I didn't stay inside this hotel, there appeared to be an over booking issue...I think! The waiting area was full at check in, I think the hotel is expanding perhaps but maybe not quite as ready as they anticipated. Anyhow, the upgraded us to luxury suites in another building, I'm not complaining, it was absolutely stunning. Huge suites, beautifully designed, overlooking the river.

The only thing not to like was the lack of breakfast as it was more like independent suites in a building rather than hotel rooms in a building with a dining room. But I'd happily provide my own breakfast as the rooms were modern, huge and immaculate.

I had a room with Canal View. It was absolutely amazing! Thanks again for this experience. The bathroom and bed sheds were very clean. The staff were very polite and friendly. The breakfast was really nice. It is very close to the bus station of Venice. Supermarket, fast food and restaurants/ pubs, everything close by.

The interior needs a wall painting and a new wardrobe.

Wonderful location! Just 7m away from the river side. Room cleaning was carried out. Towel & shower gel were replenished. The hotel changed our room after we complained about problems on the door keys & burnt out lamp. Thanks so much to the hotel team.

No lift.... We have to carry our heavy luggage to our room and during room check out.

The place is in an excellent place. Its close to the train station, supermarkets and boats. It’s possible to do all things but foot

The room is very old and the hotel doesn’t have a reception inside it. You need to go to the other hotel to ask something if you need. But, the attendant was very sweet, kind and helpful.

We were offered to stay in a different accommodation, which was wonderful. We liked everything, the kind staff in particular!

We weren't sure about this hotel due to the previous reviews, but we found it to be in a good location, (relatively) clean and with friendly staff at the reception. The rooms were very spacious and quiet also

Not the end of the world, but the Triple/Quadruple rooms did not have proper doors for the bathrooms (slightly lacking privacy). The property also needs new plug sockets as they were completely unusable with travel adapters due to their design and being loose in the wall.

Location, private bathroom, the fact that we also had a shared bathroom on the hallway, spacious room, traditional wallpaper and chandelier gave a really cool vibe.

Some of the furniture was quite old, but I mean, who really cares…

The hotel was a little outdated but it was clean, the staff were polite and helpful and the breakfast was very good. We were able to leave our bags both on arrival and after check-out. It was just opposite a Vaparetto stop which made things easy. It wasn’t the fanciest of hotels but we spent all day out exploring and didn’t spend a lot of time in the hotel. I asked for a room overlooking the Canal twice but unfortunately our room overlooked rear buildings. We would definitely stay again and would definitely recommend.

Rooms are not that clean Uncomfortable at night because of boat noise and crowd passing by. No lift or elevator have to drag luggage’s to another bldg and up to your room via stairs
