The location was good, easy to find. The room was warm in the cold of the winter, cozy and plenty of room for all the stuff. No smells or other stuff from the canals in this season.

The walls seems like they are made out of paper, you can hear your neighbors conversations and other stuff ;) I know I'm being picky but if you are 190m tall and big the shower is quite small, very close fit :) They need to update the pdf with the info because those instructions were from another time and were indicating the left door while the codes were working on the right door and the direction to baggage room were also outdated.

The room size was excellent. The bed was very comfortable. The room was very clean and linens and towels were of good quality. The balcony seating was enjoyable for a glass of wine in the evenings.

The digital entrance didn't always work, many people were left stranded outside the door over the several days we were there. Staff are only on site a few hours a day, so no one to contact. A coffee pot was available but no coffee to put in it. Staff made coffee at about 9:00 am. by then most people were out for the day.

The location was amazing and the bed was comfortable. The room stayed cool. There was a side table that was nice. It was located really close to two Vaparetto stops and one also took us to and from the airport. Several nice restaurants around and grocery fruit stand too. Easy walk to the train station. It was very nice to get away from the overcrowded areas.

The shower had no place to put your shampoo and soap. There were no hooks for your towels in the super small bathroom and there was no room to stand infront of the sink because it was so close to the toilet. A shallow sink that was wider would work better in the space. We couldn’t use one of the hooks in the bedroom it fell out as soon as you touched it. Two plugs by the bed would be nice so you could use the little lamp that have there and charge your phone at night.

-the room was different to what we saw on the picture - lack of necessary amenities: no hairdryer, iron, kettle (I got it after speaking with the staff). - in the room we only had double and single bad, no table, chairs, no wardrobe. I literally had no space to unpack. - too hot, air conditioning didn’t work, even thought it was 22-24 degrees, the room was very hot.

This property was close to main Venice train station. Walking distance about 10mins depending on your age and fitness. I think only 1/2 small bridges. Centrally located to all restaurants, shops, supermarkets. About 20mins to San Marco but you can find ferries to get about. Nice and quiet and comfortable. Great communication and the staff were really lovely. We are out for breakfast. Great cheap cafe across from the place if you like croissants and coffee. 😀

It was on the older side of places I have stayed. On one night there was a sulphur egg smell, but disappeared after an hour. Not sure what that was. Still overall for an economical and practical stay, this place was pleasant, and great for me and the kids!

Beds comfy, bathroom clean and sufficient. Nice shady outdoor patio. Many restaurants close by (+ roof top at Carlton for sunset). Locationwise close to bus station, train station and vaporettis/boats. Few minutes down to boat stop for 2 stops (€30 for 24 hrs pass og €10 for o/w) to airport bus or going down to San Marco. Very helpful staff, though only present 07-11ish.

Extremely noicy aircon, Air plugs absolutely necessary. Lots of stairs, incl for luggage room.

Really good location. Apartments were clean. Friendly stuff, check in details were really clear with photo instructions included.

Apartments are really tiny. Small room with one bed and wardrobe, bathroom was very very tiny (but I guess it’s pretty common in Venice). No extra facilities: only 1 small soap in the bathroom.

Exceptional location, near the train station and next to the waterbus station. Lots of shops, bars, and restaurants around. Relatively quiet area around the hotel. Spacious and quiet room. Exceptionally clean and the staff was really kind.

There was nowhere to dry our towels, so we had to hang them wherever we could in the room near the heating. The bathroom was a bit cold and we couldn't adjust the heating. A tip: Don't put the toilet brush just below the toilet paper, it's unhealthy and disgusting.

The most amazing place to stay in Venice. The location is on the main street. There is access to the sea taxi from the back street. It is within walking distance of the main squares, the basilica and the train station. The staff helps us in every way, it was the cleanest and most reliable hotel we have ever stayed in. There is a breakfast option available in the morning. The host helped us with everything and we felt like we were at home. thank you very much for everything ! Grazie !

I liked everything about it.

Excellent location not even ten minuteswalk from Santa Lucia train station. Easy to find with the excellent directions supplied. Room decent size and very clean. Staff very communicative when asked via WhatsApp Very good value for money

My room although with e suite bathroom could possibly be a problem for older people in the evening in that the bathroom is down some stairs. Not ideal if one had to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night
