A really spacious Venetian apartment, located very close to the main railway and bus station, so very convenient (no dragging bags all over the city). It was well equipped, and you could easily have had all your meals there if you chose too (but in Venice it would be rude not to eat out!). It was very grand and opulent in its décor, just had a totally Venetian feel, a special place to stay. It was about a 20 minute walk to St Mark's Square, so the area it was located in was lovely and quiet in comparison. We found a lovely square about 5 minutes away called Campo Santa Margherita, lots of locals and very authentic.

We did notice lots of small flies all over the lounge window, we assumed it was because of all the water, but I'm sure there must be a way to fix this.

The Residence Odoni ‘luxury apartments’ consists of 4 spacious apartments that are beautifully decorated. It shares its grand entrance with the residence Odoni 2, which is a hotel, with a receptionist and breakfast service. They don’t cooporate. The location is perfect, a short distance from the railway stations and there are a couple of nice breakfast places just outside the building. Our apartment, Tiepolo, had 2 bedrooms (one up a steep spiral stairs), a spacious kitchen and a large living room.

The manager seemed to neglect his duties, he didn’t provide us with check in details until urged several times on the day of arrival and there was no key to the apartment when we arrived, so we had to leave the apartment unlocked when we went out until the next day, which felt uncomfortable.

Residence Odoni is a heritage Venetian home located conveniently close to the bus and train station. The property has a charming entrance, but the lack of elevator is felt as you need to climb up 3 flights of stairs. The host graciously upgraded us to a canal view suite which had a living space, kitchen cum dining, a bedroom and an attic en suite. The space was charming, large and comfortable. The water taxi stops right at the door. We had an early morning flight and needed to take a bus from the bus stop, which was only a 5 minute (and 3 bridge) walk away, which was a boon at midnight.

I wish they had an elevator and that the living room floor was cleaner. The original terrazzo floor is chipping and hence leaving some dust.

Lovely palazzo! Nice layout, good bed, good shower. Great location and calm and quiet neighborhood. We loved coming home to this area after the craziness of the more touristy areas. The host was very kind and helpful.

The only thing we encountered, which is likely due to the climate of Venice, were some mosquitoes inside the apartment... and they got a little friendly at night when we were trying to sleep. Probably easy to fix.

Very beautiful apartment in Venice, perfectly located near both the train station and bus stop, and within walking distance to all the main sights. The interior is charming and gives a genuine cultural feel, like stepping back into old European times, we absolutely loved it.

Like many places in Venice, there’s no air conditioning, so it can get a little hot inside, and with the mosquitoes around it was a bit tricky, but still manageable.

Loved the location, the thrill of staying in our own Venetian palazzo. Perfect for our family of four with all we needed, including fantastic air conditioning to keep the August heat at bay. The bed in the double room was also extremely comfortable.

It exceeded all my expectations. Very grand. Very generous in everything from decor to size to flexibility by owner. We loved the warm luxurious decor. Very comfortable bed and furniture. Absolutely perfect setting for stay in Venice. Welcomed by the owner. Amazing furniture and furnishings. Kitchen great with coffee machine and v big fridge and some basics provided. Loved view of canal. Great neighbourhood. Close to everything.

Nothing I didn’t like but if have to write anything, I’d say a light above bathroom mirror wd have been nice.

Amazing Palazzo with great decor and character! Clear and simple check in instructions and good comms with owner! The handbook they leave in the property is really useful too, especially for a first timer in Venice! Location is great because you’re not too far away from the train station and still only a 20 min walk from San Marco Square! As a bonus, the coffee pods they left were amazing and espresso machine was such a godsend in the morning!

The mattress was slightly uncomfortable but that’s only a minor issue!

Great location on a quieter canal not far from Piazzale Roma. Facilities were excellent and the apartment was very large. Comfortable beds, great shower and bathroom.

The price was fairly high but this is to be expected in Venice. Overall, and compared with other places we stayed in Italy, the value was about average. However, comparing against other properties in Venice, pretty good.

The property was very Venetian, you truly felt like you are staying in the palace for a very reasonable price, beautiful space with all the amenities, very nice and clean bathrooms. Michelle was a pleasure to be hosted by, very responsive. He upgraded my room to a beautiful big apartment I really didn’t need, but definitely enjoyed, free of extra charge. I met some people who have been staying at Odoni for 20 years! Definitely my first choice of stay next time I am in Venice. Location is great!
