Cute little spot with a good view of some street life! Had a tv with Netflix capabilities which was nice! Super close to the train station which was very convenient with an early train time.

We almost missed our train because the property had locked the gate without notifying us. We had to wake up someone in another room to use their key and thankfully got out in time- just so you know make sure this doesn’t happen to you. Also the fridge didn’t work in our room so we had to throw out some food unfortunately.

It’s very well located and clean. There was no contact with any owner or receptionist. We got to the location, were given a code to open the door and in the reception we found an envelope with our name with the keys to the room.

They charge an extra fee that must be payed in cash and left in the room when leaving. They make you believe that it’s the tourist tax but that’s a lie. The tax Venice is asking from tourist is payed already when you stay in the city. That extra money is surely for the cleaning service which in my opinion should be included in the cost. Not added on top.

Definitely location, it was few minutes by walking from train station, also next to the canal. It is good for introverts since there is no reception. It is really small hotel with just 3- 4 rooms. There is the restaurant with tables outside in the hotels ground floor - food/coffee and evening chill with drink is good

But since the restaurant is just bellow your windows it can be loud. Also since there is no reception everything was communicated via chat - what if something happens and owner is out of reach (we did not get respond for few hours, but nothing happened so it was okay, but what if). Corridor and stairs is really narrow. No reception = no luggage storage, but you can store it for few euros in the train station.

Good location, clean, no too pricey

Check in its too late, it’s at 2pm, you would need to wait a lot for it if you get to the city earlier, and check out is at 10am, too early, and no luggage storage, so we had leave the room and be around with all our luggage, we didn’t liked that, also the city tax is in cash, in other places tax was paid via link or card, we had to withdraw cash from atm to pay it

Very close to piazzale Roma, not even 2 mins walk

When I entered there was 2 black spiders on the bed, I smashed then as such and informed the staff but they just sorry, I understand in Venice insects and spiders are common but you need to keep insect sprays in the room. Anyway the staff reacted just sorry but didn’t speak about any compensation yet

Convenient location, nearby there is a local coffee shop where you can have breakfast and chat with baristas who will kindly advise you interesting places that are not written about on the Internet. The room was on the second floor of a cafe/pizzeria, the windows of the room faced the street, so it was a little noisy. The room had air conditioning and a hair dryer, but unfortunately we could not turn on the refrigerator. In general, the room corresponded to its description. Please note that there was no staff at the reception desk.

The location was perfect, it was between the train station (5 min walk) and the highlights of Venezia. The bathroom wasn't that small, and the beds where good.

Sometimes you can hear the people in other rooms talking even when they were talking softly and the refrigerator was not plugged in beforehand

We were a bit apprehensive staying in a 'hotel' with on-line check-in, key code to get in etc. and no staff present (hence that 'box' is unticked) but it actually all worked out really well. We needed to contact the 'staff' on two occasions, one to get an extra pillow and once to report that we'd no hot water on our second day. Both issues were attended to within hours. The hotel was clean and comfortable and in a great location. No problem in recommending it.

In a great location for transport to/from the island and easy enough distance to S.Marco and all the main locations. Accommodation was great for us. Unmanned checkin was smoother than expected. Unrelated but the restaurant downstairs [Al Bacco Felice) is an absolute must try (great pizza and devine tiramasu!)

Bathroom was a bit tight but clean and fine for a few nights.

We arrived very early to Venezia and we were able to leave our baggage at the hotel before check in time. Just this in it self was very helpful and allowed us to enjoy the day in Venezia! Thank you!

I would have like to see property employees or personal. This hotel is outside and quite a walk from the center, and would have liked some orientation on routes and restaurants suggestions
