We stayed in 3 "luxury apartments" during our 2 week trip to Italy, and Palazzo Morosini Degli Spezieri in Venice was our best experience. The apartment has a fantastic view (we ate breakfast every morning looking out over a picturesque and serene canal/bridge) was well-appointed (everything we needed - high end appliances and amenities) and filled with extras (prosecco, treats, espresso, etc.) The building was historic and lovely, with a well-manicured private garden. Jacobo, Christian, and Giovanni provided top notch service, handling our requests in a prompt, pleasant manner; Each was very helpful for booking transportation, restaurant reservations and making recommendations. Don't pass up the chance to stay at Palazzo Morosini Degli Spezieri if given the opportunity!

The only problem with the apartment was that it was such a relaxing place to stay that we hesitated to go out for the day to tour the city! We loved coming back and enjoying this calm, relaxing and beautiful place.

First of all, this apartment was huge compared to our other stays in Italy. We had a kitchen and living room and was definitely more space than we needed, but we aren't complaining about that! The views from our room were AMAZING! We were able to see the canal from our room but was still quiet and private. The location was great, and we were able to walk everywhere. We loved the outside garden! The staff were super friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again if we were to return to Venice!

We stayed at the apartment rabarbaro and the views of the canal and surrounding buildings were wonderful. The location was great, nice bars around, close to rialto bridge but takes about 20 minutes walk to san marco square. This to us was a plus because it was an easy walking distance to all attractions but also somewhat away from the crowds. We are very diligent about hygene and apartment was very clean. Jacopo was kind and helpful.

It is an apartment so there is no regular cleaning/making up the room.

We absolutely loved our stay! The aesthetic of the hotel was beautiful and thoughtfully designed, creating a calm and welcoming atmosphere. Everything was spotlessly clean, and all the essentials we needed were perfectly provided. The staff were very kind and helpful. The highlight, without a doubt, was the stunning canal view—absolutely breathtaking. We could have stayed for hours just soaking it all in.

Honestly. Everything exceeded our expectations.

our host organised a water taxi from the train station. The location is excellent, quiet with a good view and easily accessible for sightseeing.

A perfect 2 bedroom apartment in a great area of Venice. We truly enjoyed our stay. It has modern amenities to enjoy with canal views and close to lovely restaurants and shops. The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed. We loved our stay and would absolutely return when visiting Venice again.

This property was perfect in every way! We liked everything about it…from the location to the top-notch customer service to the everything! The apartment was absolutely stunning - modern - meticulously clean - well equipped - and stocked with a starter kit of coffee and tea! We were greeted by Jacobo - our ever so friendly host - and the communications we received prior to our arrival made check-in super easy. The palazzo is located at the cross roads of canals, and we enjoyed our morning coffee in the garden looking over the canal, and our evening wine also! The bed was super comfortable and we felt this stay was incredible value for money! We loved this stay….genuinely! It made our Venezia vacation absolutely perfect!

Clean, complete amenities including a washing machine Very functional - all switches can be controlled centrally Just by the canal so you can hear the bustle in the morning The small bottles of olive oil and balsamic vinegar was a pleasant touch

Great location and enjoyed the private garden. Restaurant right next door was very convenient and had good food.

Amazing property, very spacious, well appointed and equipped, very clean, friendly and very helpful staff, comfortable beds, nice welcome amenities, nice common areas, highly recommend.
