Great location. Simple to find. Good size room. Masses of wardrobe space for a longer stay. Large bathroom with theme park shower which my OH loved. Very comfortable bed. Towels and toiletries provided. Shared fridge which wasn't great first thing in the morning having to retrieve the milk, but my other half didn't encounter anyone. Would definitely stay here again.

Shared fridge in reception area. Only a minor issue but room is large enough to accommodate a small one in there. Other than that nothing.

We really liked the extra friendly man working at the reception and the ability to leave the bags at their place after check out. Location is also amazing everything is in the walking vicinity. The heating was on the whole time which is amazing. Also this part of Venice is very quiet in the night so we were able to sleep well.

The bathroom could have been cleaner but regarding the price it's alright.

Great location, very quiet- only 5 minutes from St Marks Square and the Rialto Bridge. Have your own entrance, so can come and go easily. Comfortable bed. Nice hot shower. Great value in the centre of Venice for the size of the room, as well as having access to a kitchen with a hob, a sink and fridge. Would stay here again for sure!

Bit tricky to find - just look for Calle Del Dose on Google Maps. There should be a bell on one of the houses on the left hand side of the street that says Dose - ring that bell and someone should help you. Don't forget to send them your arrival time, because there might not be someone there all the time!

The location is great—it's a quiet place to rest after a long day exploring the city, yet still close to the Rialto Bridge. There’s also a supermarket just around the corner, which was very convenient. The bed was clean and comfortable, and the room came with toiletries, fresh towels, and a spacious bathroom. We also appreciated having a kettle, tea/coffee, and even a cookie in the room—such a thoughtful touch! We checked in late, but the receptionist kindly waited for us, which we really appreciated. Overall, a pleasant stay in a peaceful and well-located place.

The location is great - on a walking distance - 5 mins from Rialto bridge, 5 mins from Piazza San Marco, 5 mins from Fondamente Nove where you can catch the boats for Murano and Burano. The host is very nice man. No breakfast but there is an instant coffee and a kettle in the room. There are also a cute table with two chairs in front of the apartment. Overall, the price-to-quality ratio is perfect. The excessive humidity in the room was the only drawback, but it's manageable for a 2-3 night stay. It's definitely compensated by the room price, the host's friendliness, and especially the location!

It turned out that we had booked an apartment on the ground floor and the air in the room was very humid. Another downside is that there is only one socket in the room. So, you might want to bring a power strip

The room was perfect for myself and my 17 year old. Comfortable bed, shower facilities and coffee/tea available in the room and clean. We arrived 2 hours early and took a chance to see if our room was ready and thankfully it was and could check in early. We used it as a base, we were out most of the day, the day of leaving we had a late flight so we were able to leave our cases in reception for as long as we needed. We were given spare keys to reception incase they were away from the desk. Very friendly on arrival. Close to St Marks Square and some lovely little shops in the alleys. Probably took us 20 mins walk to the Rialto waterbus but I have limited mobility so I do walk a lot slower. All in all a very good stay and would definitely stay here again.

Nothing I would say I didn't like but was a little tricky to find as the sign outside wasn't very clear. That's the only thing I can think of as our stay was great.

I liked that we had a ground floor room with a small patio garden area. We were two single ladies and it was nice not to have to carry heavy luggage up more stairs (unavoidable in Venice). We felt safe and secure. I also appreciated that we could leave our luggage in the office area after our checkout time to explore more of Venice.

The room was small but adequate and was what I expected in this area of Venice. One of the plugs didn’t seem to work well so we used the bathroom plug to charge our phones.

The location was perfect very close at the centre. Clean and the space comfort for us. A very nice toilet with detailed decoration. The owner so friendly and helpful and really cared for us. Very important its easy to get there from the airport. We would definitely choose this apartment to our next visit since once time in Venice is not enough. Thank you for everything.

A small refrigerator in the room would be nice but there is a big common one that worked fine too.

Location was good in the centre of things stores nearby as were coffee shops and restaurants. it was generally very quiet

The room could have done with a couple of glasses. Couldn't easily use the wardrobe

Manager was helpful, good at responding , the showerhead broke and within 30mins it was being replaced, near everything, we only slept and showered so was good for that, bed was comfy , shower was hot first day second day cold then hot but assume other people in the building were maybe showering also , was not a problem for us . We would recommend and use again!

It was what we wanted and there wasn't anything to not like about it !
