Nina’s was the best place to stay in Venice. Immediately she was so friendly welcoming us at check in, and gave us some amazing local tips of places to go, along with a special map! The room was really lovely, and had lots of character with everything you need, including a great coffee maker for your morning espresso, and a little extra surprise! The bathroom was lovely and really clean with everything you need. We would recommend Nina’s to anyone visiting Venice, we had a lovely time and couldn’t ask for somewhere better to stay.

It's just a short walk away from the train station, which is very convenient should you arrive with big luggage. It would be very uncomfortable to drag the suitcases on those narrow streets and up and down the stairs of those many bridges. Main sights are a bit further away but still within a walking distance giving the perfect chance to explore the city by foot. Nice food store just around the corner. Also many restaurants nearby. If you are planning to have breakfast in a cafe then Majer is the best choice. They have several cafes in the city. There is also a different cafe practically next to the B&B but there was never any free space. This B&B is located on a small dead end street, so no crowds going back and forth. To be honest we visited Venice in early March, so there were no crowds anywhere really. The flat faced the back of the building. It was very quiet inside day and night, no noise from the window or from the neighbours. The bed was super comfortable! I slept like a baby. And last but not least - very friendly staff, made us feel really welcome. Big thanks for that!

Location is perfect close to train, shuttle bus and grand canal / water buses, without having to navigate Venice with cases. Very friendly helpful host Nina. Comfy bed, good air-con in room, needed as very humid and hot outside. Plenty of wardrobe space, safe in room. Easy process checking in and out. You can also use luggage storage if flying out later. We would definitely stay here again. Venice is incredible. We also got to Murano and Burano from near the train station 10 mins walk away, ideal!

Very little really… bathroom upstairs was warm but the weather was v hot. Next time we’ll be joining you in Lido lol x

Nina and her staff provided a warm welcome and excellent service. Spacious and comfortable bedroom with mini fridge, coffee and tea-making equipment, and a sweet treat each day. Spacious, private bathroom just outside the room. All kept spotlessly clean throughout our stay. Great location, just steps away from the Grand Canal, and opposite Stazione Santa Lucia. Tucked away on a very quiet 'Calle'. Added bonus of free luggage storage after check-out, which was really useful. I wouldn't hesitate to book again in future. Grazie mille, Ana!

Location was close to bus stop convenient to everything. Coffee and snacks provided at check in and a nice map and advice on the must see sights of Venice. Staff was friendly and helpful.

There is no elevator so lugging the luggage up steps is not fun, and our room did have a private bathroom but we had to climb another set of steep steps to get to it and was inconvenient due to having to get up in the middle of the night to go. A great place for younger people with no physical barriers. You can hear people in the adjacent rooms so use a white noise.

Location is great minutes from train/bus station so it was just easy to check in, leave your luggage and explore Venice!

Nina is a great host, very caring and nice. She cleaned out room daily and even tough we didnt booked with breakfast she made sure we each morning got coffee, tea, fresh water and croissants or brioches. The little things matter. Also the location is very good. Literally 2 mins walk from the Santa Lucia train station or Piazzale Roma bus station. 20 min walk to Rialto bridge

Its not that we didnt like but it can be an inconvienence for some, the external bathroom. It is private and very clean tough, fresh towels daily.

Location of the property is unbeatable. Staff were really helpful and considerate. Premises were clean.

Although we knew the bathroom is private without the internal access, we did see some practical privacy issues. Placement of mirrors inside the room expose the entire room to the gallery when the room is opened - for external bath access, the room is opened several times. Hosts could consider providing bathrobes and bath slippers (even if it comes at additional costs)

Place is really close to train station. Staff is very friendly. It was our first time in Venice and she gave us a lot of recommendations, which were really good. Room was very clean and neat, with some surprise snacks.

Toilets were outside of the room but it was not a big issue because they were still private to us. Noise insulation could be better. Other guests made a lot of noises slamming doors during the night.

The property was a very close walk from the train station, which was very convenient when we arrived in the rain. A close 5 minute walk to Campo Dei Frari. Our room was clean & the bathroom was very modern. The property was in a lovely quiet street

Bathroom was up some steep stairs, which was fine for us, but not ideal for an older couple.
