Close to the train station and an easy walk to find. Directions emailed and on booking clearly stated how to access property after front desk closed in afternoon were very good and easy to follow. Room was a nice size and bed was comfortable. Room I had was under roof so could see sky outside. However, lots of stairs (no elevator) but the property did warn about that many times. The continental breakfast was nice and filling. No issues with having my dog with me.

There was no tourist info in the hotel or room; however, the tourist office near the train station wasn't that far away. Lots of stairs to climb but the property does warn guests that there is no elevator.

Perfect location for us as we wanted something very easy to find and to be close to the train station and vaporeto stops.it's situated an alley and feels very safe and not too loud The room was big and clean and the breakfast very decent(I read all the reviews about it and don't know why people complain so much) The staff was very friendly and accommodating as me and my friends arrived at different times Also bonus point for the water filter on the first floor

The bath/shower it's a bit wierd but very functional No lift but the stairs are not steep Neither of these bother us

The location is awesome, right next to Santa Lucia railway station, and Vaporetto Ferrovia stop. The room was comfortable and clean, down a quiet street and the stairs were carpeted so no noisy footsteps to wake you!. There is no lift, but that is normal in Venice. The buffet breakfast was plentiful with toast, croissants, eggs, cheese, proscuitto, yoghurt, fruit, biscotti, fruit juice, tea, coffee etc. Excellent restaurant just a few doors down the street for evening meals. I would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

The property is very near to the train station and centrally located, which makes it very convenient. The breakfast lady was very nice. Actual breakfast itself was decent, nothing special. The rooms were very spacious for two. Bathroom was decent. Check-in was easy and initial check-in email was very detailed and very helpful.

You can hear your neighbors, especially when they are flushing the toilet. It's really funny they give you earplugs. :P They also only give you one key for each room, which we wish there were at least two sets of keys.

For us the location was the thing we appreciated most. The B&B is literally around the corner from the train station and vaparetto stops. It is also very easy to walk to the bus station. We liked the area of Cannaregio where the B&B is located. Our room was clean, warm and comfortable. It’s not a big room. The bathroom is adequate. The shower cubicle may be a bit small for bigger/taller people. We appreciated having a kettle and a safe in the room. There is good sound proofing. Breakfast was excellent from our point of view. There was enough selection and quantity for us. Quality of the breakfast was also good. We would like to highlight how good the staff were. Valeria was a warm and welcoming host.

I’m not sure if it’s possible due to the size of the room and the electrical points availability but a small fridge would be a great facility in our view.

The location was brilliant. Right near the train station and right in the heart of shops and restaurants. Breakfast was lovely for the price. Staff were lovely and helpful. They even left us a tray in our room of breakfast food as we were checking out early the following day. Small touches like this mean a lot. Room was clean and fit for purpose. Interior much better than some of the others I saw on booking.com. I do recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

The only negative I can give this hotel is that the air con wasn’t working. The room was very hot so we had to open the windows at night. That then invited the mosquitoes in and we were covered in bite marks.

Breakfasts were good - lots of offer, fresh and tasty. We really appreciated being able to leave our bags after check out on the last day, returning to collect later in the day. Staff were helpful and friendly Location was wonderful, quiet alley but close to all the buzz of shops and restaurants as well as transport.

I recommend getting an ice machine. Since no bar fridge in rooms, and no drinks available at the accomodation, there is no way to enjoy a cold drink in your room. Also a couple of wine glasses in the room would be nice.

The location is great, being so close to train station and waterways. The hotel provided excellent directions, especially navigating the labyrinth of narrow streets and alleys in Venice. Check- in after-hours was easy and they also provided details about what to do.

Santa Lucia is a very busy hub. Be prepared to be swamped by tourists as soon as you step off the train. Breakfast space at the hotel was very small, so go early.

It was what I expected. Very clean, friendly staff. Perfect location, near Canal Grande, about 5 min walk from the train station. Easy to find.

Reception only open from 7:30 until 14:00. We couldn't get in through remote doorbell, we had to wait, until other guests came and let us in. We collected our keys from a box at the reception, but the key card didn't open the front door when we came back from dinner, we had to call the "emergency" customer service to let us in.

Perfect location - 3 minute walk from Venice Santa Lucia train station, very quiet and safe street, comfy room, very clean, A/C, nice bathroom, no refrigerator/mini bar etc. We stated on the 3rd floor - no elevator - beautiful garden view from our window. Room was recently updated. Breakfast was good and the staff was outstanding. Definitely a great place to stay next time we go back to Venice
