there was one in the bathroom but not in the bedroom.

The hotel location is very good, is easy to reach with the boat transportation from the airport (like 5/10 minutes walk) and is also really close to the train station. The AC functioned properly as well the wi-fi and everything was clean. The check-in/out process was easy, still take into consideration that you have to do it in another hotel (yet quite close).

The room was small and you have to use stairs to reach the room (may be a problem for some people).

As and Indian traveling in Europe, I have to say that I found a worm, International welcome at the hotel Atlantide. The nice always smiling lady at the reception also speaks a few words of Malayalam! During my trip to Europe this was the best human experience. I felt relaxed and happy, I hope to be back soon . Dear Ms.Sandra , we are in Rome now but service is very poor, no one even says hello to us. We miss you Thank you for everything you done for us

- Good location, right at the gateway to the main island of Venice, only 2-3 minutes walk from Ferrovia waterbus station - Friendly and supportive reception staff (I stayed in the spring but encountered cold weather, the city's policy did not allow the heating system to be turned on, but the hotel provided me with a mini heat lamp) - There is staff to clean the room every day

- The hotel is an old building (most houses on the island are like that), there is no elevator, but the ground floor has many rooms (you can contact the hotel in advance to get a room on the ground floor) - The reception desk is located at a nearby hotel (1 minute walk), but does not cause any inconvenience. - The furniture is quite old, the bed is not very comfortable.

Excellent 2 star hotel. Fantastic value for money. The hotel is in the perfect location. Can walk to main tourist attractions easily within 30 minutes or take the water bus and there's an Alilaguna stop nearby too if that's how you choose to travel from the airport. Staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was cleaned, beds were made and fresh towels every day.

The hairdryer wasn't very powerful but still did the job just took a little longer. The windows were slightly overlooked so had to keep the curtains closed whilst changing but rather than that not having windows.
