Location is great, close to the main vaporeto station as well as the train and bus station. Main attractions can be reached by foot in an extended but pleasant walk and there are plenty of restaurants, bars and shops in the area. Rooms are spacious and look really nice, good taste for the decorations and design. Quality breakfast. The staff in breakfast area was kind and welcoming.

Personnel for cleaning and reception could have been more careful and attentive to feedback. They have missed providing toiletries refill (initial quantity was veeery scarce) including the very basics (soap, toilet paper). I had to ask literally 3 times for it and finally they had fix it. Instead of listening for the feedback and timely addressing it, the receptionist kept speaking on top of me, so I ended up ruining my holiday mood for such minor details. Best you bring your own toiletries, there's a supermarket near by; spend a few minutes and a few euros but save yourself the unpleasant experience I had.

Great size room and great price for 3 nights for 2 people! Had a little trouble with the door closing but the staff were so helpful and were straight on fixing the problem, even offered to change rooms for us if we wanted. Very friendly and always polite. Lovely hotel and genuinely can't fault the location!! Next to a shop which is handy and only 2 mins from the train station. Would definitely recommend!!

This property is right where the crowd is but once you walk in, it’s so peaceful. The hotel is super new. The room was beautiful and everything was clean.

It’s kinda difficult to go up the elevators and stairs. Depending on where your room is you might have to use both but that’s only because the way the building is set up. Not at all a deal breaker.

Clean, close to everything, staff is super good great thanks to Davide, Mridul, the 2 Marcos from bar and reception. Everything was exceptional. From the minute we checked in to the minute we left. Best hotel in Venice

Modern, and very comfortable with a large room and bathroom. Breakfast was wonderful. Staff were very friendly and attentive. The room was quiet, while the area was delightful. Very close to the Ferrovia water bus stop, and to Piazzale Roma, and the station.

The hotel is in a great location near to lots of restaurants whilst also within walking distance to tourist spots and to ferries that can take you anywhere you need to go. The rooms are comfortable and tastefully decorated. The staff were very welcoming and kind and let us know about upcoming Carnevale events and a strike that would impact our journey home.

The room became quite hot at night and the cooling function on the in-room air conditioner wasn't working. Our room was facing onto the busy street below but we managed to keep one window open and use ear plugs to keep the room cool. The shower is really nice and spacious. Having a small shower rack would be nice to have somewhere to place soap, hair conditioner etc.

Perfect location near Venice train station in main island, morning buffet with amazing breakfast and rooms were amazing.

The room was absolutely beautiful and brand new. All facilities that you required were in the room. The staff are super friendly and’s ready to assist with anything. The breakfast was unbelievable . It had cereal, many varieties of hot food,, different assortments of fruit and fruit salad, plus all the selections of fresh home made pastries. Absolutely would recommend staying here. So close to everything . A wonderful experience.
