Great location near train station and short walk to lots of restaurants. Large enough space for our family of 4. Beds were comfy, extra linens and pillows if needed. Unit was clean. Clear and easy instructions for check-in and quick responses to messages when we reached out for info or thought we left something in the room.

Air conditioning in smaller bedroom did not work so it was very hot and uncomfortable for our kids. If it worked, we would have rated better but in the middle of summer, Air conditioning is a MUST! Shower door is large for such a small shower which made it difficult to get in and out of, you have to pin yourself in the corner of the shower in order to shut the glass door. For a large person, they would need to shower without being able to close the door. Wifi did not work in the bedrooms, had to go into the living room for service.

The location was very good, with generally good sized rooms and high ceilings. Recommended places to eat.

The advert said balcony, which there wasn't. There was no kettle, although plenty of tea / coffee and espresso mugs. The airconditioning didn't function in one room, although we were able to correct it (the control didn't have batteries). A/C in general was loud.

The apartment is located in a very good spot, only 10 minutes walking to Rialto Bridge and the facility is provided with all the basic needs. Good spot for a weekend out! The station for bus and airport coach is also very close, 10 minutes walking, which makes the place valuable if you are traveling to Venice and landing at the airport or arriving at the station.

Apartment was clean and with all required facilities

Apartment was on 3rd floor without lift . Bad part- it was not mentioned in the posting and Infact when we enquired about this on customer care number , we were told there is lift also?

Really good location. San Polo area is a must stay. The apartment was spacious, two good sized double bedrooms. Host was communicative and instructions were easy to follow.

Kitchen could have been more equipped (e.g. a kettle!)

Good value for money, comfortable beds and good air conditioning.

There is an elevator but not allowed to be used, meaning we had to carry luggage up the stairs to access the apartment.

A fantastic apartment! Would highly recommend. Not only was it reasonably priced but was also huge! Way bigger than expected. Great showers, beds and kitchens. Really good location too! Would use the same accommodation again when returning to Venice!

Air conditioning is complicated.

Perfect location. Close to markets and restaurants. For our family it was the best option. Really advise to visit - you will have a great trip!

Location was great. Easy to find and allowed us to walk to most attractions within 10-15min. Apartment was very spacious for our family of 4.

Room wasn’t cleaned after previous guests, but this issue was resolved in one hour. Maybe this was fault of cleaning company.
