We stayed in a beautiful room with a four poster bed. It was large enough for our family of four as it had two separate beds, one either side. The hotel itself is small but really friendly and well located. The decor was really traditional Venetian which we loved. It had everything we needed for our short stay. The staff were very helpful and accommodating, they arrived at short notice when we turned up earlier than expected and they also helped show us the way to the Vaporetto stop when we were leaving.

Great stay in a well reserved hotel a few minutes from Rialto, San Marco and Fondamende Nova. The neighborhood is full of stores and life. The rooms are in the first floor(no elevator, just a few steps). The room is very spacious with a perfect temperature, in a venetian style from the furnitures to the walls and the curtains. Spacious bathroom. Many congrats to Paolo who received us and to the room attendant. Friendly and eager to help!

A little problems with the internet will occur.

The breakfast was simple with not a lot of variety but perfectly adequate. The location was a bit tricky to find but once we figured it out, it was a short walk (10 min) to the nearest vaporetto stop which was Ca D'Oro. It was very quiet and we weren't aware of any outside noise at night. There was no one on duty in the evenings but we had a code to enter the building and had no problems with that system. We were able to leave our luggage after we checked out which was a huge bonus as our flight wasn't until the evening. The room was small but beautifully decorated. Donatella who served breakfast was very friendly and helpful.

The bathroom was small and the shower stall was very small. It had a shower curtain which had seen better days but that was replaced during our visit with folding glass doors and they made a huge difference both to the appearance and space inside the shower.

The place is in a very convenient location 5 minutes walking from Rialto Bridge. Also very convenient for visiting Murano island as the direct ferry departs from Fondamenta Nuove station which is 10 minutes walking only. The place and room decorations are oustanding. Amazing and friendly lady host which is very helpful with all the informations.

A couple more bottle of water in the room would have been perfect.

Good location in quiet and beautiful area with nice restaurants around. Got our gondola right in front of the hotel, and our room had a nice view from the other houses and canal. Just a few minutes walk from San Marco square. Super friendly staff! Had good restaurant recommendations and the communication was clear at all times. We left our luggage there for a few hours, they didn't charge as most of other places. Room and bed sheets were clean, bed and pillows were comfortable. It's not a fancy or special hotel, but it's organized, clean and comfortable. We had a great stay! Specially considering the accommodation prices in Venice, this was a good choice.

Breakfast could be better. Very few options.

The room is big, right on the canal, and looks very authentic. There are 2 windows both looking out into the canal. We were greeted by a lovely lady who let us in, she had to come from the sister hotel. The breakfast was served in a small dining room. The location is excellent, right near everything.

The hotel is in a great location, the antique decor is charming, everything is very clean. There is a beautiful view of the canal, and the staff is kind and helpful.

The breakfast is very basic, with no variety of options. I missed having a kettle in the room or in a common area; it would have been nice to make coffee or tea whenever needed.

The room was clean but provided blanket was full of dust. We paid for 3 breakfast and get 2 because we were leaving quite early the third day. Alternative option wasnt provided. We didnt use room servise because we used that room just for evening.But I believe they were great.

Location was in a quiet place, far from the crowded areas, but still 5 to 10 mns walk from main locations. Plenty of food for breakfast, room very clean, staffs very helpful.

Cooked breakfast would have been a bonus, but not a necessity as there was still plenty to eat.

Great customer service. Great breakfast. Wonderful canal view.

I had never used the key card to turn on the lights. There were no instructions. There was no staff person at the location. Did not have cell service or wifi. So had to use the desk phone to call someone to help. It would have been helpful to have instructions for turning on the lights for dumb Americans like me. And instructions in the hallways since it was pitch black in the room.
