It was a cute and comfortable room with hot water, warm and clean space and without tiny smells in the 3th floor. The host was the best. She sent all information about self check in before our arriving. We arrived in the late evening so the self check in was essential part of our journey. Good location is near railway and bus station. The way was about 5 minutes. The bakery which worked from 7:30 am was in next door . The grocery which worked until 23 pm was 5 minutes by walking.

I couldn’t use the wi-fi, because I didn’t find the password in the room.

Very friendly and responsive staff. We had the family room for 4 people, it is small and basic, but clean and comfortable and the air conditioning in the room worked well. Better than we had expected. Nice location and convenient to the bus and train station (about 10min walk). Good value overall for Venice and a good option for a basic quick stay on a budget with easy access to the train and airport bus.

Shower is bad - very low water pressure and can only use the hand-held wand since the knob to switch to shower head is broken. Mini fridge in the room is not cold at all. Wifi is very slow, but there was a strong signal in the room.

Great room, very clean and had a lovely balcony. Bed was really comfortable, and housekeeping came in daily to tidy the bed up which was a really nice touch. Restaurant next door, and really in close distance to multiple places to eat. It's about a 25 min walk away from the main museums, but close to some breathtaking churches such as the Pantalon and the da vinchi museum. A quieter area but still loads to do locally.

Lots of stairs to get to the room! Really nice place, but if you struggle with steps, I'd probably request a lower floor as there were no lifts (makes sense considering the age of the area).

It was a quiet location, away from the crowds at Rialto Bridge and San Marco Square but still accessible by airport bus. The rooms were clean and well-maintained. This is one of the few hotels that allow late check-in, so that was super convenient. Federica was very helpful with all my questions and requests like keeping luggage in the reception for a couple of hours after our checkout.

Our room was on the third floor. There is no lift, and the rooms were not soundproof at all. We could hear everything the neighbours said even at normal volume, even the noise of their walking about.

Great location. Close to the.main train station. Very welcoming staff. A small room, but it was very tastefully decorated. Air conditioning was a bonus as it was hot at night. They allowed us leave our luggage after we'd checked out and even to use the WC until we caught our train.

There is no.lift and we were on the 3rd floor. Manager actually helped by carrying my wife's suitcase up to our room. We had an outdoor terrace, which was a bonus, but it was in desperate need of maintenance to lift it up to the standard.of the rest of the hotel.

The location is superb. You can walk from the train station or there's a vaporetto stop nearby. The man working at Reception was very friendly and helpful. I arrived ridiculously early and he let me check in. He then put my case in my room, ready for my return. There was a kettle in the room as well as a safe and a fridge. All very handy. I liked the big, refillable bottles of soap.

The shower doesn't have a door, so water goes everywhere. The bathmat was drenched. You had to squeeze all the water out of it. There was a smell of drains in the bathroom and I suspect it is from the wet wood and towels. There are only two sockets in the room and one is for the fridge. To use the kettle, you have to unplug the fridge. An adaptor to increase the number of things you can plug in would be good.

The room is simple and small but super clean and extremely practical. We had a very quiet night and the bed made us sleep very comfortably. The room also has a small tea kettle with cups and that was very appreciated. Recommendations for the restaurant very true. Absolutely loved the reclaimed wood for the floor and view over Venice's roofs.

If we have to come up with recommendations... the position of the plugs was not ideal and my husband has a lot of 'issues' using the shower without a 360° partition around him so we end up with a quite wet bathroom floor... I like him so I can't change him, just not yet.

The location was great, the staff was really kind and Federica helped us with the registration that is needed for a QR code that is now required for all tourists visiting Venice. Our return flight was in the afternoon and they even proposed to us to keep our luggage at the hotel while we stroll around for the last time.

The only thing that we didn't like was the fact that you have one toilet per floor. However, we understand this as the building was really old and there was no space for individual toilets in each room. The toilet on our floor was really clean.

A short 5 minute walk from the bus/train station. Only 20 minutes away from main attractions but with some beautiful restaurants and bars locally all very reasonably priced. The room was clean, the beds was comfy, the bathroom was lovely with a great shower. Cosmetically the room wasn't anything special but for the sake of just sleeping there, it did its job.

A little loud on an evening from other guests in the hotel passing by, that could happen anywhere though.

We were staying in April, so it was a bit cold at night, but host gave us additional blankets, so it was fine. Hotel is about 20mins by foot from city center, and about 7mins from the bus station. Location is quite calm, just next door there is a very good restaurant that we liked to go for dinner and just around the corner there is also a cafeteria for breakfasts. Hosts are very friendly. Room that we stayed in was clean, quite small, only toilet was too small for us.

Bed was a bit smelly, but we were not able to identify why
