The bedroom was really good. Nice decoration. Location was good, but it is true that as I travelled with my mother who's almost 70, the alley where the entry and exit door is was a bit dark and scary at night. Nothing bad happened though. Staff were great. I asked to be on the ground floor and they agreed. Also they gave us two single beds. Bedroom was cleaned and they made the beds every day and emptied the trash. Breakfast wasn't too expensive, and it was big. Lots of stuff (fruit, cereal, savoury options like cured meat, cheese, croissants...). We had breakfast twice at the hotel and it was worth the price.

Maybe the TV could have had more international channels. The bed could bit a little bit softer and the bedroom could be a little bit bigger.

It was very noticeable that the hotel was recently renovated. Really nice rooms with a smart tv and amazing bathroom. And for s bit of charm they had left the old furniture so there was still some of the original hotel vibe left. The service by the conciërge was amazing, i had a medical emergency on the day before so i needed to lie down the whole day and they had a room ready for us already at 11am instead of 4pm. Also in the same street there were alot of good options for all 3 meals of the day, which was amazing as i was not allowed to walk more than 5 minutes at a time.

The only thing was that the beds were quite hard so both me and my girlfriend woke up with a small pain in our shoulders. But nothing a light bit of stretching couldn't fix.

Really nice and conveniently located hotel, reasonable size for a Venetian room, with a nice shower, and nice breakfast. Would totally stay again!

We got stuck in the hotel elevator which was quite an experience - have to tell that the hotel staff called emergency services very swiftly and they arrived in 10 mins max so we were only stuck for about 20 mins. If you can avoid elevator in this hotel - do it! It's only 2 floors anyway.

Location was excellent, nearby bus station and railway station and S. Toma vaporetto (everything like 3-5 minutes walking distance). Breakfast was not always the best, but good enough for those, who are visiting Venice not only to eat. WiFi ok, possible to charge devices using only USD cable or both. Not all the personal could speak English. But it was just a motivation to learn some Italian words instead. Rooms are small as well as bathrooms, but clean, comfortable, ergonomically and sustainable.

Vaporetto stop is close to the hotel. Fresh modern renovation in the room.

The water in the shower is too cold. There are ants living in the room by the window. The air conditioner cannot be made colder. The road to the hotel is dark. In the evening, there is not a single light bulb near the hotel. The sign is not lit. In the evening, the hotel looks abandoned. The price for the room is too high.

Nice renovated hotel and rooms with AC, location is close to bus terminal and train station, several boat piers are nearby. They serve the breakfast if you like, priced 12 euro per person but there is nice bar nearby too. They do room cleaning everyday.

The bathroom a bit small, especially shower cabin and ventilation is not enough to dry the towels or even the air.

The hotel was only a short walk from the train station, and about 20 minutes from S.Marco. I was travelling with my 80y.o. Mother and staff were very kind to give us a room on the lower floor. The facilities were spotless. The only thing that could be improved is the breakfast, the coffee wasn’t great, but overall the stay was very pleasant and staff super kind.

We have stayed in Hotel Falier before so knew exactly what to expect. The location is perfect for us, only a short walk from the bus station and train station. Its in a slightly quieter area of Venice so not quite so packed with other tourists. Very good restaurant opposite and friendly local bar just up the street. The shower room had been upgraded since our last visit. Although the rooms are small they are beautifully decorated. Good basic breakfast. We would certainly stay there again.

There really is very little room to place even very small suitcases. More hooks would help, especially in the shower/toilet room. Also, if at all possible, a shelf for toiletries.

Location was fine, close to the train and bus station. At first when we arrived, the check in was like an air bnb, they send us codes and left keys in the entrance. The bedroom and bathroom were clean, a little small though for big luggage.

Hard to find staff at the hotel. Far from San Marcos Square, still better than staying in Mestre.

This hotel was a little gem! Staff were fantastic and gave us many recommendations for the area. Room was lovely and shower was nice and hot!

Nothing the only small feedback I have is to include a small refrigerator in the room and to have the queen/ double bed as a whole unit not two singles. Only because we could feel the gap between.
