Such a convenient location, just a short walk from the Piazzale Roma, didn’t have to carry all our luggage very far. Plenty of restaurants located very close by. The view from the balcony is so beautiful and so is the vintage decor in the hotel room. The staff was super nice and accommodating. They speak English as well

You have to go over two small staircases, if you have multiple luggages it may be a little hassle, its better if you are traveling light but definitely the closest hotel to get to if you aren’t traveling to your destination by water taxi. The hotel rooms are pretty small too but it does the job.

Amazing location, we had a room overlooking the canal. The staff where all amazing and polite and friendly. The room was cleaned everyday and was absolutly spotless. Fresh water was also left everyday and soaps and shower gels topped up. We walked everywhere and was about a 15/20 minute walk from the central grand canal. Lots of great cafes and restaurants around the hotel at a fraction of the cost of what you would pay in the centre. Rio Novo a few.doors down does great food.

Nothing was all great. You can get to the hotel by bus, waterboat or train. All withing very close proximity. We chose the bus. We got it from straight outside the airport doors and it takes 20 minutes and takes you straight to the bus station with no stops. The hotel is about a minute from the station. You can see it behind you when you get off. We paid €18 for 2 open return tickets

We got in late and the staff got us checked in easily. Our room was a nice size. This hotel location was not in the central tourist area, but instead more towards the train/bus stations. We liked this as it was a bit quieter than other spots. The hotel also had some tables reserved outside for its occupants to sit which we really enjoyed - right on the canal and could read or people watch to unwind.

There was an odd smell out in the hallways, almost like eggs. It didn't permeate into the rooms, though. There was no shower curtain so our bathroom got a lot of water on the floor when we took showers, which was hard to cleanup and made the room more humid (and it's already a bit humid in Venice).

Everything was beautiful except for the little window episode.

We could not close the window in the middle of the night in the last night of our stay due to some reasons, and therefore, the temperature in the room lowered 7 degrees gradually during our last night there. Could not sleep well because of that!

It is in a perfect location. Close to both the train station and the city centre - the rooms are still quiet and cozy. Good transport connections (people mover, public transport boats, taxis etc). The staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast was at the Hotel Olympia next door (very close) and it was plentiful and delicious too with a view for the canal. The accommodation has a good atmosphere and we liked to stay here.

The accommodation does not have its own parking - but we were helped to choose from paid alternatives. The room was nice, but the furniture was too big for its size and the bathroom was a bit worn.

Everything..it was way and above our expectations. The hotel was lovely, clean and much more than you expect from a 3 star rating. The rooms were roomy very clean and spacious, with everything you needed for a comfortable stay. A big standout was the lovely and helpful staff which couldn't do enough to ensure you had a great stay and experience 😀..A special mention to Stephan the conseierge ( who I had mistaken for the manager which he had all the professional qualities for😊) and also the lovely helpful porter A..so sorry I cannot remember his name. I've definitely sang the praises to my family and friends and recommended your hotel..I hope to return to Venice one day and would definitely stay at the Arlecchino hotel.

Absolutely nothing..I couldn't believe it's only rated as a 3 star..it deserves a much higher rating..I've worked and stayed in many hotels over the years and thus is way up there in my opinion 😉 👍

I can't highlight the staff high enough, they were wonderful. They saw we only had a short 1 night stay and had so many different ideas and options for us to do. We had drinks and breakfast at sister hotel, literally 1min walk from doorstep. Perfect location. Not in major hustle but still so much to do. Very close to train station. Take a porter to help with luggage (worth it) but be prepared they walk fast!! The hotel is surrounded by cafes and great places to drink eat and see and local morning markets. Our room was small but lovely and looked onto canal with windows that opened.

My time was too short ♡

We stayed here one night while on our way to a cruise out of Ravenna. We were in a quad hotel room and it was well appointed and spacious and the bathroom was a great size. The AC worked beautifully and was welcomed after a long day of walking. The hotel staff were wonderful, friendly and answered all questions. Location was perfect for us and not a bad walk from the train station with luggage. We met our car transfer the next day at the Pizzale Roma and it was about a 3 minute easy walk. I would stay here again. Lots of good restaurants nearby and wonderful views. The hotel guest only tables w chairs out front were a welcomed surprised and enjoyed by our party. We had breakfast added at time of booking and that took place at their sister hotel next door. The breakfast was great and the Hotel Olympia was a cute hotel.

My stay here exceeded my expectations, and everything was great. My room and the entire hotel were clean and well-maintained. Also, the lady (sorry, I didn't catch her name) who worked the front desk during the day was super friendly and helpful with all my questions. I liked the location, as it was directly next to the bus station and easy to locate. I also liked that since it wasn't in a touristy area, it was quiet and less crowded, yet still close to walking anywhere in the city. The cost was more than I usually spend, but I felt was justified and worth it.

The only thing I would have liked to have had in the room that wasn't there would be a kettle for hot water.

We actually stayed at Hotel Olimpia (garden hotel) b/c Hotel Arlecchino was under renovation. I HIGHLY recommend Hotel Olimpia!! The staff were absolutely amazing, all the little details and person touches were such a treat and made us feel welcome and important. Exceptional customer service! The room was great, we had a view of the canal. Comfortable beds, and nice bedding however I’m picky with pillows and found them a little dense as were memory foam. The bathroom was extremely nice and had one of the best showers I’ve ever experienced! Great location - right across the first bridge from the train station. So ideal for dropping off bags and then off to explore the city/town. I would absolutely stay here again!
