Location was great. Affordable. Friendly staff.

2 minor issues: (1) I stayed in two different rooms, and in the showers of both rooms, the shower nozzle had this annoying tendency to rotate backward, so that instead of spraying water downward onto the shower floor, the water shot upward, over the shower walls and soaking the rest of the bathroom. (2) This is not necessarily a flaw of this hotel, but I only found out when I was checking out that the city tax must be paid in cash (maybe this is common knowledge among frequent European travelers, but I was not aware of it and no one informed me beforehand). I didn't have cash, so I had to rush to an ATM and back so I didn't miss my ferry to the airport. Luckily, I had budgeted some extra time for checkout, so I made it to the ferry with time to spare.

Ground level. Quiet spot, but close to canal.

No plug for a bath. We did ask. We modified using a bag, which worked! ( Macgyver skills😀) shower over bath, which was at a height above the knees. A bit too high, standing up safely was slippery, so not "user friendly"! No bench space in bathroom for toilet bags etc the bathroom was too small. Safe didn't work. We were told we don't need it as everyone is honest. Fridge not cold enough and no ice box. No face washers. No space for suitcases or draws for clothes. Wifi was not good seemed to go off from 9pm. No toast making facilities for breakfast. Breakfast was included but nothing cooked.

Friendly and helpful staff, comfortable room, good choice at breakfast 😁 A good base for exploring all around the Venice area, would highly recommend getting a 3 day vaporetto ticket. I would definitely book here again if I ever visit the area in the future 🩷🩷

We had a bit of a leak in the bathroom on our first night but they fixed it very quickly. The only thing missing in the room was a kettle and facilities to make a hot drink first thing in the morning and last thing at night.

The location is perfect in all aspects. It’s close to the water transportation, market, restaurants I do like a style how the hotel is designed, furnished. The room was clean. The breakfast was tasty and actually u had everything u needed.

The time of breakfast 7:30 - 9:30 (honestly when u on vacation). And yes check out time too (10 am) it could be later.

Excellent location is quiet Murano. Breakfast was good; great coffee. It was reasonably priced, considering how expensive accommodations are in Venice.

The room had a musty smell. It was a bit small for two people - we had to coordinate walking around the beds, and close the closet doors/drawers to do so. Wifi did not reach our room (room 3 downstairs); we had to go out in the hallway to get internet.

Property is superb, spotlessly clean,breakfast very good, the decor in the corridors and rooms is in stunning material on the walls with rope/embroidered accents, very impressive.

One of our party thought the bed was firm but that’s hotels for you, I’m ok with it.

Interesting hotel on Murano which represents good value for money. A good location near various shops and restaurants. Comfortable room. The room was located at an interesting distance from reception.

Breakfast could have had more variety. The second floor had some unexpected architectural features which were unexpected.

Breakfast was as always good, not a Buffett or the like but a good genuine decent start to the day, not unhappy at all.

Beds need to be a little more comfy and shower head a little more conjuncive to solid and comfortable water flow.

All the staff was really nice and accommodating. The room was available an hour earlier so we were really thankful to check-in rather to just leave the bags. Beware - on the list in the room, there was a note that the staff has a break from 13:00-14:00. The breakfast was just fine, although there were only sweet options and coffee from automat coffeemaker. Overall it was really nice, we enjoyed our stay.

The AC in the room was too cold and I could not turned it down, although there was a controler.

Quiet location in the middle of murano.

Surprised that there were no windows in our room. (Had skylights - Velux windows). That was unexpected and meant that there was no view at all. Breakfast choices were ok but not sumptuous. Eg no toaster or buns. Small choice of fruit.
