The location was great, walking distance to all the main sites and both the train station and the airport vaporetto stop. It's in a quiet narrow street but right next to a lovely square with a Co Op and a choice of good restaurants. The square was used by local families to hang out and chat, not at all touristy. I was met at the property and the lady was friendly and informative. The apartment itself was very clean, comfortable and spacious, and everything was modern and well thought out. The kitchenette had everything you could need. The four poster bed looked cool and was very comfy, with plenty of pillows. The bathroom was clean and the shower had decent water pressure.

A minor quibble, because there's so much to do in Venice that I didn't spend that much time in there, but the decor was very dark, and my apartment didn't get much natural light. Lighter coloured walls might have helped lift the mood a bit.

A great place to stay in Santa Croce - our apartment was very comfortable, clean and also super spacious. Comfortable and well sized bed, comfortable couch with a kitchenette and a table with four chairs. Nice shower. It was very good value compared to other offerings at similar price points. We didn’t have any meals in the apartment but we appreciated that it was stocked with coffee and dishes. Davide was also great to communicate with and very kind. We loved how the location is well situated by being 15 minutes from both Piazzale Roma and the Rialto Bridge. The area is not at all busy with tourists but felt more local.

The decor was a bit plain but this is not an issue at all and pales in comparison to how spacious and comfortable the apartment was!

The hotel room meet expectations! The owner was incredibly friendly, personally handing over the key. Spotless cleanliness and well-thought-out functional facilities complemented the modern, contemporary design. Although breakfast isn't provided, the kitchen and nearby supermarket make up for it. Great value for money—definitely worth a return visit!

The bed was a bit too soft for my preference, though this is subjective and might suit others better. The air conditioning system was complicated—you need to set it to +3 degrees for heating and -3 degrees to turn off. Including a one-page manual would greatly help future guests.

One mile walk to the plaza. It was a half mile walk to the train station. Grocery store was right around the corner. There was a good selection of local restaurants with wonderful food very nearby. Coffee maker made delicious coffee and espresso each morning. Property is very secure and safe! We loved our stay. Thank you Davide and Chiara !

The bathroom could have used a shelf someplace to put toiletries.

The room is so big, clean, well decorated. The owner is very friendly and helpful. Its a bit difficult to find the place as it was raining heavily when we arrived Venice and we brought big luggage. We had to take water taxi which is very expensive and dragged our luggage to a small aisle. We managed to find the apartment thanks to the owner for guiding us. There is a supermarket, delicious bakery shop and restaurant nearby the apartment. We enjoyed our stay so much.

Great location in a quite area not far from crowdy touristic places. Easy communication with host Davide, cheers for that. Recommended a great place to eat, met all my needs and helped in any way he could. Fantastic service, i would recommend this place only for host professionalism. Very nice apartment, cozy, has everything a traveller needs to rest. Nice coffee machine and patio, where it is great to start your morning. Good wi-fi, easy key-less access to the apartment. All in all great experience, will definitely take Poli into account on the next trip to Venezia. Grazie, ragazzi!

No such thing, maybe i would want more hard pillows, but it is a choice of preference.

We stayed 3 nights at Poli Rezidencia Venice, and the neighborhood is quite pleasant. There's a nearby square that's very peaceful and away from the hustle and bustle of the busier parts of the city. There are bakeries, supermarkets, a cocktail bar, and restaurants, making it a lively area with plenty of amenities. The space in the house is good, with a sofa and a table for 2-4 people. There's a small cooking area with a sink, mini-fridge, and a washing machine. It has all the necessary equipment to prepare breakfast, lunch, or dinner. The bathroom is spacious enough, with a sink, toilet, bidet, and a shower stall. However, the water flow from the shower was intermittent, possibly due to the city's infrastructure.

Overall, the house was decent, but showed signs of wear and tear. There were some gaps in the kitchen area, one of the pillows was worn out, and the mirror had some stains.

My husband and I just stayed in one of the studio apartments for a week. We really enjoyed our time there. The studio is very spacious and has everything you need. The bed is very comfortable, the bathroom is spacious, has toilette products and even slippers. The kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave and a capsule coffee maker (with the capsules provided). The TV is a smart TV. The studio is just steps from a very lively campo, where you can find a grocery store, several good restaurants, a bakery, an ice cream shop and a fruit and vegetable stand. All in all everything is at your front step. In spite of their proximity, the studio is very quiet and even has a shared courtyard with a table and chairs. The apartment is about a 10-15 min walk from the St. Lucia train station and about the same distance from the Rialto Bridge. And it is about 5 minutes walk from the closest Vaporetto stop,"San Stae". But the best part is the host, Davide. He lives in the area, is very friendly and always available when you have questions. He is also a very good source of information about Venice and the Veneto. Thanks again, Davide for making our stay so pleasant. We will be back.

It's a fantastic location. The room we had was spacious and had everything we needed for a 2-week stay. Super clean and modern. It's our second time staying here. We've been here in both summer and winter and the AC worked well for both cold and hot air. It's a great quiet area with shops and restaurants, close enough to the city center to reach it easily, but far enough to not be swarmed by hordes of tourists.

Applicable only to the Deluxe Queen Studio - If you're sensitive to noise, you will be bothered by the nearby supermarket staff hauling the cargo trolleys. It doesn't last long, but it happens in the morning, around 8-9 a.m. But the rest of the time, the location is super quiet. We didn't have a problem with it.

We love staying away from crowds, and this little gem is in the middle of a real Venetian neighborhood. We met several little kids who were playing just outside our door one day, after their school day had ended. My wife is a former teacher, and she struck up a conversation with them - we used a fun combination of English, Italian, and Spanish. :-) The apartment is literally a one minute walk to a little grocery store, several restaurants (inside the nearby campo), a bakery, and a gelato shop. What else do you need for breakfast or dinner? We lunched away from the area (one day on St Mark's square, one day off the Grand Canal), but we always found our way back to the little campo for dinner. By the way, when we arrived, the first thing we saw in the room was 'Tom Sat Here!'. Turns out that Tom Cruise used this apartment for his private dressing area while filming scenes (in 2020) for Mission Impossible 7.
