BUONGIORNO!!! 🇮🇹 OMG!! I am just so happy and lucky that the hotel managed to organised everything before i arrived early morning at 7am! I had my trip for 11hrs and I was very exhausted 🫩 and i asked the management of the hotel if I could check in as early as possible,they weren't sure in the beginning but then when i arrived at the hotel, OMG I was surprised and sooooooo happy that my room is ready and the staff Infront of the desk told me that i am very lucky! 🥰 And i said i am Not Just lucky but I'm very happy to be in Venice! It was a dream came true!! Over-all i am very satisfied with everything,I didn't expect my room is too nice and very comfortable! 🥰 They also do room service 🥰 Very neat room and I slept very well! 🥰 Plus! The air-condition I so love it! coming back to my room from roaming around the city OMG I just wanted to lay down immediately 😆 I would love to stay in this hotel again the next time I come back to Venice... The staffs are very friendly 🥰and breakfast is included btw! And foods are soooooooo good!!!🥰🥰🥰 So perfect location! 👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 And last but not the least.. I did some photoshoots inside my room and I super love it 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰 GRAZIE VENEZIA!

I liked the location (within a walking distance from main sights, a short walk to the train station & nearest stop of the ferry from the airport, while at the same time outside the very crowded touristy area), a selection of restaurants and bars nearby as well. The room was good (although the place does not offer any good views from the rooms), comfy bed, convenient bathroom.

Breakfast could be better, they offer only a quite limited selection of basic food options (like a typical 2- or less start hotel's breakfast in other locations). If you stay for multiple days, I'd recommend to book without the breakfast, and explore breakfast options in the city.

Stayed for two nights at the end of April 2023. Wonderful hotel in every way. Very manageable walk from Santa Lucia train station. There were 4 people. All with rolling luggage. Finding the hotel was not difficult, Google maps worked well with esim from Airalo. (Had google maps offline saved just in case). Very responsive, friendly, and helpful concierge/front desk. Hotel has elevator that was able to fit 4 people with luggage. Very clean hallways/corridors in the hotel. We had 2 separate rooms on the same floor. Both rooms were very clean. Each room had a private bathroom. Comfortable pillows and beds. Linens very clean. Bathrooms very clean, lots of towels. Showers worked well. No issues with the drains. No issues with the doors. Everything was closing, opening, locking, unlocking properly. Water pressure was good. Hot/cold water was working well. Toilets flushed well. Rooms had a nice smell. Plenty of outlets. The nights were still chilly at the end of April, so we didn't get to test out the air conditioners but they do have them. We actually opened our windows for a bit, for some fresh air. Maid service did a wonderful job. Concierge recommended a superb restaurant not too far from the Rialto (on one of the side streets) which we ate at twice. We were able to store our luggage at the hotel after check out on the day of departure until our train time. Location of the hotel is great in terms of proximity to the train station and ferrovia vaporetto stop. plus the walk to the rialto is very manageable and actually fun to walk through all the Venice streets. From the Rialto, the walk to St. Mark's Square is also very close. Location of the hotel was in a very quiet part of San Croce district of Venice. There was basically no noise outside. No bars or restaurants that would keep people up at night. Nothing like that. Also felt very safe on our walks home at night between 11-12 at night.

We didn't like that we had to leave Venice. We wanted to stay more :)

The location is perfect, close to the train station but very quite area. The Palazzo is really beautiful and the rooms were okay (although 4 Stars that does not really mean anything in Venice since everything is just not at that level). It was nice that I could enter the room earlier than the usual check in and the receptionist at the entrance was very nice. Breakfast is very good too. I discovered a few ants in my room in the evening building a street through the room and let the other receptionist know during check-out but he was telling me that ants are something „natural“ and that there would be no measure taken against them. I do not think that ants should be considered normal in a 4 star hotel room however, nor did I appreciate the guy behind the reception lecturing me about ants‘s natural habitat. The rooms have to be clean and clean means bug free, no matter what bug we are talking about, even if it is „just ants“ and customers no matter what gender or age cannot be talked down to like that second receptionist did. I am doing you a favour telling you about a problem and you are telling me I am wrong?!?

Hotel Ca Zusta is lovely. From the moment we arrived Andre made us feel extremely welcome like visiting friends. Our room was big enough and very comfortable with crisp sheets, soft pillows and fluffy thick white bath towels - all the little luxuries. It had Venetian touches in the decor but was modern and fresh. Breakfast was 5 star! Very convenient location. Fabulous staff.

Like all of of Venice there are no fly screens to keep the devilish Venetian mozzies out.

Check-in and check-out processes were perfect thanks to the extremely friendly staff at the property, fluent in both Italian and English. Not only delicious, the breakfast was a very personal experience as the chef wanted to make sure I received everything I was looking for. In addition to having various pastries and juices out for self-service, the kitchen would cook up anything I wanted if I had a larger appetite.

Really nothing I can think of would've made my stay any better. It was great just the way it was.

The staff we're extremely helpful and pleasant throughout our stay, they were so helpful with information about where to go,how to save and just really trying to make sure we enjoyed our stay, the bed in our room, 208 Leyla, was very comfortable, shower and bathroom were always spotless clean, we could walk to almost everywhere within 20-25 minutes and it's just 5 minutes back to the bus terminal, location wise it was ideal for us, 2 really nice piazza squares close by and a quality restaurant called il rifollo just around the corner, we didn't eat in the hotel as we wanted to try a lot of local restaurants but the smell of food cooking/baking every morning was lovely, when we come back to Venice it is definitely going to be my 1st option to look at before we book, thank you to the wonderful staff for making our stay so enjoyable

The breakfast was very plentiful and well presented. The room (206) was very nice clean and well appointed. The location was perfect and very quiet and safe but easy to walk to all sites. The hotel was very posh inside with lots of marble, brass and glass in the halls and stairways. The staff was very helpful.

Only problem was the shower had mold along the bottom edges and needs to be removed or cleaned.

From the first impression to the last this hotel stands out from my numerous voyage experiences for leisure or work. The reception is very polite and helpful, like all the staff, including the service at breakfast. I would not skip it, it has a healthy variety in a relaxed atmosphere. My room was very pleasant and quiet. All looks new, from the linen & the mattress to the towels. The aesthetics of the interiors is up to my taste, fresh, modern, minimal, and very practical. Everything functioned perfectly in my room, which was clean and well-serviced throughout the duration of my stay. The location is privileged, in the quiet, mostly residential area of Santa Croce, with excellent local restaurants & coffee shops, and nearby Campi - squares with shops. Easy transportation nearby - vaporetto. I can not praise it enough! Hope to return in the near future.

It is in a quieter part of the city, which was very nice. The hotel was like an oasis. The room was decorated with rase, spacious and the air conditioning worked very well. The breakfast has a very good selection and the food was delicious. The staff were all very nice.

It would be great if the hotel could provide a service to pick guests up at the train station. It is a short walk but with luggage and stairs , it would be a nice touch to pick guests up.
