The people running this hotel are lovely. Will go out of their way to make your stay work for you. We needed to drop our bags hours before official check-in. Which they arranged. The location next to canal and was brilliant. The dinner is at the restaurant owned by they same people who run the hotel. Lovely home made food. Daniela is right spark and made us feel super welcome. Great for families and having dinner included just takes the hassle out of locating somewhere to eat, when you have tired kids after a full day of sight seeing.

It's not a five start hotel so don't expect super luxury. Hotels in Venice are expensive. For the price and location it is unbeatable. During our stay we had very rowdy guests who at 7.30 decided to make a big noise in the foyer. I get the feeling this was an exception as the janitor (guy running place next door) came around to investigate what was going on and was livid.

The room is ok, the matrac is very comfortable. The dinner very very tasty!

The window is missing glass and Tv weren't in the room. They weren't waiting for us when we made our appointment.

This little hotel was located central in Venice with only a short walk from the station. Sat on one of the small canals it was picturesque outside. We were greeted by a friendly Italian lady who although apologised for her English, made herself completely understood (better than my poor Italian). Our room was up a short flight of stairs and it looked so traditional and beautiful, we could tell we were in Italy. It was clean with our own bathroom and facilities. There weren't any views, but we knew this when booking and just stepping outside had all the views we needed.

Evening meal was included in our stay, at a restaurant close to the station. The food was good with plenty of choice and the staff were friendly but the restaurant itself had no character and was hidden down a little street, so in that way perhaps I would not have chosen myself. My husband likened it to a truck-stop café.

Location is near the train station. Although the area is very lively during the day, it gets pretty quiet at night which makes for a good sleep. There's no staff present but you receive all the information you need per email.

I had a room with view of the garden. A few mosquitos got in while I left the window open. This was mid November.

I am satisfied with the stay at the hotel. Great location, perfect for exploring the city. Tasty food in the restaurant and friendly service :)

Location of the hotel was a short walk from Venezia Santa Lucia so it was really easy to navigate and get in and out of Venice for day trips and didn't require a large walk if I got back later at night.

Access to a clothing rack or facilities to hang some clothes that I washed since I was solo travelling and was there for a couple of days would have been nice.

The location was perfect. Walking distance to every place we went to. We were dropped off via bus from Marco Parlo airport, then walked from bus depot to our room. Walked from our room to Port for our cruise. Our room had the canal view. Spacious room. Nest and clean. They were kind enough to let us store our luggage for the day while we did sightseeing.

Close to the bus station. A short walk to other interesting locations through back streets. Dinner is included in the host's own restaurant in a different location, although the food is not that special, but is still decent and add to your saving in this expensive city.

Nothing really. There is no reception, so make sure you arrange the check-in with the host before your arrival.
