This hotel provided exceptional and helpful service. Barbara and her colleague were so helpful with arranging a car, water taxi and porter service. The welcome drink and snack is a lovely touch and the breakfast was plentiful. The Happy Hour was exceptional every night with a complimentary buffet of small sandwiches, cheeses and delicious appetizers. We enjoyed our stay here.

The rooms are a little small but clean. The hotel is about a 25 minute walk to San Marco Square. (to the center of town)

Clean, great decor, lovely breakfast. The room was air conditioned, comfy bed and lovely bathroom with large shower. Welcome drink on arrival and complementary buffet every evening. The staff was so polite and friendly.

The staff were incredibly friendly, greeting us at check-in with free prosecco (or soft drink options) and little bites. We went for our honeymoon and they did a great job with my special request (written message and rose petals), even gifting us a free bottle of prosecco to celebrate! The breakfast each day was wonderful, and you could choose to sit inside or outside in their courtyard. We especially loved the cappuccinos, honeycomb, eggs any way we liked, and yogurt. The location was truly perfect as well, being right by a canal when you exit and being far enough away from the touristy area that it was quiet, but close enough that a walk to Rialto was still fun and doable (about 20 minutes - by the end of our trip, we didn't need a map to get there anymore). The room itself had great AC which was very helpful in the summer, and they gave us free water every time we got our room cleaned. Highly recommend, especially for couples! We're looking forward to coming back sometime.

I would have liked the bathrooms to have more substantial curtains. Felt like we were flashing the neighbors every time we showered/went to the bathroom. That aside, a wonderful place and thoroughly enjoyed it.

We have talked about staying at The Hotel Moresco for a good while, it certainly was worth waiting for. The ambience of the whole hotel is very welcoming and the staff are just wonderful. Travelled at the beginning of December and there were many Christmas touches throughout the hotel. Chose to stay in the Classic room with canal view. It was exactly as the photos portray. Best pillows we've ever had in any establishment!!! Everything in the room was immaculate and well thought out. Good to have a cosy bathrobe. Thank you to The Moresco Team.

We had an absolutely perfect stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff impressed us with their kindness and willingness to help. The rooms were thoughtfully and tastefully designed, providing both comfort and charm. Breakfast was a delightful experience with a wide variety of sweet and savory options, all of which were incredibly delicious. One of the highlights of our stay was the "happy hour" concept, which we happily enjoyed every evening. Every staff member we interacted with left a positive impression and made us feel truly welcome.

The room was exceptional, The breakfast was very good and included bacon , Sausage and eggs however you like, There is a small free evening buffet, Which was appreciated and we were given a free drink and nibbles on late arrival. The staff were very friendly and helpful, The location is just 5 minutes walk from the main bus station so a bus from the airport is adequate. It was also in a lovely quite area only 10 minutes walk from the main canal and canal boat/bus service. We loved this hotel and will try and come again.

The bed was a little too hard for my liking but everyone differs I guess, It is a memory foam full mattress.

Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is amazing! Such a wide variety of choices. The staff offers eggs freshly made just how you prefer. Also a wide variety of hot drinks is offered and then freshly prepared for you. In summary absolutely the best breakfast I ever had in a hotel! The location is perfect. Close to the train station, surrounded by less crowded canals. Especially in the room with a window to the garden have no noise and no problem to find a quiet and relaxing sleep in the comfortable bed. The room was perfectly clean. Free water in the mini bar, free coffee and the offer to have free Italian food in the „Happy Hour“ is absolutely amazing. The option to store bags even after checking out is really useful if you wanna go on a small last journey through Venezia before you return home. Overall I can absolutely recommend to stay at the Moresco, this level of hospitality is a rare find, especially at this price.

The room had small minor damages like a squeaky door and a bit loose door handle, also the shower was leaking a bit after a long shower. But these are only minor inconveniences in the grand scheme of this amazing hotel.

My daughter and I are very happy that we chose this particular hotel for our stay in Venice! From the very first moments of our arrival, we felt at home — as if we had been expected! Beautiful interiors, peace and comfort, a luxurious breakfast, and excellent room service! Everything in this hotel is perfect! The location of the hotel was terrific! A 5 minute walk from Piazzale Roma, only had to carry bags over one bridge. The breakfast included was also fantastic! Lots of variety. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Enza, at the front desk, was wonderful. Canal view room was excellent, quiet, clean and comfortable. Free wifi, happy hour(you pay for drinks) with complimentary appetizers, and you can arrange for airport pick up for a fee, I would definitely stay there again!
