From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the charm and elegance of this hotel. Nestled along a quiet canal and not far away from all attractions. Our room was beautifully decorated with Venetian touches glass chandeliers, rich fabrics, and high ceilings. It was spotlessly clean, with a super comfortable bed. The room had air conditioner with control, mini fridge, tv and tea / coffee making facilities and hair dryer in toilet. Everything you could want. The staff were exceptional, warm, attentive, and always ready with helpful local recommendations. Check in was super easy. This hotel made our trip to Venice unforgettable and for that thank you so much.

Although there was a room delivered breakfast available, we had booked via Booking.com, and must have missed the tick box for breakfast, consequently, we didn't get one, and no facility to add on either which was a little strange. However, a very minor thing in an otherwise very good experience. Very nicely (traditional Venician) furnished and decorated room, great bathroom, shower, all exceptionally clean. Right on a side canal too which is great to look out onto in the morning. Sabina was very friendly and helpful, really couldn't have asked for more. Very good location too, easily the best of the three we've experienced on previous visits. Would definately stay again without a doubt. Just make sure you've checked the breakfast option as mentioned! Loads of great breakfasts and coffee on the doorstep though.

The location was wonderful! In the middle of Venice, about 10min to St Marco's Square and 15min from the Pizzale Roma. A quiet neighborhood with access to touristy areas. The hotel was very pretty and we even had a little balcony over the canal! There were electric shutters that blocked out the light completely as well. A very modern bathroom, and clean as can be every day! The staff were very helpful and made it so easy to get to the hotel from the airport, which we were anxious about.

It can be a little noisy in the evenings when people are walking past, but that can't be helped. There was also no creamer (fresh milk not expected nor found), but that was easily remedied with a trip to a local shop. Otherwise lovely!

Great location, excellent host! Valentino gave us great recommendations for restaurants and attractions. The apartment is comfortable and clean and we had clean towels daily and housekeeping too. Nice little touches like an extra toothbrush and snacks, water and coffee in the kitchenette. The terrace was a delight.

Not that I didn’t like it per se, but be aware that there are 43 steps up to the apartment. I remember reading two stories which in my mind is like 24 steps so depending on your ability just keep that in mind

Dreamy princess hotel overlooking the canal! Loved it. Strong AC, spacious room and bathroom, and our windows opened right up on to the canal. The staff was so kind and helpful. Also, this is a short walk from the very touristy part of the city- so it’s quiet and feels secret and special, but you can easily walk over the Rialto to access all of the tourist spots.

I loved everything. However travelers that have trouble with stairs may have trouble accessing the floor we stayed on, just as a heads up.

The property was in a great location, it was private but still close to everything. Easy check in and checkout. My room was beautiful. The bathroom was huge and I have nothing bad to say about this hotel. I would recommend this place to everyone I know. They also leave the best cookies ever near the coffee maker. It was nice to have a mini fridge and a table with chairs. The suitcase rack was nice as well as the wardrobe to hang up clothes.

The only thing would be the no elevator part but that’s because I overpacked and it’s my fault I didn’t/couldn’t carry my heavy bags up the steps.

The location was perfect, quiet during the night but only 10 minute walk from the main square and surrounded by lots of restaurants and bars. The room was clean and had a balcony with a stunning view over the canal. The host replied promptly to any messages and was lovely, her efforts haven’t gone unnoticed. Finding the property was easy as a list of clear instructions were provided. I will definitely be staying here again in the future, we loved it!!!! Thank you :)

Everything was perfect! The host was super nice, the location was perfect. In almost every street a restaurant and shops and it was a little walk to the hotspots which is really nice because the walk through Venice is also the experience! The canals, bridges, little streets, it’s like a big maze and we loved it. The room was super cute in Venetian style and very clean, bathroom and all was like it was new! Definitely going back here if we are going to Venice again!

We had a lovely one night stay at Ca’ Bonvicini. Check in was easy and the standard double room was very comfortable and furnished beautifully. Our host, Sabina was extremely helpful and very easy to communicate with. She went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and even walked with us to the water bus to make sure we found our way to the airport! I highly recommend this accommodation in Venice.

A lot of stairs (no lift) to get to the room… but this is standard for most accommodation across Italy.

Sabina was very prompt with replies and gave all the details to the room way in advance. We checked in a little later than usual but there was no problem. Everything was organised and kept ready for us. It was also really great to have a chat with Sabina in the morning. She was very cheerful, welcoming and knowledgeable. The B&B is located in a quieter part of Venice which was brilliant! It was still really close to a lot of good restaurants and bars and a water taxi dock so travelling was very easy. And the room was really beautiful as well as it looked over the canal. Would definitely recommend!

Nothing as such but the shower was a little bit small for a big person but it did not affect our feelings about the stay at all.
