I liked the coffee and tea table that was refilled every day. The location was close to the main station. Gaia provided excellent, professional attention-she spoke Spanish with us and made us feel welcome with her helpful recommendations.

The walls were a bit thin; we could even hear our neighbors clapping (if you know what I mean). The facilities seemed well maintained. All doors were mechanical, not modern electronic locks. There was no elevator, but I take responsibility for missing that detail while narrowing down my options. If you're packing heavy, this place might be tricky. The booking does mention the bathroom includes a bidet but my room was missing it, which I appreciated-having traveled through Rome and Venezia before this trip, I really missed it, even though it wasn't a must on my list.

Room size is perfect for a solo traveler. Room was clean. had proper amenaties and even AC. The windows open up and allows for beautiful natural light and air. I traveled in late April so air was cool in the mornings and very little mosquitos. Staff is friendly and speaks English. Location is about 10-20min walk from the very touristy locations, but good if you like to be a little out of the way but still have access to lively atmosphere. 4 min walk from the nearest river bus dock, which takes you to most popular locations. Highly recommend taking this if you're tired of walking everywhere after day 1 like me.

Bed was a little stiff for me but after long days of walking I had no trouble sleeping.

I arrived in Venice by bus in the night and it was an easy 20 minutes walk from the bus station to the hotel. It was in a busy area but it was not noisy in the night as the hotel building was situated behind the street. The location turned out to be very convenient for me: 30 minutes to the Università Ca' Foscari (I was attending a conference there), 15 minutes to Ponte Rialto, and 10 minutes from the water bus stop. There were many shops, bars, and restaurants in the area too. The staff were very kind and friendly. They replied to my queries swiftly before my arrival, and made a special arrangement for check-in as I was arriving after the reception hours. It was also nice of them to keep my luggage on my last day. The room was very small but clean and comfortable. I slept very well on the large, comfy bed. The shower was a little unstable in terms of water temperature but it was fine with me. I can't say anything about the food because I didn't have breakfast at the hotel. Overall, it was a very nice stay and I would love to return on my next visit to Venice.

- Room was a bit chilly and there was nothing we could do about it. There was an AC unit but they said it's not for heating. They said heating is turned on using the radiators at specific times of the day, but they didn't really do anything. - Bathroom didn't have anything we could put items, like toiletries on. At least a shelf would be useful

The hotel is located in a historical part of Venice within a short walking distance from Santa Lucia train station. The hotel is in a quiet alley behind a main walking road off the crowds so it is quiet at night but still surrounded by restaurants and shops since everything is a short walking distance away. I interacted with three different reception staff at the reception and everyone was friendly, helpful and kind. The bathroom is well equipped with everything you will need and there is a bidet as well.

Strange thing is that whenever the main building door was being closed my room door was making a noise as if someone was trying to open the door, which i thought was the case at first. No fresh towel was provided during morning room cleaning, not sure if there is a hotel policy you have to ask for it .

Excellent location with an amazing view of the canal. Enjoyed the breakfast in the room and the staff was very friendly.

There was no hot water, we had to take a cold shower everyday. We did report it the first day and was promised they will look into it, but the next morning there was still no hot water. There was no duvet on the bed. We only realized it the evening after reception was closed. The next morning we were informed that they do not place duvets on the beds during summer. On request they did place a duvet on the bed without any complaints. I would suggest that a duvet be placed on the bed for your choice to use or not.

Literally 15 minutes away from Pizzale Roma. Late self check-in with no issues, nice and smooth. The room is great for solo travelers — comfy bed, coffeemaker, everyday cleaning, very warm temperature in the middle of February. The staff is friendly and hospitable — got answers for all the questions that appeared.

There are not enough shelves in the room for things. The rack with hangers is too close to the bed — I hit my little finger on it several times.

The staff was very helpful and the room was nice and large. Comfortable bed, and the bathroom was adequate, with towels and toiletries. We decided to order breakfast for the two mornings and were pleased with the choices, coffee was very good, and nice to have "room service." The hotel is in a quiet courtyard yet in a lively area of Cannaregio. We were also able to leave our bags on the last morning for a bit more sightseeing. We will recommend the hotel to friends.

Due to the time we were visiting, Venice's regulation on no air conditioning or heat. It was extremely chilly and rainy so our wet damp clothes took along time to dry out.

Good location in the Cannaregio area, close to restaurants, bars, bakeries and cafés, but not that much in the "entrance" of Venice (this is positive). Good to walk to the main touristic points. Easy to reach even with some luggage. Moreover, it is close to some waterbus stations, making it easier to go to airport or Murano/Burano. The staff was super attentive and helpful. The room was comfortable and seemed quite new. Good hotel for the price, especially in Venice. Second time in Venice, but first time sleeping there, and I can say I have really enjoyed the city staying at this hotel. Much better than seeing it just for one day.

The location was perfect for us - just a 10 minute walk from the airport boat stop and from the train station. Lots of great bars and restaurants close by - definitely visit the places on the streets behind the hotel for some great wine and chiccetti with lots of locals visiting these places as well as tourists. Most of the major tourist attractions were within a 20 minute walk - and a beautiful walk at that. A good size room with a comfy bed and decent drop shower.

We were on the ground floor so there was sometimes a bit of noise but nothing major.
