In Venice everyone speaks english yet at the check-in the lady warmly welcomed us and explained everything to us in simple, slow and easily understandable Italian. She also just treated us nicely from the very first moment on. We really loved that and immediately felt welcome as guests. The room was spacious and clean, the bed comfortable and there was always warm water for a shower. Location is also good, there are multiple places to eat and drink within walking distance. Great restaurants such as the Hostaria Osottoosopra are nearby. Additional bonus: it’s within walking distance of the bus terminal and you don’t need to ride a boat to get there.

You need to walk a bit to get to the very famous places but we actually enjoyed those walks through the city.

The location is very close to the bus/train station. While during the day it looks like a busy place, it was quiet during the night even with my window to the street. I feared that there won't be a place to lay down my laptop and work. But there is a small desk with a plug just above it, just as I prefer.

Breakfast for the 4 or so room in this small hotel is portioned on site and serving starts supposedly at 8, but it was usually late. If you are here for vacation and sight seeing, then this is fine, if one needs to go to a meeting early, then it is less convenient. The breakfast was good thought!

the smell inside the room wasn’t that good. They should have aired the room or put a scent diffuser. In addition, there were small flies that it was not clear where they came from. But it is important for me to say that the room itself was clean, the bedding, the toilet and the shower were all clean and tidy.

The room was in a central location is using public transport to reach Venice. We had a good sized room which was clean and had good amenities including a fridge, kettle tea and coffee. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The shower is quite a tight fit and the windows look out onto the street so it’s either private and stuffy or open, wouldn’t stop us from staying however.

The location of this place is a bomb, you right next to the main train station, included breakfast and the hosts were very friendly.

insulation was not very great, you could hear people walking by even with closed windows

The room was very clean and comfortable.

The price was way too high. Additionally we paid 40 eur late checkin fee that we weren't aware of before making and paying the reservation. Booking didn't notify us for this fee before the payment was proceeded and after that we couldn't cancel our reservation without loosing the paid amount.

Great location; easy walk from train station; access to store luggage prior to check in and after check out; very clean.

Water in the fridge would be a nice addition.

Poor lighting, noticeable dirt on heating equipment (heating battery) Weird rules about late check-in. (penalty for every hour after 19:00). These rules were specified in the booking, but this is very unpleasant in itself. (despite the fact that the full amount was paid in advance). And our flight was late - which did not really depend on us

Very easy to book and good information after booking. Excellent location ok facilities.

Unfortunately the shower head fell off and was not replaced, consequently we had to shower with a hosepipe.

Comfortable bed, nice bathroom, room was really warm (we stayed in January), everything was clean and nice. Looked better than on pictures. There was also room service, I didn't expect that.

Hair dryer could have been better, there was no temperature settings (I only mention that because I've chosen this accomodation because it had hair dreyer)
