Alessanda was very attentive and caring, checked us in early, told us where we could buy groceries and have lunch. Fantastic interior and great traditional building, the ceiling in the lounge room is breathtaking. Lovely building and very quiet location. The apartment was clean and beautifully decorated. We felt like we were living in someone's home. In such an apartment you understand what Brodsky in his “Watermark”.

The apartment is absolutely gorgeous, it seems like you you are staying in a palazzo. It has historical design, beautiful wooden furniture. Non-stop visual enjoyment. It is very well located, in a quiet part of Venice, however, close to all the sights. All possible facilities are available in the apartment. Highly recommend! The host Alessandra is great!

Located away from the main tourist area but still only a short walk to many attractions. Only 5 minutes walk from the vaporetto stop. Plenty of great food and wine options within 1-5 minutes walk. We enjoyed walking around nearby streets to see how the locals lived. The apartment was clean and beautifully decorated. We felt like we were living in someone's home. The ceiling in the lounge room is breathtaking.

We could not have asked for a better place to stay in Venice! The apartment is beautiful and authentic. We felt like we were staying at our Italian grandma's house. Cozy and functional with a washing machine. Alessandra was very communicative leading up to our stay offering recommendations on restaurants and stores nearby. I cannot recommend this apartment enough!

Limited supplies in Kitchen for length of stay, would only cost a few Euro's to supply paper towels, dish cloths , toilet paper etc, on all our travels in Italy this hss been an issue , for cost of accommodation to spend €5 on items is not a big ask, there only has to be enough for each stay.

The property is in a great location near Campo San Giovanni e Paulo in a quiet area a short walk to all the main sites. There are some lovely restaurants within a few minutes walk and some nice bars also. The property is a perfect Venetian experience in a large palazzo. it has a large entrance hallway and is situated on the first floor. The apartment has the same marble floors as the Doges palace which are uneven in a quirky Venetian way and very high ceilings with glass chandeliers. The bathroom is more modern than the rest with a large shower and bath and has a bidet. The person who checked us in was very helpful and responsive to messages if we needed to ask a question. The kitchen has a washing machine, cooker, microwave, fridge and freezer. If you love Venetian properties then you will love this. if you want modern characterless accommodation then you won’t like this.

The apartment was clean and very nice, it is just like the pictures. Also it's close to a waterbus station so it is easy to get here from the airport.

The sofa bed could be more comfortable.

The apartment was lovely and spacious meeting all of our needs and in a perfect location for walking to all the main tourist attractions with plenty of places to eat locally. Met by Alessandra when we arrived who was very welcoming and gave recommendations for where to eat and find local supermarkets and a bakery for our morning croissants.

Location was good...No more than 15 minute walk to major sites. We did not have breakfast on site. Our hostess, Alessandra, could not have been nicer! She was kind, informative, and told us everything we needed. She was very welcoming! The apartment is lovely, very spacious, and very secure.

Everything was great. Excellent washing machine. It would have been nice to have a clothes dryer, but it wasn't completely necessary.
