Smooth check in and good communication from the staff. Keyless entry ensured no forgotten keys, or having to carry them around. Clean and tidy room. Photos pretty reflective of the room. Air conditioning was wonderful!! The location was excellent - right in the middle of Venice and 4 min walk to a Vaporetto stop in the middle of the Grand Canal. Great to also have a small Supermarket directly opposite.
Nothing to complain about at all. It was all good. The only thing I would possibly change would be the privacy on the little balcony; there was some short 'trees' that separated the small balconies on the top floor (Room 8 and neighbour), but it was a bit too cosy for privacy.

The location was absolutely perfect! Easy walking distance to everywhere. Lots of places to eat and drink in close proximity. We also had a balcony, which was lovely for evening. I think that it may be quite noisy later in the season? Room was very basic but a good size, comfortable bed and very clean. Luggage deposit safe area was helpful to have.
The safe didn't work, the air con didn't work (although we were early in the season, so there was only one night that we would have needed it) and there was a damp smell in the room when we arrived. There was no reception so not easy to report these or to get help.

Clean and pleasant. Map to find the hotel. We didn’t try to use google maps to find it in the beginning, but other times when we did, it was fine.
Mosquitoes in the room, no staff, we only saw the cleaner in the mornings, she was lovely. It would have been nice to get some orientation information, eg the ferry from the train/bus station to the hotel is a good option (9.50eur per person), the closest hotel stop is s. Toma, I think on both lines 1 & 2.

The hotel was a little tricky to find but once we found it we loved it. Quiet and peaceful one night stay in Venice.

The place is tricky to find but the owner sent us a map and google map finally gots its act together and actually worked. The place is very close to all the tourist sites and very clean and comfortable. They sent us a link to register and pay after we booked on booking.com on a different link and register on the system. I was skeptical about it but it looks to have worked. I would have like to pay on booking.com online because giving my card details on a link provided by a message felt really unsafe. That is my only complaint! The place was nice, very clean and they give you pin and codes for the outside entrance and room, which was convenient for us.

It was right in the middle of Venice, ideal for exploring the city. The room was nice and comfortable. It was clean, with fresh towels and sparkling white sheets. There were extra pillows and a blanket in the closet, as well as a mini fridge and a safe. The shower was very spacious and had a nice temperature. The instructions for how to get in were clear and the restaurant recommendations were helpfull. Our room was on the ground floor which made it easy accessible, which could be great for people with less mobility.
Our shower did not close at the top, which caused some water to leak outside of the shower cabin, which made the floor a little slilpery, but we put an extra towel over it and it was no further issue. When we got ready to leave the room and wanted to enjoy the breakfast, around 9.30, there was no breakfast or staff to ask about breakfast. (It was said that you could pay €15 for breakfast between 8 to 10). You can also hear the people walking outside of the room, when they are going to theirs, so if you are a light sleeper, this might wake you up.

It is a circuitous route to get to the hotel with the instructions they gave you. You can use Google. We arrived in the pouring rain and did not realize that there was a porter service (Abdul K) that could’ve got us there more directly and without getting wet.
It is a circuitous route to get to the hotel with the instructions they gave you. You’re carrying your luggage over about five bridges with steps. You can use Google. We arrived in the pouring rain and did not realize that there was a porter service (Abdul K) that could’ve got us there more directly and without getting wet. It’s definitely a self-serve hotel without concierge. You’re carrying your luggage over about five bridges with steps.

Brilliant location, the bed was comfortable, and there was plenty of room for the whole group. The bathroom was good and the facilities were great. The staff, while minimal as the check in is done digital, was super friendly and she was lovely, friendly, and even made sure we didn’t oversleep breakfast. I would stay here again in a heart beat
It was very nice, can’t really complain. We were there during carnival so the extra noise and masses of people were expected. We were on the top floor, so distance from the hectic. The seagulls can be noisy in the morning, not the hotels fault at all, so maybe bring earplugs if your a light sleeper. The heating was also quite powerful, and it took us a bit to figure out how to turn it off.

The place was very good. Air conditioning, microwave on the main floor, I could leave my baggage with no extra fine. Loved the view. I do recommend.
I was missing a small coffee machine in the room. With this in room my stay would be as perfect as it could be. There was some old coffee maker on the main floor, but the coffee wasn't good at all, because it wasn't made under the pressure. Also some glass for water would be nice to have. Besides that it was perfect. Thank you.
