Location was excellent, so close to the train station, and I just walked from Piazzale Roma, from the airport bus. I asked for a lower floor room because of my suitcase, and was accommodated, although I realized you could hear reception when other guests arrived, but it was often all quiet by sleeping time; do note that reception is not 24 hours, but you can come and go with a secure door PIN; just bear this in mind if you get there before 8 am. Hector and Maria Teresa were very helpful. There's a supermarket about 10 meters away, a gelato place, sandwiches, the Ferrovia water taxi stop, even a church for Sunday mass. Had to leave my room for a few days for work trips, and everything was in order when I got back. I loved the breakfast croissants!!!

Nothing, really. The room could have been bigger, but it was sufficient just to sleep and shower in after a day of walking around Venice.

Room was very clean, bed was super comfy, and it had a nice bathroom. Place was very close to the train and bus stations which was great and had easy access to the rest of Venice. Hotel was very easy to find. Street was noisy, but the windows and shutters shut out most of the noise and earplugs at night made it even quieter. While the room was small it was big enough and had everything I needed (except maybe a mini fridge). I really liked that I could control the temperature of my own room (air conditioning).

Would have liked to have had a mini fridge in the room although I was given access to use the one in the breakfast room. Staff was pleasant enough, but seemed on the reserved side and I felt I was bothering them by asking some questions about getting around Venice.

Breakfast was not included, however, for 10e it was an exceptional breakfast, all was there, except maybe a little fruit would have been good, due to my own diet. The staff were extremely pleasant on all shifts, The room was all that was needed, a place to rest your head, as walking distance to all sights and very clean. Close to the water boats and train station. though a porter (10e per case) was required to bring cases from bus station as large stepped bridge to come over, only route but hotel was a short walking distance otherwise. This was the only hiccup, but close to grand canal for lovely walks, etc. They were booked with many people so it was an obvious choice for many, who came from faraway places.

This was a pretty comfortable stay. The hotel is a short walk from the train station with lots of shops and restaurants close by. The staff was very lovely and helpful with suggestions. The room was a little small but it fit two people with luggage just fine and you aren't in Venice to spend time in your room all day! The bed was very comfortable and we heard no street noise so we were able to sleep quite peacefully. I would stay here again.

The location is just exquisite! The four-minute walk from S. Lucia train station (you can take train to Treviso airport from there), a less than 10-minute walk to main bus station, which is located just on the opposite side of the very street, and from which you can take a 20-minute direct, private or no. 5 public bus from A1 stance to Marco Polo airport). This hotel is just a perfect starting point for the exploration of Venezia - a few-minute walk from Ghetto di Venezia, the district with many genuine pubs and restaurants filled with locals nowadays. The main tourist attractions are about 20-minute walk. The Spar supermarket (closes at 20:30) is just a minute-walk, so the post office with outdoor mailbox. ALE-HOP shop, offering many useful gadgets (closes at 22:00) or Italian Vestopazzo jewellery shop is also a minute far, so I guess I can't choose better place to maintain my solo Venezia stay. However the main entrance of hotel Adriatico is situated into a busy street with many shops, the room windows were situated into the side one, so I was prevented from the noise almost perfectly. The room was a small one, but with cosy, huge bed, TV (without streaming service), table and a big mirror. The small electric kettle with modest tea and instant coffee offer supplied daily and incomporated hair-dryer were a nice suprise. The cleaning service was done daily. It was pretty rainy during my stay, so I really enjoyed the working heating ladder to dry my clothes on. The closet was suprisingly huge, so u don't have to be afraid to stay longer, all your clothes can be stored easily. The reception staff was fluent in English and perfectly helpful.

Location is on main road between bus/train station and Cannaregio city part center - just 3-5 minutes by walk from them! The street is pretty busy all day and night, but when you close the window, you dont know about anything outside, it is perfectly silent in room. We had room n.14, for two it is just enough, it was perfectly clean and smell good, there is kettle, hair dryer and tee for free use, in bathroom everything was perfectly clean and comfy. The best thing in this hotel is staff, we must say that the man on reception is extremely kind, helpfull and funny too, every morning was better with him behind reception desk - he definetly deserve a pay raise or extra bonuses! We had it without breakfast but when you walk out, two metrers away there is restaurant where you can choose everything from breakfast to dinner, against hotel is great shop with chocolate and it is only 20-30 minutes by walk to San Marco center! We will definetly go back to this hotel when we will visit Venice next time :) !!

This tiny hotel Adriatico has the great location, great staff and great comfort. Location: 5-minute walking distance from the Venezia Santa Lucia train station. Staff: every one is super helpful, especially when my own private need emerged, Maria Tereza has found the best solution which kept me out of troubles. Comfort: in my room of this 2-star hotel I had all what I needed: big bed, coffee-tea corner ( a kettle, tea, coffee, sugar, disposable cups), bathroom with hair dryer and small basin which I used for my everyday laundry. BTW if you need to do a big laundry once upon a time, you have the automatic facility in just a 7-minute walking distance from the hotel. Bottom line: this hotel and its staff made me wanting to book the Hotel Adriatico for my next trip to Venice.

Centrally located, about a 3-5 minute walk from the train station. Comfortable room with all the basics. My room was just outside reception so there was some guest noise late at night but nothing too disruptive.

Limits on the complimentary milk sachet they provide. Two per guest per day which means only one cup of tea. The young man at reception was very reluctant to provide any more and seemed quite put out that I even asked. There is a grocery store close by but there is no fridge access in the hotel or room.

Excellent location, well renovated, very clean, the personell very kind. It is only 3-5 min walking distance from railway station and Piazzale Roma (the bus terminal for both airports). That means you don't have to carry the luggage that long how I saw many exhausted tourists doing that deep in the old town. In the opposite direction only 20-25 min walk to San Marco.

Perhaps they should offer breakfast at request. Some clients might want. But this is anyway not so big problem as long as there are plenty of restaurants and cafés around that offer breakfast early in the morning

Very good value for money hotel. Good location in a busy street. Easy to find. We caught the bus from Marco Polo airport to Piazzale Roma and it was about ten minutes walk from there. Friendly staff. Room was clean and serviced daily. Kettle with tea and coffee provided. It had air conditioning. Bathroom small but everything worked. Good hair dryer. No frills hotel but had everything we needed.
