It is convenient about 10 minutes walk from the station. The room was clean and the staff was very nice. There was an elevator and it was very convenient.

It was a room with a view of the canal from the window, but the front of the hotel was under construction and it was not a great view. I have been to Venice many times and I know the price and quality in the past, so I have to say that the location is good, but expensive.

I've travelled a few times to Venice, and usually the hotels are trying a bit too hard to fit to the old cliche. As a result I've always found myself staying in old, dusty and mouldy rooms - at a price that too! Leone hotel on the otherhand was something refeshing - modern rooms, well furnished and clean, at an extremely competitive rate!

So convenient to everything and even within steps to a vaporetto stop

We had an early departure so the front deal was still closed. It would be nice if the communal area had coffee and water available for the guests

The hotel was in the best location for the water bus transfer from the airport. It was the second stop in and the hotel was less than 100m from the stop. (There's no cars in the centre so you would have to carry luggage through Venice up and down steps, over bridges etc). It was centrally based for all city walks and was only 10mon walk from the train station to get connections to Verona, Sirmione etc. The hotel is modern clean and had everything needed for a city stay. It was quiet and the beds were very comfy!

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped, with an incredibly comfortable bed. The daily housekeeping was thorough and discreet. What impressed me the most was the hotel staff – extremely helpful and always smiling. Any questions or minor issues were resolved quickly and with great care for our comfort. We truly felt well taken care of. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay with excellent service and a fantastic location.

The room we stayed in was clean, spacious and well equipped. The air conditioning worked well and kept us nice and cool despite the boiling temperatures outside. The staff were very friendly and kindly allowed us to leave our luggage with them for a few hours after we checked out. Location was excellent. Easy to find and close to restaurants, shops and the train station.

We didn't make use of the coffee machine but each time we entered the room after room service we found the coffee machine leaking water over the desk I suspect due to the cleaners overfilling it. To prevent guests having to mop it up I would suggest they just leave guests to fill it themselves as and when needed.

Stayed here for 4N in small double room. Hotel is located along the canal. Very safe, quiet, clean and conveniently located within 10 mins walking distance to train station and 2 mins from vaporetto stop. Due to its convenient location, we did not have to take any vaporetto or water taxi throughout our stay. The room was indeed very small but amazingly, it was able to fit everything a traveller needs - ensuite toilet, cupboard, fridge, safe, Nespresso machine, cups, tea, table, chair, hangers, toothbrush, shower gel cum shampoo, shower cap, sewing kit, shaving kit, towels, bathroom slippers, bedside tables and TV. The window overlooks a small alley. The attention to detail is excellent. There are many good eateries with 5 mins walk from the hotel. Bar Alle Guglie Cichetteria for a drink, Majer Venezia Ghetto for breakfast and Al Parlamento for dinner and drinks. There is a Despar supermarket within 5 mins walk and a Coop supermarket within 10 mins walk. It was a wonderful stay at Venice.

Would have love it if the wifi functions better in the room. If I need the regular speed Internet, I was better off sitting on the yellow chair at the lobby. I get to enjoy the view of the canal too. Tall and big people may not find it comfortable in this small double room.

The staff are friendly and helpful. The recommended restaurant was wonderful. We enjoyed the stay! Would recommend for all visiting Venice.

Great little spot. We had a room overlooking the canal, which was special. We could see the grand canal in the distance. The hotel was clean and nice. One staff person was super friendly, but a rather crusty woman was there the day ws left. She seemed annoyed to have to interact with us. The location is excellent! 3rd stop on the water bus from the hotel. I would recommend this place for a clean, central place right on the canal.
