A wonderful place to relax. Nice and quiet. From 8 p.m. the island goes to sleep, which gives you the opportunity to rest from the noise of Venice. Close to transport to Lido, Burano and Venice. Very good contact with the owners. All problems were solved quickly. Clean, fragrant, Airco in good condition. I read a lot of bad opinions about breakfasts, but I thought they were very tasty: rolls, ham, cheese, egg, butter, jams, honey, Nutella, cereals, yogurts, cake, 2 types of juices, coffee, tea. I left full every time.

There was no shelf for cosmetics in the shower.

Location is perfect, just 2 minutes from the Murano Pier, and 3 minutes from the Central Canal of Murano. There are coffee provisions in the room. Beds are comfortable and the room is spacious and clean. Hotel staff is very friendly. Breakfast is good. Very good quality-to-price ratio.

The room was on the fround floor and a bit dark. You can leave your luggage at the hotel only up to 5PM, because after that reception closes. Although the hotel's location within Murano is perfect, everything is Murano island closes late afternoon, so after 5-6PM, you have to go to Venice for anything you need (dinner, drinks, market etc). The good thing is that the boats to Venice run 24 hours and need 10 minutes only, so this is not a big problem (but you need to buy the daily / 3days waterbus ticket).

The hotel is very convenitently located, just up the road from the waterbus and another little way further up is the canal with several pleasant restaurants and shops. The hotel manager was very pleasant and helpful with suggestions about restaurants and transportation into Venice. The breakfast buffet was very good and the service was excellent.

Nothing. Everything was very good. The view from our room was mostly of roofs and eaves. But there was good light in the room.

Warm welcome to the hotel from friendly staff. Really helpful with recommendations locally. Lovely view from the terrace and very close to the Faro bus stop. Restaurant food was good, and no cover charge for people staying in the hotel. We got a packed breakfast when we left as we were going before breakfast.

Aircon was a little loud at night, but worked very effectively. Bathroom was a little bit of a squeeze

A very nice place to stay, everything very clean and tidy, and they clean every day. The breakfast was very complete and delicious. The location is excellent, as it's right next to the vaporetto station. Aside from that, you can sleep without any noise at night, which is very satisfying.

The only thing I didn't like so much was that the double bed was a combination of two mattresses, so it was a little uncomfortable.

Room was well appointed. Aircon was very efficient and en suite really comfortable. The breakfast was a great selection and everything fresh. The location is perfect and right in the heart of Murano, next to a main water bus stop The staff in the Al Sofiador is the reason you would return, they are all so griendly and most helpful, nothing is problem for them, and the food in the restaurant is excellent.

The location was perfect for a late night arrival into Italy. We arrived into the Venice airport at 10pm and only needed to take the Alilaguna ferry ONE stop to the island of Murano. The path to Al Saffiodor was all flat and a quick walk. Breakfast was good. Host let us store our luggage the next day after check out to visit Murano.

Nothing fancy but comfortable and fit the bill for a late tiring flight into the Venice airport.

A nice boutique hotel on the main tourist road. So convenient to harbours and main shopping & restaurants channels/streets. Underneath there’s a nice restaurant of the hotel as well. Finally Fabiana is a great host !

Almost nothing. Just duvet cover misses in the bed not a big miss and seems it’s a custom in Venice tı have the blankets w/o covers.

Convenient location - on foot, 2-3 minutes away from the Faro boat station and 7-10 minutes away from the Colonna boat station. We've got a room in an inner yard, so it was especially quiet. The room, including bathroom, was very spacious. There were an electrical kettle, cups, and tea/coffee bags in the room. There also was an anti-mosquito electrical fumigator. Aircon was available at no extra charge. In the bathroom, disposable toothbrushes were provided. Seamless staff-free self-checkin.

Breakfast could be more diverse, and the breakfast room could be a bit more spacious. Overall, we liked the stay very much and can definitely recommend the property.

Ideal location! A truly wonderful spot for those who appreciate peace and quiet. While the town can get quite busy during the day, it becomes beautifully calm and tranquil in the evening and at night — absolutely perfect for relaxing
