The room was just as described and even larger than anticipated. Would not recommend for light sleepers due to the location right on the grand Canal. That’s the part we enjoyed most about it is being right there so close to everything. We traveled to Venice by train so it was a perfect location to haul our luggage to. It was also perfect because we could walk anywhere from there. 20 minute walk to Piazza San Marco. St Mark’s Basilica. Doge’s Palace. Ponte De Rialto. And right across the entrance from the hotel was easy access to an iconic gondola ride on the grand Canal & through the quiet canals of the city. Make sure to stop in just before the bridge to the Foggy Mug cafe for a cappuccino, pastry and canal taxis, workers & people watching before you start your day.

The location was perfect very close to the train station. Views of the canals lovely. If you open the windows, it was nice to hear the hum of the boats going about their day 1st thing in the morning. The suite was very large, two bathrooms, huge living area (actually, wasted space, could be made into two rooms). Very clean and quiet. Comfortable bed. Good shower.

If your top floor room as we were. Be prepared to climb a lot of stairs and then some. No lift, but we knew that. Should maybe put signs up where the communal room is. We found it last day. Didn't notice if coffee/tea making facilities were in there. But definitely none in the huge rooms we were in. Disappointed not able to make a coffee to start the day! No introductory maps or tourist information to help your stay, e.g. were to eat or go for coffee / breakfast in the morning. Most places leave little things like that which turn out to be helpful. Saying all that we did enjoy our stay. We'd stay again if they make small improvements.

Great central location from train station for us but also close from airport bus transport or water taxi out front. One big bridge to climb over with luggage but we used and paid $20 for a porter from train station with trolleys to carry our luggage to our hotel. Used code for our doors to enter & the view from the top of our climb was well worth it! A beautiful area to sit and relax & watch Venice go by. Lovely restaurant underneath for dinner or late Breakfast where u fine on top of the water! We enjoyed the ferry service across the canel from us and there was gondola rides close by too all in all our stay here was fantastic.. highly recommend

Location - the canal view of the room and the keyless doors.

No amenities as simple as a kettle/coffee machine. Not even in the common area. With no carpet on the floor, lack of slippers is very unfortunate. Ineffective housekeeping timings on check in and check out. We were given the room code as a system sms at 15.00 while the room was ready at least an hr ago. We were also not given a simple 15minute late checkout. Insanely ineffective time slots as you get the room at 15.00 and you’re asked to checkout at 10.00 sharp.

Location is really something special, really close to main station and all the good restaurants and boat taxis and public transportation!!! Room is nice and the common area is a beautiful place to stay while having some food enjoying the view from the canal from the windows there!!! My only negative point is that the air conditioner/heater wasn’t really clear on how to change the temperature so the room was super hot in some point and I couldn’t manage to find a way to change the temperature on the room control… besides that, nothing to complain about my stay!!!

It was incredibly large and warm, well heated. It was also very convenient in terms of location as it was close to all the stations and the city at the same time. There is no staff, which makes it very good value for money, you just get sent a PIN code on the day. A lot of the “bad” reviews on here are about that, and that it’s hard to find. I got concerned so I messaged the company in the week to make sure everything was fine, and that prompted them to send me all the travel information I needed. I would just call them the week you travel to make sure everything is set up and that will make everything very easy.

Bed was a tad hard, but it was comfortable enough.

Close to the train station and easy to catch the water buses for a short 2 day visit. We had room 4, and room was large and comfortable enough for our stay. No view from this room. Rooms are only accessible via stairs up to level 2, so if mobility or carrying luggage is an issue, this may not be the best place to stay. Access to the property is simple enough, check in and checking out is strictly as listed. There is ability to leave luggage in cupboard at the property but this is not locked, but felt safe enough to leave there.

Everything is as described in the listing. It would be nice for guests if kettle, coffee, tea facilities were available in rooms or the common area.

I really don't understand why people complain about location, following the map (not Google maps directions) it was super easy to find and get in. Room was very clean and way bigger than I expected, bathroom was the same. We were in room 4 and there was no canal view, but it was actually good because thanks to that it was nice and quiet. Bed was a little bit to hard in my opinion but on the other hand really big: king size I assume. For this price in Venice you won't find better place to stay, I was pleasantly surprised.

The view onto the canal was good, it is directly accross the railway station, which is good if you arrive via train, several good restaurants are around

The bathroom was quit small, we had the room on the first floor and we could hear everyone very loud and clear passing up and down the building

The location of hotel is good. We had very heavy baggages and its very close to the central train station so it was ok for us. But little far from anywhere historic and touristic. The viev of the room was amazing. Just to look from these window makes people come Venice again. So it was very good, clean and it has even a Vigo for curly hairs! But please carefull to digital fraud attempts through this hotel. We could’ve been caught. For this hotel you’ll online check in and online pay but you should only pay through an e-mail sent by this hotel. We had kind of a trouble with that. Anyway overall it was perfect.
