Everything! Especially the service, the whole staff was very polite and helpful, especially Fabio and Diego, who made our whole stay a wonderful experience. The hotel is very nice, in a great location. The rooms we were given were very good, beautiful decorations, really nice beds, with good facilities and clean! Nice breakfast, and the fact that they serve free coffee the whole day was an amazing service we never encountered elsewhere. We were a group of 8 persons, and we were all satisfied. We will definitely choose it again if we visit Venice again, and we recommend it to anyone who wants to visit Venice.

The suite, which was in another building, just needs a few minor touches to be up to the top standard, but it was like a whole apartment, at a nice location, and had a good view so I cannot say that I did not like it!

The interior design was lovely, especially compared to similar hotels we stayed in during our trip. The staff were incredible and always happy to help with whatever we needed (like borrowing some cutlery and plates so we could eat in the room). There is also complimentary snacks and drinks available at reception which we thought was a really nice touch

This is a very minor detail but because it was raining for most of the time we were in Venice we would have liked to be able to watch some TV in our rooms while waiting for the weather the clear. There is a TV in the room but all the channels were in Italian. It would be great if an HDMI cable were provided or for there to be smart TVs instead so you can stream

The staff were incredibly kind and helpful and the location was perfect. I enjoyed being a little more North as a starting point to visit the sites. It is easily accessible from the ferry from the airport and the building is really lovely. The front desk gave me some amazing recommendations for sites and restaurants.

My only thing that could have improved was the bathroom. My room was beautiful but the bathroom had a lot of mold in the shower that needed a deep clean. It was off putting how dirty it was. Other than that I enjoyed my stay.

The hotel was small but nice. Walking distance to everywhere. The staff was very welcomming and friendly, had plenty of suggestions for dinner and sights. The room was also very small, and the view was towards a wall but we didnt mind. The bed was comfortable, plenty of pillows and a large blanket. Also the hotel and room was very quiet, you wont hear anything from other rooms. Bathroom had all the essentials exept conditioner. Breakfast in the hotel had plenty of variety (eggs, sausage, toast, ham, cheese, great Coffee, fruit, cerial, juice), all that i missed was milk for cerial and fresh vegetables (tomato and cucumber atleast). But overall we had a lovely time there and would visit again.

The hotel's location was pretty central for most of the things we wanted to do, although a couple meeting places were a 20 minute walk across the city. It was very close to the water bus station. The room was beautifully decorated and the beds were comfortable after a long, hot day of exploring. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful; they held our bags for a few hours after checkout but before we left Venice. Our room had a canal view that was very entertaining for our kids. Breakfast was delicious, especially the fresh pastries!

There is a huge set of stairs when you enter to get to the lobby. They are slightly narrow and hefting our luggage to the top after a hot walk across the city was a struggle. Our canal-view room was great but there is noise from the boats (it stopped from approx 11pm-7am so it didn't bother us when sleeping but it may bother others). There was air conditioning in the room and it felt great compared to the outside, but after a few minutes in the room, you can tell it just can't keep up with the temperatures and humidity outside during the peak of a summer day. There is an ATM just next to the entrance but beware: it will try to tack on a HUGE bank charge of some sort. Just decline this bank charge/fee and you will still get your money with the normal conversion and service fees.

The staff is attentive, kind and helpful. I spent there 2 night with my dogs and they did not charge any extra for my dogs who's are 13-13kg. The location is perfect easy to approach several boat station and gondola station. I found that very good even when the bar was close the tea section was free to use the whole night.

I was very happy with everything there, but they could put more attention for the cleaning in the room mostly for dust, and limescale in the shower. And it's just personal but I missed the vegetables from the breakfast but at least was some fruit.

Location was good. Breakfast was good. Room was large and comfy bed.

Our visit started badly, as even though the hotel knew the time of our arrival there was no-one at reception. If it wasn't for our friends who were staying there we would not have been able to get inside the hotel. We called the hotel several times before anyone arrived to check us in. Our room was in a separate building to the main hotel where our friends were staying. The entrance was very unkempt and had obviously not been cleaned or hoovered in months very unwelcoming. The bathroom was very dated and not very clean.

The property is an amazing location with good walking distance both to the strict centre of the city and the train station/boat stop to the airport. We got an amazing room with a stunning view of the street and the canal, the decor of the room was lovely and we felt like we traveled back in time (in a good way!). The staff was exceptionally nice and supported us with all the queries, including exact directions to the airport. We went to Venice for my boyfriend’s birthday and a stay in such a lovely place made the weekend even more special. On our next trip to Venice we will definitely want to stay in the same hotel! Breakfast was beautifully presented and was of a god standard. The location was great easy access to all the main sights and transport options too. Staff were very friendly with superb English language skills.

Hotel is tricky to spot when arriving the first time in Venice in the Dark. A slightly more prominent sign by the door would have been helpful.

Staff were lovely. Best I came across on my trip. The breakfast room / reception was beautiful, the staff make you a coffee to order and it’s a full continental. Location was also great, Venice isn’t particularly big and this hotel was the first stop on the water ferry from the airport, but note there will be a 10/15 min walk over 3-5 bridges. Nice street with everything you could need and handily opposite a co-op!

As a solo traveller I was in the smallest, cheapest room of the hotel. The decor was nice but it was tatty and worn, the room really was tiny and I was next to the staff area which was very noisy early doors. Also note, you will have to walk up a flight of stairs as the hotel is on the first floor. I think the larger rooms would have been awesome!
