Room was lovely we had a Suite with a separate living room which was perfect for our family as we had our teenage son with us and the living room was great for him and had a large couch and a roll away bed and also a small dining table. The room was stylish and beautifully furnished and also had a opening window in the main bedroom. Breakfast was included in our room charge and was plentiful and had everything you could want with buffet and also included a small menu on the table with choices for hot dishes included as well. The location was the best right near St Marks Square and Doge Palace on the water so you can also be dropped off by water taxi etc if needed.

We loved our stay here and can't think of anything to change.

Amazing location, helpful staff and beautiful hotel.

We booked a junior suite which didn’t look like the picture at all here on booking.com. It didn’t have the sofa and looked much smaller, had a different design too. After we complained, we got the room that was advertised. We were told that the pictures here on the site are just an example and every room is different. I’m not sure if it’s true or not but in this case, they should advertise with the most basic room in the category, not the best one, so it’s a pleasant surprise. We felt, however, that the hotel tried to give us a lower category room for the price of the suite in the hope that we accept it so they could sell the nicer one to someone else. We don’t appreciate that they tried to scam us so be careful.

Amazing stay, honestly each and every one of the staff members are amazing. We took a private boat direct from the airport to the hotel. As soon as we arrived via boat the concierge came and took the bags from us and offered us a hand off of the boat. Then directed inside into reception where we were greeted and all went smoothly. Reception and concierge both provided suggestions and information with maps and a WhatsApp number to call if we needed any thin whilst out. The staff in the evening were great as well, we had a few different cocktails in the bar and the girl working was great. Some of the best drinks we had during our stay. The man that seemed like the supervisor or manager at breakfast was such a gentleman. He greeted everyone and was always checking on people or helping his own team out. On our last day he wished us a safe journey and thanked us for staying. We even bumped into the cleaner when coming back to drop some bags off and she was very friendly and her attention to detail is a credit to the hotel. If I return to Venice I will 110% be staying back here.

The hotel has a great location, spacious rooms and a large bathroom. The staff was very professional and friendly. The breakfast was of a high standard. We also liked the bar in the lobby, where they made signature cocktails and it was open until 12 p.m. We have been to Venice many times, but we had never been to such a nice and luxurious hotel. We will definitely return to this hotel when we visit Venice again.

It was a beautiful hotel. The rooms were impeccable and we were greeted with different treats each day. We had laundry taken in the morning and returned early afternoon. It is situated with all the major sites within a short walking distance. The staff were amazing, professional, friendly and very helpful. They assisted with transports and excursions that were very well done. It made our trip there so much easier and without stress. They made our stay memorable and enjoyable for the entire group. Breakfast was included and had an amazing selection of options. We had dinner one night there and it was delicious.

Any concerns were addressed immediately and require no comment.

We had the most unbelievable stay at Baglioni. We actually regretted not staying longer. From the moment we walked in the service was outstanding. The concierge was so helpful and on hand to help us with dinner reservations and excursions which they did a fantastic job at. Our room and the building was stunning-classic extravagant Italian decor. We were celebrating our anniversary and they brought us a bottle of champagne to our room as a gift 🥹 We’ve travelled ALLOT but honestly this is one of the best hotels we’ve stayed in, will be 100% be back to Baglioni. It was absolutely faultless!

The staff were beyond helpful and super nice! This hotel was in prime location as you could walk pretty much everywhere! The rooms were much bigger than expected and had a wonderful charm to them. You can access the hotel by water taxi that brings you literally at the from entrance of the hotel, it was perfect!

The facilities are a little outdated. The spa is very small and there is no gym, but overall it didn’t really matter because you had that wonderful charm to the hotel especially being in Venice!

Location excellent just off St Mark's Square. Hotel staff superb and service excellent. Room and bathroom are a great size and very comfortable. Breakfast superb with a lot of choice - breakfast room is beautiful. Concierge service exceedingly helpful in ensuring our stay was first class - nothing too much trouble and good recommendations. Check in and check out was very smooth and attentive. The bistro and restaurant are exceptional. Excellent hotel and would recommend.

Tea and coffee making facilities in the room would really cap it off. I don't want to order room service just for a cup of tea or coffee.

From the moment we arrived to the moment we left everything was perfect, the team at the hotel were very professional, friendly and helpful. A minute walk to Piazza San Marco yet so quiet, the hotel also has a jetty to arrive directly by boat. The decor is beautiful, hotel very clean and comfortable, breakfast in the ballroom was exceptional. We would certainly recommend Hotel Bagliona Luna to everyone.

Unique location, just next to San Marco! Good size and very clean room, very good restaurant, friendly and supportive team. The concierge team was very helpful, proposed a variety of restaurants all spot on to our requests and proposed and organized visits in places of interest. They were available to fulfill successfully any request we had.

The breakfast seemed simpler to what we expected. We would have liked more healthy options and a clear À la carte (you could order if you wished but was not clear the variety of choices)
