The room was really big n well organized. Very clean with a functioning AC. The Manager Anna was so nice n friendly, she tried her best to make our Check in as Smooth as it gets ,cuz we got to the Hotel very Late. Thank you so much for everything!!!!

- first and most impressive: THE OWNER AND THE CREW! Attention, friendly care, support - far exceeding my expectations! - location: the hotel is just perfectly located - in my opinion, this is the best possible location for the travelers in Venice with respect to distance to the landmarks, highlights and points of interest and also only a few steps to the boat station towards and from airport - facility: clean, modern, fully equipped - even dedicated AIR REFRESHER and spacious elevator to the first floor, so accessible for everyone

the only thing I dislike - our stay at this hotel was TOO SHORT! WE WANT BACK!

It's a lovely hotel in the Jewish part of Venice. It's not an IKEA style hotel with fancy equipment, it's old and stylish, and definitely different from the others. You may find some broken tile grout in the bathroom, but it shows the history and the spirit of the place. In the apartment overlooking the canal there's a huge bed, two chairs, bedside tables, wardrobe and a small fridge (it didn't work well though). In the bathroom there's toilet, washbasin, bath/shower and a bidet. The apartment was cleaned properly, the towels are fresh and nice. The square outside the hotel is welcoming to sit on one of the benches to admire the view and observe passersby.

The fridge could work better, but it was a slight inconvenience.

We were close to the train station at a reasonable price. The breakfast was excellent, even though it started at 8:30 am. The day we left, the host accommodated us with coffee latte decaf, and then the bakery items arrived, so we had a reasonable breakfast before leaving for our train to Rome. I was happy to have tissues in the bathroom, first one after 2 other Italian places. The host also provided extra pillows and insisted on taking our luggage to our floor. I would highly recommend this location.

This is minor, but another mirror in the main room would have been nice. Also, the tv had no English channels.

The location was great. We walked all of Venice from here and it was in a nice quiet piazza with history. The room was quiet and easy to get in. The host was very friendly and helpful, and they provided many suggestions. I had to ask for extra pillows and they came later at night to bring them to us.

The room was a bit outdated, the bed wasn’t that comfortable, the shower was open with no curtain so we made a mess, but the biggest bummer was that the air conditioning didn’t do anything. The room stayed at 22°C no matter what you set the thermostat to.

Excellent location away from the hustle and bustle of Venice, in a quiet neighbourhood, yet just 5 minutes/ a bridge away from all the fun! Hosts were really nice and were quick to give recommendations. We felt that the safety of the apartment was very good, tucked away in the Jewish neighbourhood. The hosts also gave us some local recommendations which really came in handy. Overall, 10/10 recommend based on their location, service and cleanliness, especially if you’re looking for a quiet stay, but a walk away from all the main attractions of Venice!

What is there not to like about this charming locanda? First and foremost the wonderful hosts Anna and Emiliano. They give you the best advise and tips without being intrusive. They serve a great Italian breakfast (pastry!). The locanda is situated on the Campo del Ghetto in the centre of the old jewish quarter, away from from the touristic hustle and bustle. From our room on the first floor we could watch the parents play with their children. A few steps away, on a small canal there are plenty good places to eat.

Our stay was too short!

Excellent location away from the crowds of tourists. Very peaceful and quiet but an easy walk to attractions. Plenty of cool bars and restaurants nearby. Room was always spotlessly clean. Breakfast was perfect with pastries from a nearby pasticciere. The couple that work there were very nice and friendly and also very helpful.

Pillows were a bit hard. Also if you have a problem with a shower in a bath tub request one of the rooms with a normal shower.

The hosts are so lovely and welcoming. The room was comfortable and clean with a very comfortable bed. I'd say it's the best night's sleep I've had in weeks. The room had a private balcony overlooking the Ghetto and it was walking distance to everything. Private water taxis are available nearby and the ferry stops a short distance away. The hosts organised a porter to take our luggage from the hotel to the train station which made it so easy on our departure. (30€) Also the breakfast was simple and sufficient. I believe all kosher as well (there was dairy products but no meats served for breakfast which suits me perfectly.) The hotel is directly opposite a wonderful restaurant and is situated in the historic Jewish Quarter surrounded by synagogues. I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.

Definitely fantastic experience ! • very nice personal who prepared everything good and even made a list with restaurants/food places/sweets locations with explaining what is good to try where • SO BIG room! Very clean, bed had 2 variants of pillows : one firmer and one softer, tea and kettle in room , lots of towels and extra towels • Great location! Safe and easy to find and it has its own charm. Close to train station and center generally • Good sound isolation • Price was quite low when I stayed which surprised me in good way
