First of all it’s right next to the station yet on a quiet street so it was really convenient for us after a long train journey and it’s also close to the ferrovia and some lovely restaurants just next door. The room was spacious and well decorated and furnished and very clean and comfortable, we were 3 adults in the room and there was enough space. The breakfast was generous with a fair selection. The check in is at another building right opposite and rooms are in another building, this is fairly common in Venice. There are slots you can select for breakfast as the space is small. The staff was really helpful and kind to help my son - very thankful to them

All was good

Good value (for Venice!) hotel, very convenient for S Lucia station and the vaporetto stop opposite. It's located off the Lista di Spagna, but set far enough back that there's no issue with noise. Room was basic but a decent size (bathroom was quite small) and clean.

Shower was very small, with low water pressure, and the shower head fixture was partially broken. It was annoying to have to decide what time I wanted breakfast in advance, rather than go with the flow. Location was ideal for me on this occasion as I wanted to be close to the station, but generally speaking I'd prefer a less busy area. Might suit first time visitors to Venice, though, as it's close to everything you need and you're unlikely to get lost!

Location - just around the corner from the train station - was convenient. The check-in process was easy and friendly. The room was BEAUTIFUL and well-appointed. The bed was comfortable; bathroom was clean and very nice. No bathroom exhaust fan which seemed strange but perhaps not uncommon in a city that has constant humidity. Buffet breakfast was included - excellent! Our first morning we had an early tour and would miss breakfast, so the front desk offered to prepare a takeaway breakfast for us: bottled water, croissant, toast, and marmalade/Nutella. Also recommended a local non-tourist restaurant for supper which was excellent. We were sorry we were only staying 2 nights.

No elevator in the building. The stairs were easy enough to navigate, but Orsaria has no elevator.

Location near the train station was very convenient.. The service was outstanding. We were allowed to leave our luggage at reception before checking in and after checking out. The TV remote was not working and was immediately replaced. Environmentally friendly body products were provided, and the bed was very comfortable with hypoallergenic pillows. The breakfast was lovely with a good choice of pastries.

We were pleasantly surprised by everything. There was nothing that we didn't like.

Location is EXCELLENT. Breakfast - EXCELLENT - was varied and fresh. The only exception was that the espresso and cappuccino were not good at all. Maybe there was an issue with the machine (?) The room was beautiful, clean and had all the necessary amenities, except for shampoo. There was only body wash. The room was quiet, and smelled fresh.

The only issue was that the cappuccino & espresso were not good at all. The breakfast host prepared them with a machine that uses pods. Perhaps the calibration was incorrect.

Staff was very friendly. We arrived by train and wanted a place close by so we didn't have to lug our bags all around Venice. It was right next to the train station. Breakfast was great. Room had an A/C unit which was so awesome since it was so hot in Venice. Rooms were clean and had everything we needed.

Only issue I had was the shower would go from hot to cold and back to hot again and repeat that cycle all throughout the shower. That was our only issue.

Location was great for connecting with transport in and out of the city. Breakfast was fantastic. Full of many choices. Just what we needed for our last day in Venice.

Would have preferred that the check-in was in the same place but it is just a few houses away. Very quiet location except for the noise of early and late arrivals rolling their suitcase down the narrow street but that is out of their control and a bit funny actually.

The location was ideal for our stay. The room was perfect and bathroom also. Loved the friendliness of the staff and the breakfast. Most of all, we really appreciated one morning that we had an early tour and would miss breakfast, so the front desk offered to prepare a takeaway breakfast for us: croissants, juice, toast and two bottles of water. We will stay here again for sure.

Lack of an elevator.

The location is excellent, very close to the train station and on the same side so you don’t have to cross any bridges with your luggage. It is also very close to the Grand Canal. The breakfast was good but not quite as elaborate as some we had. The room was smallish but perfectly fine for 2 people. The hotel was located down a laneway and was vert quiet.

It was a bit strange that you had to check in at another hotel across the lane but it all worked ok. We were aware that there was no lift but if you have a lot of luggage it could difficult.

Overall, my experience at this hotel was positive. The location is excellent, just two blocks from the train station, making it convenient for travelers. The breakfast provided was excellent, offering a variety of options. Additionally, the cleanliness of the facilities was top-notch.

The only downside was the inconvenience of having to check in and check out at another hotel located across the street. This process could be streamlined for a smoother experience.
