Location!!! Very close to train station, easy access to restaurants and transportation . Friendly staff, felt safe.

Although the room seemed clean we found tiny bugs on all comforters and sheets on all 3 beds. Mattresses seemed ok but since sheets were sparkling white it was easy to spot them. Wonder if they were termites because all the wood beams had holes. Not sure if this is typical for the area. We just didn’t use comforters.

Once at the property, walking around and taking pictures is fun by the water. KFC and Burger King is close by. Lot of souvenir shops are around.

No breakfast provided. The location is both good and bad. Good, because it is by the water. Bad, because with heavy luggage climbing up and down four smaller bridges (with stairs) otherwise two huge bridges (with stairs) was pathetic. To get to this location, these are the only options (climbing bridges) after landing at the airport and getting a bus to get to Venezia. If you only have a carry on or a personal item, then opt for this location, otherwise porters in this area will charge hefty prices to help you with your luggage.

We were pleasantly surprised on our arrival. Without waiting for it we had a room overlooking the canal, bathroom in the room, everything super clean, spacious room, very comfortable bed, if you like modern furniture this is not your place, very nice staff. To get to the hotel from Marco Polo airport we chose the vaporetto to and from there, about 10 minutes walk. For us the location was perfect because we like to walk and get lost in the streets of Venice, about 10 or 15 minutes from the Rialto Bridge. If we come back I would repeat in this accommodation.

The hotel is near Venezia S.L train station although you'll be passing over 3 bridges. There is also a grocery store just a stone throw away from the hotel. Also, Piazzale Roma, where the airport bus transfer, is just a 9 to 10-minute walk from the hotel. Very convenient! The two receptionists were also nice and helpful! They even let us borrow a plug adapter since I brought a different adapter for my phone charger. There is no breakfast in the hotel which we did not mind since we are aware of this before booking. There are a lot of restaurants around the hotel anyway. The AC unit in the room is thermoregulated. It maintains the room temp at 22 to 23 degrees Celsius, it is comfortable even it was around 35 to 39 degrees Celsius outside. The water pressure in the toilet is also good. We were in a 5-bed room in the ground floor which is convenient for us. For the cleanliness, they maintain it well. They cleaned our room when we were outside. There are also bed coverings to keep the white linens clean.

I recommend putting wall hooks in the bathroom to hang towels and clothes while taking a shower. Also a wall organizer or a floating shelf inside the shower, where we could place our shampoo, soap and other bathroom paraphernalia. Also, to re paint the part of the walls in the toilet that has fallen off. Or insulate or cure that part of the wall to prevent the paint from falling off.

very central. great location . the staff were very friendly. couldn't do enough for you. we arrived early and they let us check in early. The night we arrived it was lashing rain and they lent us an umbrella. one night we were quite cold and they lent us a blow heater.

No tea and coffee facilities in the room. the room was small and the bed wasn't the most comfortable. however it didn't have a negative impact on the trip at all..

perfect location. It was easie to get from the airport (tickets cheaper buy in bus just near the airport exit, not inside the airport). Was difficalt to find hotel with google maps. But guys from hotel send me understandble map. It is just 5-10 min walking from bus. Lovely lokation. It is center, but not a million people around. We spend many fubules hours walking around. Hope to come back. Wifi was good enough. view perfect. Without breakfast, but near the hotel you can find a supermarket, cafe, pizza.

was unexpected for me to pay a city fie plus to the price. Not sure how much, 10% ish.

Fantastic area, short walk to the train, bus, ferries and people mover. Great area, perfectly safe, an easy 5 min walk to Grand Canal, close to restaurants, cafes and Gift shops, a small supermarket across the bridge. Staff are friendly and helpful, we arrived early from Paris and were given a room right away a huge bonus, on check out the hotel stored our bags before our cruise.. wonderful would stay again.

Perfect for our 2-night stay. It’s Very close to the train. It is a 7-10 min walk, depending on whether you walk fast or not, and don’t get lost. Cell service in Venice was spotty. To be fair, you can hire a porter for 10 euros a bag, but I believe they stop at 7 pm. The coffee machine in the lobby was great. They provide room service daily. There's a supermarket across the canal. San Marco is a decent walk, 20 minutes or more, but we didn't mind walking. Pictures of rooms look old, but the city is old and matches the style. The beds were comfortable, and the rooms were very clean.

Greatly located as it’s not far from the train and bus station. The staff was super nice and helpful. The room is a bit small but I knew about that, and it compensates in being nicely decorated. It’s overall quite clean; the bed was fine; the shower is not great but not that bad either (the hot water takes it sweet time to come and the pressure is just fine; I like a little bit more pressure but it was ok)

It was a bit noisy in the morning, Venice wakes up early with boats and people in the street and bell ringing at 8am. Not really the fault of the hotel, but better windows could do the trick. But don’t let that ruins your stay, the place is nice enough and there was nothing that a could pair or eat plug could handle!

The acomodation is placed in a great neighborhood, clean and peaceful. If you like to walk half of hour and explore Venice streets, Italian way of living, this is great place for adventure path to the city center. People who work at the property are always smiled and polite.

The furnirure seems old, and in the hallways had some strainge old smell. Also, during our stay they took AC remote because of ending warm weather, even tho we used AC for heating. The solution of our misundarstandig was electrical heater, which saved us.
