Great hotel! Amazing view from the balcony to the canal and dawn and sun! Cozy interior! Very comfortable bed: pillows and mattress, blankets like fluffs. The hotel has an elevator. Breakfasts are varied and very tasty: fresh vegetables, greens, omelet, cheeses, freshly squeezed juices! The breakfast space is in the courtyard overlooking the park is a special pleasure to have breakfast in such an atmosphere! And the convenient location, near the taxi landing and the railway station, it turned out to be a big plus. It takes 15-20 minutes to walk to the center! Very good hotel!

The location is perfect, providing easy access to local attractions and transportation. The staff were incredibly welcoming. Our room was clean and well-maintained, with comfortable bed and high-quality linens that ensured a good night's sleep. The decor was modern and tasteful, creating a relaxing atmosphere. Additionally, the balcony of our room opened to the canal on which the gondolas floated. That was great. Since it was our honeymoon, we very much appreciated the nice gesture made by the hotel management.

Unfortunately, there were no disposable slippers, cotton wool or earwax necessary for personal care.

We selected this hotel because it was only one bridge and a very short walk from Piazzale Roma where we dropped off our rental car. The staff was very helpful in general and even arranged a private taxi when it was time for us to leave for the airport. Breakfast was excellent and the dining room and outdoor terrace were very nice. The bathroom was adequate and the shower was especially large. The room also included a mini bar and tea kettle which was a plus.

The room had two desk style chairs, something more comfortable would have been nice.

Hotel located at Piazzle Roma on the west edge of the city . Bus terminus and water bus terminus about 300 yards away so ideal for transport to airport and getting around the city and other islands or to the beach on the East side. No noise from the terminus We walked or used the water bus depending how far we were going. Our room faced the winter gardens so extremely quiet. The room was very clean and plush. Staff excellent in every way. Breakfast is buffet style with options to suit everyone. Opposite the hotel is a small square with a great reasonably priced and very friendly staff. We will be going back.

The room was large for European standards. The decor was elegant. The hotel was next door to the hotels peaceful public park. A wonderful place to catch your breath and relax. The hotel was close to the boat transportation dock.

The bathroom had tinted block glass the length of the bathroom door. It was odd to us to be able to see my spouse through the glass while using the bathroom.

Beautifully designed rooms with all the comforts. The breakfast was beautiful every single day, so much choice and the restaurant surrounding were so blissful and relaxing. The bed might have been the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on! The staff were so welcoming, friendly and attentive.

Not sure if it could be described as “value for money”, especially as a triple room was really a double with a fold out couch. However all in all a wonderful stay, your staff are such an asset to the Hotel.

We loved the vibe of the hotel and the location. The staff were Amazing!! They were so helpful and welcoming and very knowledgeable.

We ate dinner at the restaurant and did the breakfast buffet the next morning and while everything looked great, the food was not particularly good. It was pretty disappointing, but the hotel was really lovely and everyone was so kind and helpful.

The location is great. Just a few minutes walk from the car park and close to the train station and bus depot. The room decor was very nice and the bed was comfortable. The robes and slippers were great.

The tub/shower enclosure’s half glass is a waste if you are using the shower. With the exception of the gentleman that checked us in, the front desk staff were abrasive when answering simple questions about getting around, and then gave very poor directions.

Beautiful hotel: rooms were very nice, along with a wonderful bar lounge (Cozy, great cocktails and people watching). Location to all types of transportation was very convenient, even if the hotel was somewhat far from St Mark’s Square. My husband and I prefer to be away from the crowded touristy areas, but still walkable.

The breakfast buffet was horrible (not even edible) and very pricey. However, the dinner in the restaurant was fine.

The location was very easy walking to many things. Easy to get to the water taxi to navigate to St. Marks Square or the outer islands. The room was small, but oh so Venetian. Fabric everywhere!!! The balcony was a nice place to sit and drink and just view the canal and the sounds of Venice. We would buy a bottle of wine and drink it on our patio while watching the sunset before going out for dinner. An after dinner drink at the hotel bar was nice, as well. The staff was very helpful and always courteous.
