Excellent location close to a vaporetto stop with links to the airport as well as the main routes on the grand canal Was able to leave my luggage as I didn't leave until the afternoon, which was really helpful. Had lots of clear communication with the host before I arrived and whilst in Venice. The small kitchen facilities were useful, I used the sandwich toaster and, of course, the fridge.

location, location, location!!! this space is set less than 1 minute from the main vaporetto line. it is only 4 stops from the train station, and the alilaguna express (airport shuttle boat) also goes directly to the stop next to the apartment. the price was amazing compared to other places closer to piazza san Marco but really in Venice piazza San Marco is never more than 20 minutes away. our area was quiet, peaceful, and beautiful. there is an amazing restaurant around the corner called Mocenigo as well with an incredible truly Italian atmosphere. the host is very communicative and friendly as well!

honestly the only thing is the size - the room we had was small but still comfortable for two friends to stay. and really, who is going to Venice to stay in their room?? truly there was nothing I didn't like about this place!

We had our own breakfast. The location was good, 5min from the water us station. Grocery store and restaurants near by. The room was spacious and very clean.

The hostess wanted us out before the agreed 11 O'clock. She spoke no English which made communication difficult. There were not two single beds like we wished but one double bed. This was fixed the first night and everything was fine after this. Minor problems.

Very proactive contact from owner made it very seamless and easy to navigate the arrival and room access. Even though not on site, owner very responsive. Was a great location close to a grand canal vaporetta stop making it easy to get around and you're in the middle of things without being in a noisy area. Room spacious clean and comfortable and mini fridge handy when staying a couple of days.

Value for money in the middle of this beautiful medieval maze that is Venice. Hot water, a little kitchenette to make tea or instant coffee. Heating works only when you are in the apartment and put the keys in the hole. Free luggage storage after check-out. Thanks for everything

A little humid, but this is Venice!

The location is perfectly in the center of island. . Everything is in equal walking distance and there is a vapperato stop and supermarket close by. The room has some extra amenities like a small sink, refrigerator, microwave, kettle and some cutlery to make life a lot easier esp. if you are travelling with kids. The bathroom even has a bidet.

The bathroom and shower head is small but that is expected from old buildings. Things are rusty here and there.

A good sized room in a central location. The blinds ensure it's dark and quiet at night which is great as that's not always the case for Venice. A friendly host and good facilities available in the room including a small kitchen area.

The code provided didn't work on arrival, but thankfully host was around the corner and let me in. Kettle was marked as not safe to use so had to use the microwave which does the job of boiling water for tea

Perfect place with everything needed for a great stay! It is in a very quiet aria and on a walking distance from Piazza San Marco. Vaporetto station is nearby if you don’t want to walk. Manager Nicola was very helpful! I was travelling with my children for Venice carnival .We enjoyed our stay in B&B Venice 1964! Even when Vinece was overflowed with tourists this place was quiet. When the small one was tired we easily took the vaporetto.

Good location, close to San Stae Vaporetto, in a quiet alley. Spacious room with all the necessary things. Airco was not working on arrival, but the owner fixed it as soon as possible.

Although the owner lives downstairs, he only communicates via WhatsApp, which is a bit complicated. He also tends to send messages late in the evening, for example on the last evening at 23:30 to ask - with an exclaimed mark ! - when I was going to pay, although the payment was already done via booking.com. This I found a bit uncomfortable.

Room was clean, had AC and had a nice sized bathroom and shower. Very close to the San Stae vaporetto stop. Quiet street. Owner would respond very quickly and is very helpful and friendly.

No wifi and my regular data was slow. There is nothing around... No restaurants or shops. No a huge deal since you are in central Venice and can get there quickly.
